Emerald House in Belfast

Gone downhill massively the last couple of months, not sure if new owners but definitely not the same quality. Noodles taste of pure grease, chips taste like reheated, chicken dry and curry doesn't have the same hit to it.

Everything about the Chinese was not nice, the rice wasn’t one bit edible and the smoked chicken had a really bad taste to it, concerning, a waste of money was all put in the bin

Order of £45 paid by card and never delivered. Restaurant not answering phone

did not receive my order waited 2 hours and the place kept telling me it was coming then they closed and no order absolute disgrace.

They don’t like to deliver clearly been waiting for about 2 hours food still not here and it has happened before and it never came

Ordered at 10.05 - its now 12.25 and still not been delivered. Called the shop at 11.45 and was told the order was out for delivery. Can't get through on the phone now to chase up again. Brutal.

I ordered the food over 2 hours ago and it still hasn’t arrived. It says it had been delivered but I haven’t received anything.

probably last time i get from here dont get me wrong food was grand curry chips cant go wrong but one chicken ball of a portion basically paid 7quid for one ive already requested a refund for the portion of chicken balls.

I'm so fussy with Chinese iv eaten out of every Chinese on the rd and this is so underrated it's the nicest Chinese ever always on time and food is beautiful

Didn’t receive order but still got charged ???

I've ordered many times from here but this has to be one of the worst yet, spare ribs bbq and gravy fried rice, ate 1 rib then in the bin £15.

Wouldn’t even rate it one star!!!! Ordered a salt & chilli chicken and there was a bone in it! Chicken was pink inside too!! Advoid at all costs unless use want to be sick. Owner wouldn’t issue a refund only think they said was “sorry there’s nothing I can do”

Absolute disaster! Do not order from here on just eat. Ordered from emerald house at 10.10, said order confirmed & out for delivery. Estimated time 22.55-23.15. No sign of food. Had to phone the Chinese at 23.40 to ask about order & they said they didn't see it, & would send it up now. Food was tasteless. Very disappointed!

Food was beautiful was late but I rang the restaurant and they were very busy

Amazing Food, Quickest Delivery Ever

Waiting for 3 hours on a delivery and didn’t arrive Understand it’s busy but pretty poor.

3 times I rang restaurant , 3 times was told the driver had been to my address when no order had been attempted , reminded me why I stopped ordering from this restaurant, 100% will never order again and will dissuade anyone else from ordering in the future

Ordered at after 5pm, rang the Chinese twice was told on its way food still hasn’t arrived. It’s not 7.17pm

always enjoyed out of here but last 2 times it's took over an hour both times I've had to phone as app has said enjoy food food still hadn't arrived

One of my favourite meals out there is the salt chilli chicken, king prawn fried rice, noodles and satay sauce, I can't recommend it enough, it's sooo good and it is a good price too

I love this place no matter what I oder its always piping bot and always delish would recommend all day long and on the weekends delivery driver was friendly and well mannered as always I will be back thank you for some quality food.

Love the food but service has a lot to answer for I had large order which I ordered in shop collected myself order £150 + on arriving home 1 complete meal was missing i did phone was replaced after everyone else had finished their meal tonight I phoned order into shop for delivery the lady repeated order back to me which was correct £50+ on delivery a starter was missing from order I phoned and reported missing item to which I was informed was not on order. They don't give you a copy of what you have ordered like all other Chinese places (maby this is why) I don't tell lies or make things up for the sake of £8-£10 once a mistake twice makes me wonder will be taking my costom else where to somewhere who values it
