Don’t know who they are hiring but missing half a small order along with the fries is just plain idiotic. I’ve worked in the industry and to make a mistake as big as this is just plan stupid.

Seriously overpriced, you seem to get less for your money now and the service is beyond crap. Staff who seem to not know what their doing and need retraining.

Ordered eventually at the counter as I always pay cash so thought it would save time clearly a complete inconvenience for staff heavens forbid customers act want serving i asked if i could have an egg in my flatbread instead of bacon and pay extra tge response i got rudely and abruptly we dont do that, I own my own public house and if a member of my team spoke to one of our customers like that i would be horrified and ashamed

Gave me food poisoning I had a sausage and egg McMuffin and hash browns, there’s clearly some very unhygienic practices going on such as not wearing gloves/ washing hands enough or not cooking the food properly. Absolutely disgusting.

In a month, I have at least 20 days, I eat for McDonald’s in park farm Folkestone and I understand the small mistake in bg hours but not even once. 3 times and no bg hrs. my set of french fries always like this and This time I couldn't make up my mind😡

Once again after avoiding this place due to them making errors yet again I got the wrong item! Ordered cheeseburger happy meal ended up with nuggets! Nuggets were also cold. Just don't go to this one or if you do check your order carefully.

This is the third time we have had items either missing or incorrect. When you ring you are told the delivery company is responsible, but they don't put your order in the bag. Getting the right order at this branch is now a lottery, one you will normally lose.

My business associate ordered a chicken select and it didn’t have the special dip you usually get. I also ordered 4 barbecue dips but only got 2 absolutely appalled by this ruined our lunch and i’ve now been informed by my boss that I will not be receiving anymore lunches because he thinks I stole it!!! NOT ON MCDONALDS. Sort this out 😡

So terrible! Parked after drive through and my order never arrived. Ordered again and they gave me the wrong food! Then corrected but forgot one item. Appalling!

For the third time ordering through the just eat app items have been missing from our order! We won't be ordering again.

Really gone down hill. Food was disgusting cold dry. Crazy prices for rubbish food. We will be avoiding all mc Donald's food pits from now on. Sainsburys meal deal is a better and safer option..

This the 2nd time we have not had all of our order given on a drive through. You are asked to go to a parking bay, wait over 20 mins then go in to chase your order.. You are assured its all in there and when you get home the kids say there is no MCCrispies ... We live out of town out of the delivery postcode and what has been a large families treat and a £45 order has now turned into £60 including petrol and a drive to yet another McDonald's for the kids food whose treat it was after a good parents evening... The offer of a free meal or refund when you go back is appreciated but still not good enough... Especially when you have to drive another 16 miles rind trip to get it!

McDonalds is just plain and simple crap. We have on numerous occasions got wrong orders or the food has been cold, but …….. today just topped it. We ordered fries, 2 x cheese burgers and a milkshake. When the order arrived all we got was fries and the shake, when we asked the delivery bloke where the rest of the order was, he replied that was all they gave him. So, we reordered 2 x cheese burgers and when that arrived we got 2 x burgers, but all that was inside them was cheese. Two orders totally wrong within an hour. The thing is, when you go into McDonalds to complain, the staff look at you as if you have sprouted horns. We will definitely not be ordering McDonalds in the future, the staff and the food is a joke.

Without fail 9 times out of ten park farm McDonald's either forgets to giv you part of your order , or just mucks it up , last week we ordered big tasty WITH BACON but NO SALAD ITEMS. ... It had no salad and NO BACON 😂 but it said on the box big tasty with bacon and no salad , this week the plain cheeburger LABELLED PLAIN CHEESE BURGER and it had onion and sauce in it , I've stopped ordering through the MCDONALD'S APP as when it turns up and it's all wrong you can't get your money back , so they just throw what ever McDonald's in the bag , it turns up and that's it you just have to suck it up an accept the loss I thought that park farm McDonald's was over run wich is why it's crap and the opening of the cheriton branch would ease there pressure a tad and things would be better ..... It's far from the case it's still as crap and they get orders wrong 99.9% of the time Wich I think they need to sort it out as some are allergies not just somone disliking something Put more effort into getting it right and less time into fixing your muck ups

Ordered food via Uber Eats. No sauces and food cold (800m drive). When I called to discuss they said they couldn’t send any sauces out and it’s not their fault the food is cold.

Had a drive through tonight and the young girl that served us at the last window was rude didn't acknowledge us not even a please and thankyou when we asked if the dips and sauces where in our order was told cource it is very rude drive through staff

Don't use the app for starters, doesn't even pay or get the order in until you arrive so basically pointless to use in advance. Also clicked for collection outside and waited 15 minutes in an empty car park. Eventually went in and asked where my food was to be told that I had selected collect inside and it had been sitting inside for 15 minutes. I definitely didn't click collect inside. Also instead of sitting there letting food go cold maybe use common sense and look into the car park where there is clearly one single car sitting in a collection point and think maybe it's for them. Also other occasions very rude and uninterested staff on drive thru, most food always half warm, wouldn't recommend.

No dips, not enough straws, wrong items, no salt on chips, chips also cold. Good customer service but very disappointed with what I received

I ordered some food from the McDonalds website and they noted a time of delivery for me. They the arrived almost 20 minutes earlier when I had popped out then marked the food as delivered without actually leaving it there; I wondr if the delivery driver was hungry? I won't use again as I've lost quite a sum of money as McDonalds are refusing to give my money back.

i orderd a cheese burger without the chhese and the beef patty but when i got my food i found out thjat i had no cheese or burger patty and they wouldnt give mu money back so i want to sue this mcdonalds for 3 million because i want my 99p back

This probably sounds ridiculous but seeing as people write bad reviews for the most stupid things (see review below) I thought I’d write a nice one for something that was probably small for the person that made my burger today but massive for me. I haven’t been able to eat gluten due to an autoimmune disease so when I come to McDonalds I always order a double bacon cheese burger. Usually this comes in a nugget box, thrown together with the cheese stuck to the top but not today. Whoever prepared my burger put it in a pancake box and layer the burger out so all the cheese was saved. This sounds small and probably a bit pathetic to anyone who can eat anything they want but honestly since my diet is so restricted, small things like this mean the world. So thank you very much

This McDonalds is a nightmare. It causes a real backlog of traffic. As drivers seem incapable themselves to go further up the road and turn around, why is a member of staff not outside directing the traffic?

Drive thru was a pain as the two portions of fries were missing. Always pull in to check your bag is the moral of the story. Having to get in the covid queue to sort this out was a pain although the young man at the front was easily the politest and most eloquent member of staff I've encountered in any food establishment. Well done. Shame the lady with the tats that scrutinised my receipt wasn't as nice. Not much of an apology either. A free mcflurry would have been a nice gesture ;)

Visited here again this week. I normally pop in twice a week. The staff here welcome you with a smile. They are patient when it takes a little time to sort out new rules with track and trace etc. If there's ever an issue with your order, they sort it out politely and efficiently. The food is the usual McDonald's- great for a quick meal. The toilets are clean. What more could you ask? Perfect!!

Waited 20 mins for drive thru and orderd mcchicken sandwich meal with extra bacon and cheese, When received this order no extra bacon or cheese, chips where cold staff where rude when brought this up with them and no refund its like we had just woken them up from late at night when meant to be 24hours. Will not return

The staff here seem to have an inability to give you what you have ordered and paid for. Always something missing and it's becoming a real PIA to have to keep going back for things. How hard can it be? If I wanted to play the lottery I would have bought a ticket. Sort it out.

Lovely greeting from Warren who welcomed our grandson of 3yrs with a hello high five thumbs up and a dude knuckle .. he was very friendly and helpful to all diners whilst we were sitting eating ice cream .. we would like to give him a good mention as not many young men are as dedicated and friendly .. well done Warren and thanks for yr welcoming to us and our grandson who you just said goodbye to on yr way home at the end of yr shift ..a good member to your team McDonalds ...

Firstly I do not appreciate being called "mate" as I collect my food from the window. Secondly there was lettuce in my double cheese burger. Popped in here on the way home from Dover this Saturday just gone and must of got there about 5pmish (peak dinner time). Well I have to say what an amazing McDonald's. The Staff were the friendless I ever come across in any of this chain of restaurants. The moment we walked in we got smiling faces and asking how we were. On our way out even the Manager thanked us for coming and to enjoy the rest of our evening - Top services. The food was again the best we had from this chain for a long time - the food was hot and tasted like it looked - very good This restaurant should get an award from head office or the staff should get a pay rise - keep up the good work and if we are ever back down this way we shall pop in again for the best service ever.

Is it me or are McDonalds getting very slow. Whitfield Mc is the slowest I have found so far. Maybe I am becoming a grumpy old git.......maybe. McDonalds seems to have tried to speed up inside but what about the drive thru??????

As a vegetarian I choose to have a roll, lettuce, tomato and slice of cheese as my meal....so choose the cheese burger minus the meat!!!! It’s not hard to realise what that means but every single time It arrives with just tomato and lettuce, how can a cheese burger not have cheese !!! Tonight was the second time we tried McDonald’s home delivery service and it was cold both times. The first time we didn’t complain but this time I tried to complain and found it virtually impossible. When I called McDonald’s they said I had to complain to Uber who delivered it. Tried getting a phone number for Uber and couldn’t. Called McDonald’s twice and spoke to 2 managers ( I don’t believe they were managers) who were unapologetic and not very helpful. Terrible customer service skills!!! Don’t order home delivery as if it’s wrong or cold tough. DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTED!!

This is usually a good branch of McDonald's. When I've been inside it has been clean and tidy. Sometimes service is slow due to the overwhelming amount of people. When we got our order home it was wrong so I would suggest that you check you have everything (and the right food) before you leave. Where this branch is is often very busy with traffic to other shops in the area so you have to be patient.

I don't go inside much but from what I've seen it's very clean inside and has very helpful kind staff, The thing that I like the most is the big drive through don't use up much time only takes like 2mins for food and then you can go off on you're day to do whatever you have planned, only thing that could make this store any better is if they made home delivery's.

Check your order before you pay, they don’t listen to half your order.. so incompetent, and when you get your food check it you might only get half of your food! Not worth the money you pay! And they can’t even be bothered to correct their mistakes or even own up to their mistakes.

We visit once a week our favourite are fries , thin , crispy, dry as we like them.

I had been working all day and did not want to cook. My husband went to McDonald's to get me a takeaway meal. He asked for plain burgers and one medium chips. He paid and did not check the order. When he returned I checked the burgers but they were not plain. They had also given him two medium chips (he was charged for both).

I ate here once while away on business and found the wait too long, the space cramped and the food cold. It was also a bit of a nightmare parking as it was all a bit too tight. Definitely not one I’ll be returning to.

Loved the Signature Collection burger meal. First tried this in France at the beginning of the year and really wanted to see if the UK met their high standard - it did. We had the option of no bun, to the surprise of the order taker, and added a shaker salad with a delicious Balsamic sauce. Nice cheese and bacon. Gorgeous skinny fries - weren’t asked but excellent.

Once again I'm underwhelmed by this company cold bacon (apparently the burger heats it ) the cold limp bacon is covered in a tasty sauce and nice chicken so why put it on , restaurant had way to many house flies

I took my son and his friends over here for a birthday tea ! WARRICK see me coming in holding a birthday cake and came over straight away asked who’s birthday it was and asked me if I wanted him to take cake and bring it out which he did ! Most Mcdonalds are all the same, food quality can be great or poor.. But this Mcdonalds has the rudest staff I've ever come across. They all need some customer training, learn how to smile and be nice to customers.

Popular restaurant, despite this very quick service. Table service worked very well. All 3 members of staff I interacted with we happy and polite. A very pleasant experience. Food was as expected.

Staff were fast efficient and friendly , we were served quickly and not one error with the order , staff were friendly

Like many people I've seen a lot of bad McDonald's. Never have I had someone come over to ask if everything was ok with our meal and if we needed anything.

I ordered four meals today none of them came with a good standard the meals were wrong and had hardly any fries I was so disappointed, never coming again

Typical McDonalds but the staff here are very friendly and happy to help in any way to make your visit more enjoyable.Food is freshly cooked and if you are not happy with something they exchange it without question.

Not happy with my visit to McDonald’s today, went through the drive through, the lady standing there was banging the card machine on the door waiting for me to get my card ready as well as looking me up and down, being rude. I asked at the next window how to make a complaint and the girl from the previous window came to the first window. Ask who the complaint was about and why. And then the other girl closed the window on me, Couldn’t believe what I was hearing and how rude they are being towards a paying customer.

I visit here around 2 to 3 times a week for a quick coffee or snack.

Usually I wouldn't complain as it's just fast food... they don't always get your order right but you get what you pay for. The other night I ordered a mcflurry which was crunchie... the girl made a Cadbury I said I ordered crunchie.. she was on the machine not the server and didn't know I could hear her and shouted FOR GOD SAKE... then screamed.. and then I asked the boy if it was too late to add sauce in which she overheard chocolate but I hadn't chosen yet I just said violate or toffee... I chose toffee in which she had to make another one and in an angry voice shouted again. It's not my fault they got it wronf. The man was nice but the girl had an attitude problem. She was around 17-9 years of age average height, very short brown/ginger hair.. no glasses. Please train your staff to be nice.. or already shut the window when slagging customers off. I even said to the boy sarcastically... "do apologise to the girl for me, As I can tell I made her very angry" in hope she's hear and feel bad. This was about sunday/Monday night I think? Please investigate.

Unfortunately our meal was stone cold, as cold as the server attitude, popped in with my family for a take away, 5 minutes later at home,we discovered a shocking cold chips and cold chicken legends. Not to mention the waiting time, but it may be a slow fast food place. Extremely disappointed

Our first visit since it reopened on valentines day. The food is typical of mcdonalds average . New screens to order from. We noticed at least three dirty tables as we decided where to sit. It is a busy outlet but more cleaning would improve the experience.

En el desarrollo contiguo Sainsburys West Park farm en Folkestone, justo al lado de la salida 13 de la M20, a unos 8 km en dirección a Londres desde el Puerto de Dover. Básicamente un típico McDonalds, pero una pequeña, metida en un sitio pequeño. Es más fácil aparcar en Sainsburys y caminar allí.

Cada vez que vengo aquí me lío con el pedido. Sí, sustituirlo cuando volvamos y realmente, cada vez?

Have to say, as Fillet o Fish goes this does the best one. Food has always been hot when ordering on a weekend lunch time and happy polite staff.But what I really want is the fish done up as a big mac - is this possible?

Poppy and libbie were hungry so we popped in here for a bite. It was clean and tidy staff were good and there was a very small queue. We were served with a smile and promptly had our food on the tray. Leave your car in the Sainsbury car park if you have been shopping and take a little walk up the hill.

Came here 4 days ago and got served a tub of mayo. Came here today, specifically for the tub of mayonnaise that this store managed to provide just 4 days ago. However to be turned away and refused custom. Not happy. Won't come back. Probably will again in 4 days. But right now I am not a happy customer.

Staff exceptionally helpful in organising our gluten free meal, which was appetisingly served. Restaurant was exceptionally clean.

I know most McDonalds are the same but Park Farm is one of the cleanest and best maintained McDonalds I have ever visited. Staff are helpful and friendly. Food is usually excellent and if something is not up to scratch they are happy to replace it.

I have eaten in eating establishments all over the UK but never McDonalds. This was the most awful Burger that I have ever consumed the meat was dreadful, could have doubled for a Ice Hockey puck, the bun I swear was made from recycled cardboard. And the sauce in it Yuk. I cannot find words to describe the chips. Milk shake was drinkable. This is one company I will not be stopping at the future

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Food was freshly made and the place was spotless. This branch is 24hrs too.

Average McDonald's close to the Leas in Folky. Always very busy especially during school hols. Food average for this chain . Plenty of seating

Popped in here for lunch on our way home. There's a short supply of seating and was a little uncomfortable squeezing next to another family to eat. Was given the wrong size drink with my order to so had to go back up to exchange that. Floor staff kept the restaurant clear of rubbish quickly and were friendly

Same old same old really. When you walk into any McDonalds you pretty much get the same as any other that you could walk into. Food is as you would expect at ok prices. Main problem here would be the parking, nowhere outside and you are lucky if you get a space along the leas.

Great and quick breakfasts. The sausage and egg mcmuffin meal is good value and great taste.Also tasty are the wraps

Had breakfast here two mornings on the way to the M20. Service quick and reliable. Staff member helpful wiping down table after messy family, and brought my wife some extra milk sticks for her very hot porage.

What a friendly mcdonalds!! It was great arriving back in the UK and being greeted with such lovely staff at this mcdonalds just off the M/A20.The staff were all helping each other out and couldnt do enough for the customers. Tash in particular was very cheerful and helpful. This all created a very warm and freindly atmospere. A great first impression of the UK for visitors.

I eat here sometimes but the menu hasn't changed much they need more variety maybe and adults deluxe bucket with say 6 nuggets a hamburger fries drink n slice I'm sure this would go down well especially with the bigger more varied waters and not only that after a meal yr hungry an hour later .. just a suggestion I'm sure it would be a hit

I like mcdonalds in folkestone when we have a little money and to give my child a treat, also when we are in town or on our way to something. Quick and easy and I do not have to cook.

Its just your typical mcdonalds, suitable for all the family. If you like burgers then iam sure you will like this place :)

Some staff just don't know how to make a McFlurry.But premises is otherwise clean and staff happy and visible. Eat in. Gave me a balloon.

Decided to meet up here with family as convienient place to meet and to exchange gifts. Very noisy as it was a Saturday but there were lots of children there. Staff very helpful. Food is what you would expect from a fast food chain. Overall it was okay and good value for money.

Very good snack food, clean with nice staff to serve you. Gets a little load in car park late at night.

The food, service and atmosphere at this Mcdonalds beats the one in town hands down!! im more than happy when i order from here, the food is edible unlike the one in town :)
