Absolutely terrible service after ordering on this app the food showed as delivered.the shop would not answer the phone for over 30 mins . Then it arrived 45 minutes late and cold

good food but slightly expensive unless you get the meal deal which is a 6 inch sub with cookie and drink, (the drink has to be a cup not a bottle) all for £3.99. the atmosphere is nice and usually its not noisy and the staff are friendly, i go here on most sundays and i see my favourite man if i dont see him anymore i will be sad

Chicken strips were missed off the order and when we got them and my husband opened them there was a hair on it so we asked for it to be re made. Staff came out and accused me of putting it there as it was blonde. (I am a dark ginger). Very unprofessional and I left without the chicken strips or a refund on that item as the staff were beyond rude

Excellent service friendly staff food was great

Been going to Ground shops for about 15 years. Probably won't be back after experiencing Magherafelt again today and the constant inconsistent coffee. Latte was watery and bitter, partner asked for vanilla but hers was even worse. Traybakes remain decent and are always the highlight of Ground. The main issue is that despite coming in at 11am on a Sunday and the place being quiet, the upstairs clearly hadn't been cleaned. Crumbs dirt and rubbish everywhere. The children's play area has a few toys which are broken and unsanitary. The lift has been out of order for quite some time and they serve the drinks on tiny uneven metal trays which have to be carried up 2 flights of stairs. Staff don't offer to help and 3 of them sat gormless behind the counter with no waiting customers. When you're charging almost £5 for a coffee you better be providing best in class. Ground unfortunately for the past couple of years simply hasn't, a shadow of it's former self where they coffee was worth a detour.

Extremely poor hygiene in full view . I Ordered a bacon cheese burger and I watched as the guy behind the counter who was brushing the floor with a floor brush that was black with dirt , lift the raw bacon out of the fridge without washing his hands. He then lifted the burger bun with the same hand that had used the dirty brush and lifted the raw bacon. He then lifted a handful of onions with the same hand that had used the brush, lifted the raw bacon and lifted the burger bun. Cancelled my order and asked for a refund.

Was really looking forward to a tasty curry but was left disappointed. Overcooked rice with little flavour in the curry. I don't like a overly spicy curry but it should taste of curry

Went in and was continually ignored by the Chinese girl on the phone right in front of us 8pm 16/9/24 after 5 mins we just walked out.. if you wanna order you could try ringing them from the car park and then they might speak to you. We won't be back.

Always fast always delicious! Almost always. ;) You know what you’re getting if you goto Dominos. Just like a frequent flier to McD’s, they are all pretty much the same. Larne Dominos seems to have a decent crew there however and that can mean the difference between adequate and excellent. No real sit-in although you can stay and eat at the bench, bear in mind no toilet facilities. If you walk in and order its generally a 10min wait outside peak times. During peak they will give you a fairly accurate approximation and you can watch your orders progress knowing the customer display. If you order using the app it will follow your order the whole journey including delivery if You happen to be getting one. Larne has MANY MANY pizza offerings and some truly fantastic options but don’t count Dominos out for 10. They have plenty to offer.

Ordered Chicken Chow mein for my dinner. Got it home and the chicken was greasy and cold. Won't be back. Place used to be nice circa 2015. Now it's just rubbish.

Really poor customer service. Wrong order delivered and when rang to complain I was told I was wrong. This is not the first time a situation like this has happened. Good food, but horrible staff especially the girl on the phone.
