Great wee cafe for lunch. Had the chicken curry and chip special. Good sized portion and tasty. Great value. Friendly waitress. Gets very busy and was full by the time we finished our lunch.

We used trip advisor to help us source a nice place for breakfast & we’re so glad we did! The Stove ticked all the boxes. The ladies were friendly & keen to ensure you were happy. The food was tasty, generously portioned and a great price. We noticed the cafe was very popular with the locals but everyone was greeted with a smile & a cheery welcome. We even went back for afternoon tea!

Entering the cafe you instantly notice how clean it is, nicely laid out and light & airy. The staff were all friendly and approachable. I had a large breakfast, which was nicely cooked, good quality and there was plenty of it. Highly recommended

Was over for a family funeral and needed a good feed before our ferry home to Scotland. This has got to be one of the best full Ulster Breakfasts there ever was. Very much needed. Lovely cafe with lovely staff. Thank you.

I visited today and was met with a friendly welcome. Nice to have table service instead of having to order at the counter. I ordered the small fry and I have to say the service was so efficient and it was the best fry I’ve had anywhere. The lady came to take my order and asked if I wanted my coffee now or with my food. Makes a change from most places that just give you the coffee straight away without asking and then it’s cold by time food arrives. The fry was lovely, good ingredients and not a trace of grease to be seen. Also very clean toilet. There’s a number of cafes in Larne but I’ll be back to this one.

Excellent food and excellent service

Fantastic cafe with helpful happy staff. Food is lovely with great frys and the biggest salad among the many lovely choices. Prices are extremely good value too. My relative has mobility issues and the staff meet you at the door to make you welcome and assist you to your seat. Would highly recommend for quality food in Larne Town centre. We love it!!!

We went on a Sunday, my wife is gluten intolerant and does not eat meat, they adapted very well. The waitresses were very attentive and the food was very delicious. I would repeat

Call here on a Sunday for breakfast while out on the bike, Ulster fry is amazing highly recommend the staff very friendly can't fault this place

Reasonably good access for wheelchair user via removable ramp. The place is spotless and the fry was fantastic both in quality and value. It's only drawback is its not well suited to large family groups.

The food is great, and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Variations on the selected dish are never a problem. Great wee cafe

We met friends here yesterday for breakfast. Perfect fry... crisp dry and tasty. Big pot of tea and orange juice to go with it. The staff are really lovely, noticed that the greet regulars by name and have time for a chat with older folk on their own. We will make this our regular haunt

We were just walking round Larne hoping not to have to opt for a sandwich. Checking the external menu a man passed us on the way into the cafe and said, 'good place this' So in we went. Hubby had wanted soup so we opted for leek and potato soup, as a starter, served piping hot, and a steak sandwich. It does help if you read the menu. This was quite a large steak, in a panini with cheese and onions, plus chips and a side salad. Steak was gorgeous and melt in the mouth, chips good. Too much for us with the soup. The place was clean, service good and quick, and staff friendly and helpful.

Two hungry customers well satisfied. Even though it was late afternoon still served full meals. Fish and chips were delicious and the chicken and ham pie hit the spot.

Called in today and had a great turkey dinner, everything was well cooked and plenty of it. The cafe is still covid secure and much attention is being paid to hygiene. The staff are polite and attentive. If you want quality food at an affordable price this is a good place to go in Larne Town

Possibly the best Ulster fry in Larne

It's a great place to get a great fry and a friendly chat.

Excellent service, modern decor and ambience. We tried their Ulster Fry, which were tasty, fresh, and come with free tea/coffee and orange juice. Kids meals very good too. Overall, superb value and most impressive. I'll definitely be back.

I called at the Stove which is a fab wee cafe in the heart of Larne Main Street. A variety of hot food for breakfast is available such as frys (with free tea or coffee) there's even a kid's option plus low fat ones, daily specials, salads, sodas, lunches, kid's menu, extras, beverages, savoury snacks and more are on the menu. The interior has a grey and black vibe going on, tying in with their logo/menu and signature walls in a fake brick effect. A very clean establishment with tables, floors, seating, cutlery, dishes, cups all spotless and viewing the back everything is shining. The staff are lovely and friendly, as soon as customers leave tables are cleared and cleaned but do not detract if a new diner comes in.Table service inside & you can dine outside as well. Chalkboards are strategically placed around the premises highlighting certain food or drink offerings. The tables and chairs are spaced out for single or group diners. It is the first place I have been in that offer free WiFi service and the code is noted on one of the blackboards. Price -£1.40 for a pot of tea that I got one and a half cups from with 2 teabags. A definite 5 out of 5. Just minor suggestions :- the condiments are not placed on the tables (maybe still due to covid) and they should be maximising certain aspects for promoting the cafe - they are noted as one of the first five best cafés in Larne on TripAdvisor which is a fabulous achievement with five star reviews and they have a fantastic following on Facebook so should highlight these facts on one of their chalkboards.

Had lunch with a friend and it was really good food with good service and friendly staff.

First visit to The Stove so I sampled their small fry. Often fries can be rubbish because every item is prepared in advance and stored under heat until it dries out but The Stove freshly made their fries and the quality was very good indeed, the best I have eaten for a long time. Every item was spot on and the reasonable price included coffee or tea and a glass of orange. I will definitely be back to try out their other offerings.

Came in when there was only two other people inside and waited over an hour for two fry’s with people order after us getting their food before us absolute joke

We ordered 3 coffees and the bill came to £7.60. Which equals out to be £2.53.33… which doesn’t make much sense. The lady at the till used a calculator to add up the bill and therefore taken advantage of us as tourists. I’m not one to be complaining over a expensive coffee however I hate being ‘mugged off’. This is very disappointing as we have had a amazing experience in other stores across the Country.

Food was fresh & tasty all Covid regulations seemed to be adheared to but basic hygiene disciplines slipped while we visited.. we didn't see one member of staff wash their hands although they were serving food and cleaning up, they filled the floor bucket from the hot water dispenser for tea & coffee..

Fresh cappuccino served straight from a glass jar. 2.5£ for coffe made God's know when? No thank you.

So disappointing to be served old coffee right next to a coffee machine. 0 stars if it was possible. Coffee was undrinkable. Sad.

Had the Easter special it was amazing. Tasty and great portion size. Great quality the cheesecake in the Egg was a brilliant idea and was delicious.

I just love this cafe, all the staff are super friendly and can't do enough for you. The food is homemade and is amazing if your trying to lose weight they even do low fat stuff to.If you haven't been in before you have to give this a try it will soon become your favourite this to go.
