Raffos Fish & Chips in Belfast

Bought a pastie supper £6.50 Bloody terrible it wouldn't feed 2 people how can you call it a supper ?? Wouldn't recommend buying chips or anything else definitely won't be back ....

Of the two times I have ordered fish at this place, twice they had no fish. Once they had fish bites. But no fish. Second time they had neither fish nor fish bites. It’s just a fishy chippy-type place that never seems to have fish. What type of place has fish bites but no fish? How many of us talk about how we’d love a fish bites supper? Ack. It’s just not right. I give up. Five days after my order was cancelled, I've had to get on to the order app to see where my £15 refund is.

Wait over two hours for two curry chips and it was stone cold I live 5 minutes away Im really sick at the moment trying to ring the shop have the phone turned off won't be getting again. If I had the energy to go up to the shop I'd be in jail

Absolutely disgusting, buger arrived late, cold and soggy. Burgers were not boxed and left to get cold in paper. Lettuce was put on with a salt shaker and looked off.

Waiting over an hour for delivery and the chips are hard and cold as if they have been frozen. Your supposed to flip the pasty so it dosent stick to the paper.

Call in to get a chip was waiting 15mins then to be told that delivery's come first i was discussed at the young fella reply

Ordered cheese burger son chicken goujon meal with Fanta. Cheese burger cold and no Fanta with meal.

I digested a worm then Bobby Collins took my kids and put them in the back my cake pop fell 30 stories my dog jumped 10ft

In this instance just eat quoted an hour and 45 mins wait for a chip. I was due to be somewhere in 45 mins. So I called up and the gentleman advised that he’d get it packed up and sent out right away! (Mind you it’s 20 mins walk from my house so I was being lazy). Well done guys! Always brilliant!

Average. Food was ok, ordered a large hotdog among other food, got home and the "hotdog" was 2 sausages cut in half and stuffed into a burger bap!! At least be upfront with your customers, if you don't have something or have run out, tell me so I have an option to order something different! Really disappointed, as I hadn't eaten much all day and was looking forward to a chippy. Advice :- double check your order before you leave the shop

Could do with some descriptions on the menu items. I didn't know what the Mexican chips were going to be. I thought it was maybe going to be a something more like a spice bag rather than chips with a slab of tasteless cheese on chips in a soup of sweet chilli sauce. Wouldn't get that again. Chips and burger were good though. Chicken bites were a good portion but maybe too much batter for me.

I got a delivery last night which took 1 hours 45 minutes to be delivered 0.8 miles away. The chicken was all bone and no meat. The chips were soggy and cold and to top it off there was no salt on anything and we specifically asked for just salt on all food. As the order was placed through just eat, I had left a note asking for my steakette to be well done and also just salt on everything. When the food arrived and there was no salt I phoned and asked to speak to the boss. At that point a woman came on and when I said it wasn’t acceptable that the order wasn’t right considering I left specific instructions and she then proceeded to tell me in a ignorant cheeky manner that it was acceptable that they didn’t do what I had requested at that point my partner was ready to take the phone as of how cheeky that woman was being. No harm but you need to either train your staff properly or stop employing people who have no customer service knowledge.

Put an order in for the familly staff didnt listen properly took the order roung then left out some food +drinks When calling them back they dont be polite specifically one staff member that was trying to send the messed up order that wasnt took down + trying to charge for those mistakes

1 hour and a half wait food was stinking could tell it was in the heater for ages chips where like bricks Mayo on the burger was like scrambled egg it was in the heater that long gravy and curry both lumpy and it cost be 24 quid and to add insult to injury they forgot the two tins of Fanta on the plus side the dogs liked it. Never leave reviews anywhere but that was a joke.

Terrible won’t be back, got a chip and a sausage with gravy was in hospital 24 hours later with food poisoning never again 🤮

Food was very standard, wasn't presented well. Don't get me wrong you will eat it but I'll not be going out of my way to rush back. Other shop in West Belfast is 1000 times better.

Just got a Texas burger and a fish supper. First class food.staff freindly and the place is very clean and tidy ,served very quickly aswell. Will be back for sure.

Just had a burger and chip from this place, diarrhoea came flying out of me an hour later

So, Google thinks I was in Raffo's but I was just parked outside it while my aunt went up to Boots. I've never been in Raffo's so I can't actually telly you anything about it..... So I've given in 3 stars because I don't know if it's good or bad.

Such lovely friendly staff, the fish is divine. All flaky and battered, with a gorgeous taste. Sadly when I was in the weasel wrestling had been cancelled, but reports say it could return in the new year.

Honestly won't be ordering again! Over an hour for the delivery only to get a gravy chip that was half cooked, a cheeseburger that had no cheese, asked for it fully dressed....dressings must come out of their wages because there was about 3 bits of lettuce and 2 bits of onion not even making that up! If they listened more to the customers order and paid attention to what they where doing instead of talking to each other while your trying to place your order that would be great!

Almost 2 hours waiting on 2 fish and a burger had to phone twice and ended up cancelling and getting elsewhere. Not even so much as an apology just said we are really busy. This place is 10mins from my address and was no traffic on the roads and nowhere is that busy. Will never order from here again.

£3.00 for a "large chip". Look how many you get, absolute disgrace.

My normal chippy Walkers Antrim road is sadly closed for Christmas and because i don't use Mannys as their food is disgusting i thought I'd try Raffos on the Cliftonville rd..What a big mistake it's worse than Mannys if that's possible it's also very expensive and the staff are ignorant and rude i wouldn't go back near this place even if it was free. So if you want cheap low grade food at top rate prices then go here. I'll never set foot in it ever again.

I have to say a waste off £24 chips were hard chewy requested salt and vinegar and they hadn't put any on the chips burgers were awful won't be getting from there again

Vile!! Ordered a chicken burger and chip with curry the chicken burger had a blonde hair on the bottom bap in among the mayo and lettuce!!! The curry wasnt even made properly came all lumpy with no taste waited over 1 hr for that was totally disgusted with the order straight in the bin. Wont be ordering again lost a customer.

Dreadful! Had a 1.5Hr wait. The offerings that arrived were cold, fish was mushy, chips were mostly tiny bits n pieces. They brought full fat coke instead of the water we ordered. At the time of ordering, I asked how much it would be and was told that they were too busy. I did say,"not too busy to take my order but too busy to tell me how much it is" which was met with a tut and a reply of, "it'll take a few minutes okay?" I replied, " no problem" and was told that my order was £15.30 for a chicken fillet Burger meal and a cod supper. What we received was poor and had to be heated in the oven. I did phone the shop to request that they let Jordan/Aldo know that after 7 years they've lost a customer! Disgusted with what we received in terms of food and customer service. I don't mind waiting for good quality food and service but this was well below par.
