I normally went in to Chippy for stuff, staff were pleasant, courteous and efficient. Great Food, freshly made, and an enjoyable experience. So I decided to get a delivery, 1 night. Food came hot, fresh and enjoyable. Delivery Driver was mannerly, polite. Overall another great experience. I'll be back.

Food is absolutely beautiful. Owners are very pleasant and friendly always smiling. Due to being a popular food establishment it can be extremely busy on a Saturday night so be patient as the food is worth it. But if you do have any worries about wait time just ring the shop and the counter staff and owners will be more than happy to assist you. House noodles top my favourite dish yum yum 😋

First time visiting Millars Bar Ballycarry, and it most definitely won’t be our last. Stopped in for something quick to eat, without a reservation , which wasn’t an issue. The menu had so many tasty options , the hardest part was narrowing down on what to pick. We all picked something different and no one was disappointed. Daughter even announced ‘Best pizza she’s ever had!’, which is saying something as she loves pizza. Priced reasonably, big portions and everything came out piping hot. It was busy as we were leaving so I didn’t get more photos. Millars is a quaint, traditional pub, with a cosy feeling, they had an open fire warming the room, friendly welcoming staff who were very attentive. We look forward to our next visit and recommending to friends & family.

I admit I haven't been this way for some time, but I first came across this shop when I first visited Islandmagee back in 1990. It was something of a novelty to see such a large, well-stocked shop in such a remote location. I especially remember there being posters, flags and calendars to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the Battle of the Boyne! Not much has changed since then as far as I can see. I was able to buy some snacks as I was about to take a walk all the way up to Brown's Bay. It's a lovely shop set in a lovely location!
