Woodys farnborough in Rushmoor

I've got no idea why there are so many poor reviews for this place. I've been using them for years and find the quality and quantity of food to be consistantly good.

Good value, both the fried chicken and burgers from Woodies are tasty and more than generous portions. Fries are always crispy and their blue chees dip is to die for! Delivery is free and always very quick. we're always surprised that they are so quick.

Great spot for fried chicken. Generous poortions of chips and chicken is very good! I ordered a meal deal # 6 Chicken fillets and chips with a drink for 6;99 Pleanty of food good value

Woodys farnborough is crap and the indian man who is always at the til has no respect and thinks hes a CEO of a 5 star Michelin restaurant. The customer service is terrible and they don't know what to do and always think they are right. Other branches are far better and farnborough should shut down for good. You should hire professionals not clowns to work. Instead of being called bossman, u should call them waste man instead.

Ordered as was craving a grilled chicken burger with no coating or spice, Woodys was our only option for this on just eat in GU15. Huge tasty grilled plain chicken breast, on lettuce and mayo in a fresh bun, we ordered 3 all the same burgers, all arrived in same great condition! came with fries for free so can't complain, even after just eats additional charges we were very happy. Will order again soon im sure

Sadly due to lock down I’ve only used this restaurant through a delivery app but the food is very nice burgers are good quality and with a blue cheese sauce is moorish, The delivery drivers have been polite and I have used and will continue to order from in future Hopefully will visit the restaurant in the future but I do recommend if you’d like to try a different burger place from what you usually order from/visit

I placed an order which had a delivery time of 40 minutes. After an hour and a half it hadn't turned up. I called them, they said they couldn't tell me where my food was because they didn't know but they would make fresh and it would be with me no later than another 20 mins. Another 40 mins and it still hadn't turned up. Called again. Left on hold for 10 mins and then the order arrived. From ordering to arrival. 2hrs 50 mins Terrible

Had a garlic chicken last night 7 November 20 and it was delicious. I was told it would be ready to collect in 20 minutes and it was. The staff although very busy on a Saturday night were friendly and helpful. The garlic chicken was extremely nice and juicy, not like some I have had, with plenty of garlic seasoning. The salad was extremely fresh and kept in a fridge until I collected my order. Thanks to the staff and I will return again during my short stay in the area and would thoroughly recommend.

This was the first time I went to this branch of Woody’s. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were accurate on my large and complicated order and I would recommend them wholly. The food was a big hit with my family too!! Well done all 😃

They don't give as much fries as they used to! On the menu's it says they give lots if fries but it's a lie now! Also, why do they use so much sellotape on the packaging? Do any other takeaways ever use so much sellotape? It makes it difficult to get to the food! Burgers are good. Fried chicken a bit dry at times and sometimes old oil used. If the fried chicken is darker than golden brown = old oil used

Had a food delivery from here it was ok... Delivered on time and hot... It wasn't the best ive had but by no means the worse. Would i have it again? Yes i probably would.

Very nice flame-grilled burger and lovely french fries. Better still, great value for money. No frills but good all the same.

Promised delivery in 10 minutes, and I was still waiting after an hour. The food was terrible. Cold, stodgy, tasteless crap. Avoid at all costs...

looked online as was staying nearby. Selected woody's as it was an independent restaurant. I ordered on the phone and collected and paid by cash. I ordered the full rib meal and requested extra crispy fries - I was really pleased with the ease of using this takeout and with the quality of the food.

Just nasty. Can’t say any more. Told my friend to order some food from Grill m chill and ended up with this place somehow. Cold chips. Popcorn chicken was dry. Burger with nothing in it? Wtf. Supposed to have mayo and salad.

Fantastic burgers and the fried chicken is better than kfc!! The Peri chicken is delicious!! Always collect so you can get it quick! Great food. Well priced.

We regularly order take away from here as its always delicious. Its cheap for what you get and we've never had any issues hence we go back time and time again. The staff are always really friendly as well whether they deliver or you go in to order from the counter.

I ordered woodys on a snowy day and didn’t get my order until two and a half hours later. After calling after 30 mins, I understood that the delay might’ve been due to the bad weather, however, woodys was only a 20min drive and I did not expect it to take this long. They even had our number, so it was possible to inform us in any difficulties. When the food arrived, the delivery guy didn’t even apologise for the delay. Our food was cold and our chips tasted like they were reheated. Bad experience

Had food from here a few times now, the quality ranges which is a shame because they have a good menu choice and it seems a popular place for take out.Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired, the staff ignore you when you walk in.

Food didn't turn up. Just told us they had delivered to another house by mistake. No refund given and very rude.

The bugers are good. However their fries portion has become much smaller than before. Also they put so much sellotape to keep the fries carton from opening, it's difficult to open!

Extravaganza is epic, you can get burgers, ribs, or chicken. Even sides available which complete the meals!

First time I've been to woodys in about a year and it was dry and tasted like it had been reheated do not waste your money

We have used Woodys for years don't know if they have changed management or not but just been down there it was bad first my husband was going to pay with a card and even though the bill was 18 pounds they still wanted to charge him 50 pence for using the card so payed cash then when we got home he had asked for a 8 oz burger but only got a 4oz he was not happy as for the chips they where cold and really chewy don't think we will bother again

Grandes porciones de tamaño, que sin duda no pasarás hambre. Llamamos a un pedido normalmente es la mejor opción, ya que entonces se swap y cambiar las cosas como te gusta, que es mucho más difícil que hacer en línea. Entrega siempre llega a la hora prevista, y la comida siempre es deliciosa, sin embargo a veces puede ser un poco demasiado en la salsa burger, así que asegúrate de que tienes una toalla de cocina a mano!! Sólo hablaras

We have been here for some time it is all freshly made to order and good value for money they do a delivery service for a small charge we just phone our order and go and pick it up as not to far away

Mi pareja y yo pedimos desde aquí hace un par de semanas. La comida estaba equivocado, llamé y me dijeron: " ¿qué quieres que haga' eeeeeerm sobre cómo enviar el orden correcto! Nos dijeron que era mi propio error. ¡pero no fue así! Tuve el chico lleno de gritos en mí por teléfono. Acabé re pidiendo que me dijeron que tenía que pagar otra vez ... y pensé que iba a ir allí personalmente cuando yo era más calmado para quejarme y el dinero. Bien la comida nunca llegamos! Nunca me han hablado de como que en mi vida ... He trabajado en lo que se refiere a la comida y bebida por un largo tiempo y nunca sueño de hablar con alguien de la manera que se hablan, he modales y respetar a los demás, y, sobre todo, a ser me dijeron que era culpa de la comida estar equivocados!

My food was never delivered but the money was taken from my card and I waited 2 weeks for a refund and staff were rude when I rung to complain

The food is really nice here always hot the staff are alway friendly we have eaten there quite often and never had a bad one

Although they specialise in burgers, they do have other things on the menu such as rack of ribs. They have had some bad publicity recently with poor hygiene standards, but they are making great strides in turning this around.

After some bad publicity, they've turned themselves around and now serve in a hygienic environment some tasty and delicious meals. They specialise in burgers, but I highly recommend their rack of ribs.

I've wanted to try this place for a while but was put off by the recent hygiene ratings. Ordered a chicken burger with bacon and chips and was very pleased by the decent size of the burger and the massive portion of chips. Waited about 10 minutes for my food to served which was longer than I would have expected as I was the only customer there. Will definitely go back the next time I need some cheap and easy grub.

Ordered from woodys for delivery at 10:45 guy phone twice saying he was lost 2nd time gave him instructions how to get here can't miss it big public house with all outside lights on anyway waited till 11:30 and decided to cook our own food - next time don't deliver about 150 leaflets to a pub that they cant find - very disappointed and very angry

Although the food is quite good, it's been published in the local newspaper today and also on the food standards agency website that "Major improvements are necessary". If management allow for this to happen then they have no respect for the customer and putting your health at risk! Avoid!

Saturday night... Me and my partner Fancy a takeaway. Rang up and ordered our food, that was fine. The guy said it would be between 30-40mins, 45mins pass and still no food. My partner rings and they say their on their way so will only be a couple of minutes. Another 20 mins go by and the delivery man finally turns up with our food. The food was awful!! Chips were cold and tasted like eating cardboard imagine eating chips from a cheap dingy kebab shop, they were worse than that!! My chicken burger was just tasteless and rubbery. My partner had ribs and it came with garlic bread, coleslaw as well as the disgusting chips. The garlic bread was stale. It was such a shame and disappointment as it was a Saturday night and was really looking forward to a good old takeaway. Never going to order food from here again!!! Poor food, terrible customer service, wouldn't eat there again for free!

Today was my fist visit to Woodys after having walked past it for months to use either Farnborough Kebab House or Dans chippy and I must say......shame on me!. The burgers are without no doubt the best in Farnborough and priced really reasonably. £5.50 for a large 8oz disney burger and chips you wont find that anywhere else especially when you consider a large Mcdonalds happy meal is like the same price but crappy quality. I wont be using either the Kebab house or Dans ever again.........And when Mcdonalds opens across the road they can do one also!......

If you want a good quality burger or any type of fast food this should be your first stop. Use them often and never a bad meal, food is always good quality and good values.

I have been visiting WOODYS since they opened the first branch in West Drayton in the 80s. They simply are the best and the sauces are unchanged since the 80s. Make sure you try them. They now have another branch in Aldershot. Highly recommend the chilli sauce if you like your chicken or burgers spicy. Hot hot hot.

Good Fast Food and excellend delivery service have used them loads and will always call when in farnborough

What else can I say? Good food and good value.. forget McDonalds and give them a try. They cook fresh to order in front of you. If you want it quick I'd recommend you phone the order through in advance.
