Domino's Pizza in Larne

I have ordered from this store numerous times and most of the time the staff get the order wrong. I rarely get the correct ingredients on my pizza for what I have ordered. Ingredients are missed out. Staff are very unhelpful and unwilling to resolve.

The guy that works there, Keith, is super efficient, when he was there on his own on several occasions that I've seen (likely way more, as I don't get Domino's every night), he aced it and no order was more than 15 minutes. This dude is the OG! Domino's, promote this guy or make him a manager. He's the type of guy that if he was missing, everything would fall apart.

I probably order from here more than I should because I'm travelling a lot and just want something quick and easy. Order is always spot on w/ friendly customer service.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. New management needed at store. Customers treated like dirt. Do yourself a favour and avoid. Support a local businesses instead.

Collected my pizzas on Saturday night one pizza was good second was horrible emailed dominos with photos they where not helpful at all stay away the food is not consistent at all

Store manager could learn some customer service from her young colleague, this staff member we were told was too young to use the oven yet not too young to have manners, be polite, empathetic and apologetic. The 1 star rating is for her - arguing with a customer over a pizza being cold is not a good service .. it would probably have cost you £4 to replace the pizza but instead decided to be rude and patronising.. great service!

Pizza ordered at 21.33 still no delivery at 22.40 phoned back to be told order had been put through as pick up by mistake. Asked about free pizza as order was for than 30 mins. Was told no . Asked for refund was told had to speak to manager. Finally got manager and had to ask for refund was told hopefully refund should go in after the weekend. Shall never use domino's pizza again. Terrible service.

Decent pizza, I mean it's Dominos you know what you're getting. The convenience of their app is absolutely the best selling point for Dominos, let's be real. I've never had a problem with ordering or delivery before, from reading the other reviews I'm actually surprised. That being said the staff in this Dominos are awesome, from the staff at the counter to the delivery drivers I've never had a bad experience. The wee lunchtime personal pizza suits me very well. The owner should fix the front door though, had to open it for a few people before but now it looks like it is jammed open?

Whoever made my Pizza it was made cut and cooked perfectly!

Didn't come within an hour! delivery driver gave order to random person who approached the car.. Should always be delivered to door.. Had to wait alot longer for this to be rectified!! Overall experience was poor

Mid week pizzas are great value

Tried to buy a pizza off the app for £17 and it said “we are unable to process your transaction” but still took my money?! And then the lad on the phone said to try again and it took even more money, absolute joke and a scam if you care for your money DO. NOT. BUY FROM HERE

If I ask my young lad what he wants to eat, nine times out of ten he says Dominos. The pizzas are great tho I must agree and there's always a good deal to be had. I've been there so much recently the staff all know my name. Lovely bunch they are too.

I ordered a couple of pizzas a few weeks ago using the landline - no problem at all in fact the young lady was very helpful regarding my request for a Gluten free pizza. Today when I rang up to order again I was told by Gary I had to use either the app or go online to order. I don’t understand why a phone order couldn’t be taken - it’s a bit unfortunate for would be customers who only have a landline and perhaps a bit misleading to give a phone number that can’t be used for ordering.

Who gets a Dminoes at 23:00 on a Monday night? What kind of a take away closes at 23:00 at the weekend? FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY night! When the last train gets in at 00:15am! PATHETIC!! Ballymena has the sense to open to 03:00am! Rating ZERO STARS!!

They do not deliver to islandmagee even though it is in larne very disappointed and would like for that to change something should be done about that as I would pay more if needed for that to happen. Until changes are made i will not be a customer And when I rang to ask if they would they weren't even willing to come up with a plan

great pizza always. reason for 4 star not 5 is asked for bbq n got garlic. but staff was great n pizza was nice m fresh

I have always LOVED dominoes pizza, I just think it’s the best out there. Every thing about it’s nice and it just is better in my opinion all round, stores clean enough. There’s one big issue though and it’s cost as in any dominoes location :p. Total rating: 4/5

My wife and I go there regularly. There is s good selection of food from snacks to dinners. Staff are friendly.

Terrible service, wrong toppings and no sauce when we ordered sauce, on top of that when rang up we were told "oh it must have been boxed up wrong, sorry there's nothing we can do other than refund which will take 5 days"

The Ice-Cream is far too expensive, 500ml Phish Food is £5.99 on Dominos but in ASDA its £2.50 very big price difference.

Was staying in a holiday rental near Larne and made an on-line order on our way back from Giant's Causeway. Pizza ready when we picked it up, and still hot when we got back to rental. Really enjoyed it. No complaints.

Always enjoy the Texas BBQ pizza, but have yet to try one I don't enjoy. Kickers with hot sauce are amazing, as are the cookies for dessert. Great to get the largest pizza for £9.99 as well.

Got a 50% offer was told to go on line to order and they wouldn't accept the voucher number won't be ordering any more dominoes any time soon raging

Ok ,typical run of the mill Domino's

Paid around £14 quid for two Pizzas. We went to Asda while waiting for the Pizzas to be prepared. Two SIMILAR PIZZAS IN ASDA ON OFFER FOR £4 quid. We got rolled!!!

Having received an advertising pamphlet through the letterbox we gave this one a try as we had never eaten a Domino's pizza. We ordered online for the lunchtime deal and not that long afterwards it arrived without any fuss and we were off and running. We had ordered the large Mighty Meaty and it was a good choice. Very tasty, fresh and hot. Would happily do this again.

I Order by phone and always ready when we pick up, always very tasty. Bit more expensive then other pizzerias in the town.

I've ordered a few times from here and have always found the staff very pleasant. When ordering they've always let me know if there are good deals on and whether collecting or having it delivered they always have a smile and are very friendly, especially the gorgeous Gary! It's not the best pizza in the town but is certainly the fastest and better value when ordering large combinations of pizza and sides.

by one get one free ordered two small sized pizza and got charged £14:95 Complete con Take yourself over to asda you will get a larger pizza with twice the topping for a third of this price I'm done with this place apart from being gangsters the last pizza I got was burnt

Order at the shop counter or by phone or even on-line. Your sure to enjoy Pizza well made and mouth watering tasty. Order Pizza evert Tuesday at half price!

Ordered lunch with app on phone. Was able to collect in 10mins. Helpful staff.
