Shockingly small portion size of McFlurry. Cup was not even half-filled. Doesn’t come anywhere close to the photos on screen. Massively disappointing. C’mon Mickey D’s, stop trying to maximise profits and rip off customers. Fill the cup to the top and give us what we have paid for or we won’t be back. (it wasn’t a mini McFlurry or Kids McFlurry)

Quick service through the drive thru but what was put in the bag was shocking. Two portions of small fries were really small but the medium portion was less than one of the small ones. As we were driving, we didn't know this until we were away from the site. Very sneaky.

Kept cancelling the order with no explanation and kept hanging up the phone without answering when we tried to find out what was going on. Tbh it's only the big mac sauce and cheese bites we go for these days. Local restaurants now sell nice fresh burger meals at a comparable price to mcdonalds. Mcdonalds used to have cheap prices and good customer services which were their selling points (it has never been the food, we all know its cheap processed crap smothered in sauces to make it taste good). Not sure what their selling points are these days if their customer service is non-existent and they're more expensive than proper food. Gone are mcdonalds glory days. Bring back the sundaes.

Incompetent staff. Can't follow a simple list to pack a bag for delivery. Lie to you by saying if you contact Uber Eats that you will get your missing items delivered. Food that is delivered is cold and badly put together. Worst McDonald's branch about, absolute idiots.

absolutely disgusting!!! Supposed to be a Mccrispy deluxe. Was as flat as a pancake and tasted like it had been heat up from the day before, and to top it of here was no bacon on it. Will NEVER go back to this place

Absolutely awful ordered at the screen and paid . Half order came out cold sent all of it back told them want fresh so was told we will bring it to you .. waited a while out came the food … cold again sent back Gave up then got a refund and left Place is crap

24 hours yet it was shut when we drove all the way from Stirling for a late night snack. Shocking. So unimpressed with unhappy car members

Lovely afternoon having cream served by Lisa who was fantastic, beautiful restaurant will definitely visit again.

Since the last couple of months all delivery drivers are not allowed to park on the McDonald's parking nor the BP station. They are required to jump through the fence and bushes to get to the restaurant to collect order. Absolute disgrace and violation of the health and safety rules.

Myself and my Grandson came on Sat 13th Nov approx 12.15 for some lunch. On arrival at the main entrance, my Grandson was sick due to some fun on a ride at a local park. 3 members of female staff, 1 in particular (sorry didn't get her name) couldn't have been more kind, attentive and helpful, offering him a drink of water, and to get anything I needed, while they got antibacterial spray/kitchen towel to help clean up the sick. I cleaned what I could as I felt it was my duty, but total respect for these employees!! Thank you for making our situation feel not as bad as what it might/could have been.

5 minutes ago I went to McDonald's and found a rat tail with blood on it and it was in my fries box absolutely discrasful also found bites in the box and fries my wrap was ment to be vegan BUT I GOT THE NEW ADDITION TO THE MENU THE RAT BURGER NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.

the kids who work there are pleasant enough, the place is nice and clean and there is limited free parking

School holidays and lunchtime , restaurant very busy. I arrived with 2 young grand children. After placing order I was unable to get a seat. The girl was very kind and offered to find me a table or change my order to a carry out. A table was found and cleared and ceaned for me very quickly. The person was so kind and helpful her name was Tracy. Thank you Tracy for providing such good customer service.

I ordered a cone and a McFlurry through the Drive-Thru. Once I got my cone, it wasn’t served as it should be - there should be hundreds of ice cream on a cone and I was given very little. The manager served me and I asked if she could give me more and she started to shout and swear at me and told me not to come back - that I was bard from Mcdonald’s. DO NOT COME TO THIS MCDONALD'S. YOU COULD GET BARD FROM HERE IF A STAFF MEMBER MAKES A MISTAKE WITH YOUR ORDER OR YOUR ORDER ISN'T ACCURATE.

Fizzy juice always flat despite complaining and being provided with a replacement. Cola is rotten. Appear to be cutting back as never give you napkins at the drive through. very annoying to find this out after driving away.

The usual level of cleanliness and seating in this little service-type area. Diabolical parking mixed with drive thru. The entrance is tucked behind the approach to the petrol station, so it is possible to miss this and have to go round the roundabout again... 😉

On the spot and always a happy face. Very professional for a Fast Food Drive through. One of the best!

My fiancé and I dropped in to this restaurant for dinner. We completed the previous till receipt survey and took advantage of the big mac and medium fries for £1.99 instead of £3 odds, great value for money. We also had a strawberry and toffee sundae. To wash it down we had a coke zero which was perfectly chilled and a white coffee and a strawberry milkshake. The service was really good and the staff are really friendly and helpful. They even took away our rubbish. All round full marks for the food and service and we would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Pretty good service, free parking, food has always been fresh and the coffee is good. As the title says, can't fault them really.

Situated just off the east bound M9, this McDonalds was a good meeting point. A typical McDonalds, it served a decent coffee in a good time. Plenty parking spaces and not to busy.

Un lugar muy concurrido en un domingo por la tarde, aparcamiento, un poco pequeña, no bien planificada, difícil de entrar y salir. Como con la mayoría de los MacDonald's del sistema automatizado. El personal era rápido con el orden que sirve, como pidió la forma normal en el mostrador.

Visitamos el restaurante Mcdonald's en el parque comercial en Falkirk y estuve gratamente sorprendido por la amabilidad y la simpatía de un miembro del personal. La comida siempre es lo que es en McDonalds, mantiene a los niños felices y es el mismo de un restaurante a la siguiente, sin embargo, rara vez dejan pensando en lo hermoso, el personal es que no hoy. Irene Mundie eres un crédito para el restaurante. Es la primera vez que visité el McDonalds en el parque comercial, pero fue por mucho el mejor que he estado. Un poco de amabilidad va un largo camino.

This is your typical McDonald's restaurant with great friendly staff, quickly service and decent food. Nice clean toilets and tables clean regularly (unfortunately the waste bins were overflowing and not being emptied regulary. But apart from that one small fault we was an enjoyable visit.

No es un amante de Mcdonalds no es comida de buena calidad. Yo a veces necesitas comida basura como este y aunque he escrito bastante mordaces críticas de otros lugares para vender comida de calidad similar, al menos en mcdonalds no hay pretensión de ser recién/casero.

Una vez el pedido ha sido malo que me recogió del druve a través. Este es ahora un occurrance regular y normalmente no descubra el error hasta que estoy en casa y eso significa otro viaje a Macdonalds a volver el orden equivocado. Si no fuera por mis nietos ansiosos de sus viernes tratan no volveremos.

Bit of a weird one for me to review a Mcdonalds; but as I travel for work alot I visit many places one being McDonalds. Now usually a visit to Mcdonalds wouldnt even warrant a review however the staff in this McDonalds really stood out from any of the others I have ever been to. They were by far the most friendlt and happy McDonalds workers I have ever come across and I feel they deserve credit where credit is due. The food was always hot and orders always correct too, thats rare for McDonalds !Well done I was impressed !

Ordered a medium coke and a mcflurry at the kiosk, waited 15mins for itnto arrive half melted and with my cup half empty, never recieved any straws or napkins!!!Sort it out.

No much talent and staff took a while to make a mcflurry and cola but overall does the job ae. Seen someone wearing an ellesse t shirt which ruined the vibe.

Been here several times, food is always hot and fresh, as is the coffee. Loos are not good, tiny actually, with at least one sink out of order each time I've been. Conveniently located near the regular boot sale and next to a petrol station.

Place was dirty looking and the food was not much better such a shame we usually like the fast food but won't be back here not exactly top for manners and dear for the quality we got

McDonalds is what it is, a fast food outlet when you are hungry and just don't have the time to eat in a proper restaurant or wait until you get home. Choose wisely and don't make a habit of it and you will be okay.On this particular visit, there were four staff including a manager talking to each other and generally mucking about. At least two of them looked in my direction and one walked by without any acknowledgement whatsoever. I was on the verge of walking out but knew that I would have had to wait another couple of hours before being able to eat so stayed but very unhappy as no apology given when eventually served.

Obviously a popular drive through as the queue was long. There are 2 ordering points but it took ages to get the meal.

Stopped here for a bite to eat on the way home. Against my better judgement I used the drive thru. Order taken quick. Then had a long wait for the food and a hard time finding somewhere to sit in the car while we waited, so as not to block the place up or double park.On the upside the order was right, which isn't always the case.

Went for a burger after work took more than 20minutes for it to arrive was a special one even though it wasn't that busy but think they were short staffed the manager was a bit of a tyrant shouting orders instead of lending a hand when needed on the tills the hunger pangs wore off by the end of the 20 mins the burger went in the bin and went for chinese

What can I say about MacDonald S it's a burger bar sorry guys not for me tasteless cheap food can't bring myself to say anything positive

We visit semi regularly and note how much McD's has changed over the past 18 months ( nationally as well as here). Staff go out of there way to help out and at times it almost has the feel of table service. There is a nice kid zone with tablets and the self service menu is pretty easy to navigate but there is always someone on hand to help. A major improvement in the look and feel of the place and with lovely staff its about as good as it gets for McD's.

We go here regularly as our grandchildren love it. The staff are brilliant with the kids and the restaurant is always spotlessly clean.

Placed order on new (to me at least) touch screen system. One member of staff offered to see if a table was available, then another accompanied my two boys to the table after handing them crayons and paper - absolute fantastic girls. Great service. Food hot and exactly as we ordered. I could not get over how different this place was from what I had been used to!

Staff are friendly enough, sometimes you can wait quite a long time but that seems to be down to customers who can't make up their minds rather than staff inefficiency. The food is average, but this is no better or worse than any other drive-through McDonalds, although there is a distinct lack of parking for those who are waiting for their food to come out.

Very busy, so waited at a table. No problem, as staff very polite and food came in no time.Food was well prepared and hot. Not the usual squashed flung together bun and soggy fries.They seem to make a real effort here and it shows.

Superb breakfast.. But totally spoiled when it's practically handed over with no customer service at all. I hate it when people don't hand food over with a smile and say thanks or bye! I can only assume the girl was having a bad day.

I had a Big Mac from this macdonalds and it was boomtastic tasted just like every other macdonalds in Britain! Defo will be back like.

24hours McDonald's. Went there for a quick breakfast early in the morning, i had the menu with the burger coffee. It tasted good and it was served really quick.

Fun place to visit to compare what an American company is like overseas. Food was great, but the service was "put out" that we didn't "get" their slang terms for menu items/condiments. They were abrupt and not helpful. Food was good -- a little pricey for the basic McDonald burger meal....but it's an experience.

We all know McDonalds as the high street fast food venue. I have used this as a drive thru many times while on lunch from work. It is typical and average. Ok food nothing to shout about.

Stopped with kids whilst visiting the kelpies & helix. The rip off prices of £3 a hot chocolate we decided to head round to McDs. Service was quick & food also good as expected. Was very busy when we were in but quietened down quickly. The kids host who took another little girl to get her face painted.. Came to our table, my kids got excited thinking they were gona get face painted when infact she was just selling plasters for the new Ronald McDonald house which we happily bought. Just a little disappointed that they weren't offered to get face painted. Will return when back in area with kids.

Ok for a treat once in a while. Like the breakfast and my son's like the happy meals. Don't understand the point of giving younger children books that are only suitable for older children so they should have a selection of both and ask the parent what type.

As usual with macdonalds, you sometimes quicker going in,than using the drive thru.. It's clean fresh place..Staff are polite,friendly ,very young..As with most macdonalds,all have been through refursbments .
