So pleased with the quality of the fish and chips here! Chips tasty and cooked well,,, batter not too thick, fish very tasty, mushy peas perfect! Just wanted to let the new owners know they are doing a fantastic job! 🤗

Great food but over an hour I think is a bit of a long wait for fish and chips.

Excellent chip shop. Most importantly the food is great. Newly refurbished the shop is very welcoming.

Working in the area and fancied a fish dinner. stopped here. purchased: Cod, Large chips, Large peas. Service: served by 2 males, polite, friendly, on leaving he said enjoy your meal :) Hygiene: place looked very clean to be fair! Food: well im a takeaway connoisseur lol 😆 esp the amount i eat. Fish, i ordered lightly battered it came, nice portion size crispy batter with perfectly fried flakey white cod. Chips: Large portion of old school chippy chips, cooked lovely and tasted great. Peas: not too thick not too runny. oh n green lol :) You can tell I enjoyed it...... before and after pics says it all lol all in all a nice little chippy. just over £12 in price. Definitely go here again if in area. 5*

Last time here I oderder a large kebab. The guy who's pretty miserable and not friendly gave me half the meat that comes with a large! Will not spend my money here again! Customer lost!

Used to be the the best pizza in North Leeds, honesty I could have made better pizza. Worst pizza I have ever eaten.

We've used menai kebab for many years but will be giving it a miss moving forward. Misreble rude staff who apparently don't do 'crispy chips'. Just cook them a little longer it's quite simple! The chicken kebab was over cooked and bland with very little marinade. The kofta is also dry and over cooked. The prices have gone through the roof too, 27.00 for a large kebab and small kebab. Joke. Shame as it used to be decent. Maybe it's changed hands ?? Either way I won't be rushing back.

Disappointed to say the least. Ordered my food to be delivered. Took an hour to arrive. Tasteless and cold. Would not recommend.
