The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Fast food food

Ordered a chicken wrap and got a 6£ chick wrap with over burnt 2 pieces of chicken in a tiny wrap thin as a finger fry. Surely made by some untrained professional hired by poor management. Entirely waste of money. Not sure if there is any check and balance authority in newcastle at the first place or not

Must try the Fish and Chips and fried chicken. Got a different experience

Second time in a row I’ve been disappointed with the quality , just had medium cod and chips and the cod was really thin, the batter was perfect but the cod was over cooked, really chewy. £8.99 not good value. Been buying from them for nearly 7 years, never again.

Ignorant staff are more interested in who will give them attention whilst showboating rather than who ordered first. The burgers are decent but pale in comparison to some of the surrounding eateries.

Loved everything. The food, service, welcoming, the atmosphere and the decor was so unique. Thank you and definitely will be back soon.

Don’t eat here got severe food poisoning

The customer service here is laughable. Went this evening and actually felt like we were unwelcome as customers. No notice from staff when we were left waiting a silly amount of time for our food. Had to ask what was happening for any info. For the quality of the food there's not much point going.

An exceptional service by Ghada with a high standard welcome from the staff I presume led by her great team leader. What ever you do,pass by relaxing or waiting for a friend

wrong order, took 2 hours to come

Thieving shower of Sh** ordered tonight wrong delivery arrived! Got sent between calling the 2 branches and told i had been delivered my food. Stole 27 pounds off me essentially. Never again avoid at all costs!!

Best fish and chips but the delivery was a bit slow. Will still order again

So. Had fish and chips and mushy peas. Fish was absolutely beautiful. The mushy peas were OK but not sure I'd bother again. Defo be going for the fish and chips though
