Great service great recipes and the cleanliness of the restaurant it's always a place that you could recommend every time

It has to be the worst KFC we have been to, the attitude and the face on the girl serving would be enough to put the food off eating there, if you don't want to work there don't take it out on the customers, as for the place there's enough of them standing round that could clean the tables and floor by the entrance, as for the food, not crispy at all, bland all in all safe to say we won't be going back there, dreading tonight

Used this KFC last week for a take-away. Ordered on the screen inside the restaurant. The food was ready quickly and everything was hot. Would recommend.

Food is nice but not once have i been there and they get my order right first time. Tables left dirty for far too long too.

Good taste but limp not crisp chicken. No hot drinks available. Very disappointed early lunchtime. Staff helpful but unable to help

After eating here twice a year ago and promising to never come back, this evening with no other takeaway options whilst being insanely hungry I decided to bite the bullet! Food was ready quick, friendly staff.. food was hot, cooked right, tasty.. no complaints. Total opposite of a year ago! Pleasantly surprised

Would of been 1 star due to under trained staff, who got order wrong and then again. Drove back 10 mins later, and now spoke to a guy called Arran, totally professional and friendly. Resolved the issues and rewarded me with extras. Top man. Now just alone your self Arran for the perfect KFC. Thank you

Grabbed a takeaway whilst on our recent Easter break on the island and to be honest KFC is usually a safe bet but how wrong could we have been. The chicken was so overcooked we couldn't chew it and looked a funny colour? the chips were greasy and under cooked to be honest it was only because of the horrendous traffic in the area at the time that i didn't throw it all back in the bag and take it back bearing in mind we had spent £40 for a family of five. I presumed that all these type of franchises were strictly monitored for there quality obviously they have forgotten about this place.

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal but unfortunately my partner has been best friends with the lavatory this morning and now the whole campsite has been gassed out #kfcshitsarereal

I don’t think I have ever wrote a bad review before, but I have ordered from KFC in sandown tonight and the chicken on the burgers is completely raw. Shocked, do NOT eat here! Wasted money

worst KFC I’ve ever had in my life rice was dull found hair in my rice and the chips, ice cream was nice though, do not recommend going here ever ever ever ever... inspire816088 was correct when they said "ALWAYS COLD I MEAN ALWAYS" - my rice (which had a nice helping of hair in it as previously stated) was pretty damp to be honest, they didn't even bother to dry it out. my chips were chilly and didn't really offer much warmth. my ice cream was stone cold. not special. not special at all. 1 star.

Came a few weeks ago despite ordering on the app they got our order wrong and then today we thought we would give it another try and the food was stone cold and a large portion of chips was smaller than the regular!1

Visited again yesterday in the early evening. We decided to order inside as there were two of us doing separate orders. We ordered on the computer screens inside which was easy enough. The food was hot and both of our orders were correct. I have used this KFC many times and have never had a bad or incorrect order.

DON'T BOTHER GOING IF YOU LIKE YOUR FOOD HOT. Never once in all the times I've been there has it been hot I then leave it a while then try again, ALWAYS the same Chicken Luke warm several times chips completely cold NEVER once has both been hot together. I ask you how can you dish up cold chips the worst of it they don't care. They need a good shake up by the Head Office at KFC and if need be take the franchise away as it is the KFC brand they are hurting, So many people say the same (Oh we don't go there anymore it's disgusting)

This was the second time I was urged by my grandson to get a takeaway here but it’s certainly going to be the last time. Having spent £23 on three meals you’d expect more than 16 chips per person wouldn’t you? Yes - the zinger stacker was good but a letdown on the chips and sides. Small corn on the cobs and lukewarm. Somehow I don’t think “finger licking good “ anymore.

We visited this KFC a few days ago. Unfortunately there was a bit of a wait due to them reopening the drive thru after Covid. The food however was hot, delicious and all as per what we ordered. I was surprised to see about 6 to 8 customers enter the shop.. Are they open to the public yet? Sign says drive thru open? I'm sure they should not be allowing customers in hey. On the whole a lovely KFC though but they need to watch the visitor numbers entering the shop otherwise customer confidence will be knocked.

Absolute discrace, had to wait 45-60 mins for my food! They said that we had to wait for us to order food as they were too busy🙄even though there were hardly anyone in the place. We were in there for 2 hours. Half of that us having to deal with waiting for food

Wouldn’t normally review a fast food place but, this is awful stood there 10 mins with a queue in front of us nobody serving, not a single acknowledgement from any member of staff! Service delivery to people that had been luck enough to have been served or that had used the terminals was dreadfully slow too. All in all a very disappointing experience. We just left and went somewhere else.

I wasn’t expecting haute cuisine, but this was terrible. My piece of chicken was microscopic, only identified once home of course and who’s going to drive back again to complain? Not me. Beans were congealed, burger was a cross between salty cardboard and polystyrene. KFC really doesn’t have to be this bad. I have had a few from different branches in the past which were perfectly decent for a fast food takeaway.

Big difference between two KTC outlets on the Isle of Wight. I found the one in Merrie Gardens, Lake (next to Morrisons and Premier Inn off the roundabout) is EXCELLENT. New, clean, efficient, fabulous parking and easy to get to and easy to drive thru.However, the Newport one is getting lazy and tired. Serivce is still efficient (when it is open, which seems not to be until after my coffee/brunch pass-by time!) but the place feels dirty and untidy, parking difficult (exacerbated now by Burger King arriving next door) and the drive thru hazardous to the bonnet of my car!I CHOOSE MERRIE GARDENS in LAKE KFC anyday on the Isle of Wight.

Shame Burger King has opened almost next door! Traffic and parking is shocking now. Food as expected but chicken a bit iffy on one drumstick. Threw it away. SAMs much better.

Worst KFC meal ever experienced, old chicken that must of sat under hot lamp for a day. Items missing from order. Over all poor poor performance from this branch. Considering it's a newer build, would not of expected the food to be this bad.

This kfc is clean, staff are nice, food was better than other kfcs. There wasn't really any wait for the food either and nothing was forgotten. Overall a good kfc and a nice new and good edition to the Island.

We used this KFC tonight and received really friendly service with barely any wait. The food was hot and tasted as expected. Couldn't fault a thing.

Not long arrived on the island and needed something to eat. It was either this or micky dee’s. I wish it was McDonald’s now.Walked in to be greeted with absolutely disgusting filthy tables that had not been cleared and looked like they had been left like that for a while. The stuff looked confused. I’m not sure if they had a braincell between all of them put together. The food wasn’t good. Burger was cold, chips were cold too and the my pepsi tasted like water. My partner had a wrap and it was very salty. For a recently opened KFC, I honestly thought it would have been much cleaner, but this place was a dump. I’ve seen London underground stations that are cleaner than this place

Yum yum yum yum yum chicken and very good drinks thanks they have got disabled toilets well done they are very big but you have a key to get in them and the toilets are very clean too I always came into k. F. Children

Food always cold and chucked in bag, usually all open and mixed up. Chips are disgusting. Better to drive through to Newport. Always something missing.

Came here whilst we were on holiday with my family. Friendly staff, plenty of seating and tables and food was hot and freshly cooked. Recommended.

Me and my wife had a zinger burger each and chips the chicken was horrible and the chips not hot, never going there again

Chicken was soggy, the chips were dry & ordered a large and only got a small. Didn’t realise till I got home so was too much hassle to go back. the krushem? Well, the cup is small enough as it is and they didn’t even fill it to the top!!! Corn on the cobs has virtually no taste at all. Would defo steer clear of this one, waste of money!

Visited today, good friendly service and the food was prepared quickly. Food was hot, fresh and delicious.

Good food, we stayed across the road at the Premier Inn so it was ideal. This is a new restaurant and ideal for a quick snack.

The clue is in the name ‘Kentucky fried chicken ‘ We went on a Friday night just gone nine so still two hours to be open. All chairs on tables so we decided to have takeaway, put our order through then to be told only had two bits of chicken left said ok the girl said she could give me wings instead because I ordered 3pieces . Then got told we would have to wait while they cooked bacon for my husbands burger . Then they gave one of my bits of chicken away to the drive through so then got told actually only one piece left . More wings then ! Was really disappointed with this service . Should they really have no chicken two hours before they shut !!!!

New open this year clean tidy good staff nice food 4 adults different meals all good no problems was local to langard caravan site on holiday went twice and both trips good food was hot tasty on both trips would go back next time on holiday

Popped in for a “quick” dinner treat with my daughter. After ordering, we waited for about 20 minutes for our food. They forgot my daughter’s pudding that was supposed to come as part of her kiddie meal...The service was complete chaos and all the tables were covered in rubbish that hadn’t been cleared. The floor was also absolutely filthy!Clear well clear of this horrible, horrible place!

Popped in as hungry ,decided to use the drive through,no problems,staff friendly and helpful,good lovely ,hot and thoroughly cooked ,will use again :)

Just opened so still looking new and shiny. The food is the same as at every KFC. Enough parking and nicely placed.

レイクのプレミアインの隣にあるドライブスルー付きのKFCです。タッチパネルでの注文ができます。すべてがきれいですがベンチシートとテーブルの高さが合っておらず体の大きな人は足が入らないと思います。KFCはテーブル、椅子、壁に人の手から油が付きやすいのに掃除ができていなくてせっかくの新しい店が残念です。陽当たりがいいのでかなり室温が上がりそうです。
