I orderd food from them and then it took so long to come and the food turned out cold and didnt gave us a refund back and the staff are really rude i dont recomend anyone to go to this shop or ordering from them

Nick has been an absolute superstar! I placed an order that included a few items which couldn’t be delivered due to their nature, and I was worried we’d have to go without. Fortunately a lovely lady , who's name I don't remember, instead of shutting me down went to seek out some guidance to help us as best as they can. Nick stepped in and truly went above and beyond—personally making sure that everything was sorted and delivered to us. His dedication, communication, and willingness to help made the whole experience so much smoother and less stressful. It’s not every day you come across someone so genuinely helpful and committed to excellent service. A huge thank you to Nick (and no name lady) for all their effort and support—we’re so grateful!

Absolutely phenomenal! This kebab shop is a true gem. Chef Ali really knows what he’s doing in this industry, The meat was unbelievably tender, bursting with rich, smoky flavor, and grilled to perfection. Every bite was a perfect harmony of juicy meat, fresh, crisp vegetables, and warm, pillowy bread. The sauces were spot on — bold, creamy, and perfectly balanced. The portions were more than generous, offering incredible value. On top of that, the staff went above and beyond with their friendly service and welcoming smiles. If you’re craving an authentic, Turkish mouthwatering kebab experience, look no further. This place is a must-visit — 10/10 recommend!

There was a problem causing our order to be delayed. Beth the manager handled the situation extremely well ensuring customers were informed, prioritised and looked after. We could see she was working very hard to resolve the situation, exceptional managerial skills an asset to Nandos. I would also like to mention that the restaurant was very clean, it was nice to see staff cleaning the customer shared sauce bottles which often get overlooked yet probably one of the most dirtiest items as everyone has had their hand in them. All staff were very nice and helpful.

Ordered a chicken wrap and got a 6£ chick wrap with over burnt 2 pieces of chicken in a tiny wrap thin as a finger fry. Surely made by some untrained professional hired by poor management. Entirely waste of money. Not sure if there is any check and balance authority in newcastle at the first place or not

We visited for afternoon Tea following receiving a voucher for Christmas, the afternoon tea was very good, there was items within it we wouldn’t eat but they were accommodating and exchanged them which was very lovely

We ate in the restaurant today. Food was luke warm. Not what we expected for burger and fries eating in. Staff were friendly but food let it down today.
