Monte Carlo in Belfast

The food is normally tasty and the delivery is very fast 🏃‍♀️ staff are very friendly. I give it 9 out of 10 all together.

This place is a joke they said my order was delivered and I won't get a refund thing is I have proof on my ring doorbell camera that they tried to give me 2 other people's orders and i didn't get any order at all the delivery driver said he would try and get my order at half 3 in the morning when the place is closed save your money and never order from this place It's operating as 3 different businesses on just eat avoid avoid avoid

Never had a bad meal but prices are getting too expensive along with tax, delivery and tip. I've had to change my order cus it's near costing £20 for a meal for 1

Normally great, however just got pasties and onion rings and can't eat them, all very tasteless and batter extremely soggy.....disappointed!

Delivery lift at wrong door 1hr after order submit food stone cold even the ice cream had melted at all went in the bin I tried to ring shop at 01:40 no won pick up after 5m I give up I was lift without food and £17 out of pocket am very disappointed with the whole order.ps I contacted the shop letter that day and spoke to their manager about this and he was very polite and helpful they sent me another order out to me right away and to my surprise they sent me a 1.25 litres of Pepsi max and a large tub of ice cream +4 cookies plus 7 chicken gajones instead of 4 so when all was said and done monte Carlo done themselves proud so a very big thank you to monte Carlo and they're costumer service.

Got cod supper and a cod batter was swidgy and under cooked awful for £18 rip off would not recommend it

order consisted of two burgers one beef and one chicken, while nice they were soggy on the bottom. Christmas chip wasn't the greatest due to too much dark chip shop gravy. was expecting turkey or chicken gravy, ordered a drink (irn bru) which never arrived

the food is not here so I can't enjoy anything

son found bone in his chicken and gravy was so thick and lumpy and chips were bad

from ordering to delivery was almost 2&1/2 hours. there was no communication about any delays and after phoning nearly 2 hours after ordering, I was told it was out for delivery and would be 10-15 mins. the food was Luke warm on arrival. the batter on the sausages falling off as they had been sitting so long and chips very soggy. I appreciate they said they only had 4 drivers on but the quality of the food was very poor and had ben sitting too long or out with a driver too long.

Food was 10/10 was still roasting despite being delivered to glengormley the chicken goujons were massive! Will definitely be ordering again soon!

Bit of a mix up with the order but they were on it & rectified it quickly & with complimentary extras! Food was great, customer service superb! highly recommended.

was missing £8 worth of food and drink. caught the driver and he said he would go and bring back what was missing. 20 mins later nothing. called the restaurant and ended up getting part of what's missing but not the drink about an hour later. wouldn't order from here again

chicken was over cooked and could barely eat, onion rings over cooked and just a crisp. battered sausages weren't even battered. chips were good. not the usually good chippy today, very disappointed

Food was absolutely horrible. Ordered a cheeseburger meal and chicken goujon meal. Firstly, the bap of the burger was actually soaking to touch and completely soggy like had been lying for ages in a box. Chicken goujons were just greasy and soggy and the chips were completely hard, probably reheated😳 not happy at all and just eat are useless. Spent £38 on my order and it went in the bin.

Missing a tin of tango apple from my order and a late order

Monte Carlo used to be one of the best chippys about but have clearly gone down in quality, food was 20 mins late, food was like warm at best, chips were cooked in old oil that was fried with batter or flour as there were black dots covering them (burnt flour), burgers which were ordered with brioche came with floury cheap baps, burgers were either frozen or low quality cheap meat as they'd zero flavour even tho one was slapped with sauce, wasted almost £30 on something the homeless wouldn't eat

I had a lovely phone call to inform me that my order was on its way.. food arrived and was cold was really disappointing and curry dip missing from order..

My partner and I had just gotten home from spending 8 hours in A&E and we were really looking forward to food after the long day, there was a bag of sweets attached to our order saying "enjoy your order" and honestly it absolutely made our night, very happy with our order :D

Food hasn’t arrived. Delivery driver given the wrong delivery address. Six times in a few months it’s happened since I ordered and I’m not impressed.

It was the first time I’ve ordered there, and I only did because another chippy I use was closed. But the taco chip was perfect. I had told my friend from Liverpool all about taco chips as he’s never had one, and this definitely lived up to all my hype around them. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Ps thanks for the delicious free cookie.

I'm sorry but the meals were below your usual standard, the meat portion was very stingy for £11.50 and the chips provided were like rubber. We're pretty annoyed and won't be ordering again.
