terrible service, they never delivered my order with zero communication as to why, no answer when trying to call them

Was bit cold plus didn't get our drinks and thats nlt the only time we didnt get drinks we never do

food was absolutely freezing by the time it got here nearly 50 minutes late

Chicken wings were so overdone and dry as bone, not impressed

order a cheese burger meal and there was onions in it even though I didn't put onions in the order with that burger not happy apart from that it was nice.

Use regularly and great chips . Miss the chicken buckets . Did get a lovely fish supper last week . Looked lovely tasted good

Truthfully the chips are lovely but you need to change the recipe of your taco chip. As well as the sauce. You guys aren't my first choice when it comes to a taco chip. However your chips are delicious. It's not worth £10. The cod house sells the taco chip for £6 and it's delicious. Just my humble opinion.

Placed an order and it was fourty minutes late. The order itself had items missing. The batter on the onion rings and mushrooms was disgusting. I won't be making the mistake of buying from them again.

Best chippy Belfast tryed everything and it's top notch quilty food hotdogs are best about and them. Burgers are unreal highly recommended

The burger was not cooked and it was £30 down the drain also the chips were as soggy as the popes slipper and also the goujons were soggy and tasted like jelly so down order from here it’s the worst chippy in Belfast

Very disappointing as we'd been looking forward to trying this place for ages. Lovely friendly girls behind the counter and the chips were good, but the batter was disgustingly doughy, undercooked and floppy like rubber, the chicken had been precooked before it was battered and the cod was tasteless. Maybe the burgers are good, but we'll not be back to find out!

Ordered food from monte carlo tonight for my family and myself. Food was 20mins late. Took almost an hour for delivery. Food was like mush, honestly so soggy. The chips where that soggy they stuck and clumped together at the bottom off the delivery carton. I stuck a fork in and all the chips came out at once. The goujons were... again soggy. They could literally be bent in half, not to mention they was small! Would not order from there again or reccomend to any one. £40 take away down the drain.

Goujons were dry and overcooked, mini fillet burger not plain as requested. Otherwise decent meal, chips okay. Bit expensive for what it is but midweek saver helps.

The smash burgers (chicken) have got smaller while the price has went up. The curry was very thick with big lumps of curry paste still in it, was quite greasy

top marks on the chicken burger meal I just received. Considering I made my order at 1am. the food was so fresh 😋 full of flavour yummy grub BUT then as I was binning the rubbish to find a jelly mix up attached to the delivery bag. really nice touch 😊 I needed to contact the restaurant as I forgot to leave a message for the delivery driving. Customer service was great. Genuinely the nicest food iv tasted for a while will most def order again. Standered of food was 10/10

Unfortunately I agree with Amanda below, portions are getting smaller and the prices are rising and have become ridiculously expensive. I've been a regular customer for a year now and do love your food but can't afford these prices. £10.99 I paid for a fish, it arrived burnt and the batter was tough and not nice at all. I do love your taco chips but £9.99 is way too much.

Order didn't come. I called the restaurant and was told they arrived and couldn't reach us. Their efforts to do so did not include ringing the doorbell. I was told to hold the line and left for ages. Then tried calling them back but the phone has been engaged for over 40 minutes now and still no sign of the order. Do not order from this place. Hassle, inefficiency and no food.

This place is a joke they said my order was delivered and I won't get a refund thing is I have proof on my ring doorbell camera that they tried to give me 2 other people's orders and i didn't get any order at all the delivery driver said he would try and get my order at half 3 in the morning when the place is closed save your money and never order from this place It's operating as 3 different businesses on just eat avoid avoid avoid

Never had a bad meal but prices are getting too expensive along with tax, delivery and tip. I've had to change my order cus it's near costing £20 for a meal for 1

Food is beautiful however the portions are now pathetic. £8.99 for a chicken burger which was the size of a goujon. Sat down the middle of the bap with lettuce on either side. Tasted lovely but will go to the Bethany from now for quality and quantity. Special chip, again was lovely however at £5.99 you expect the carton of chips to be full as its only chips with a drop of gravy. You can say everything is getting dearer however there are plenty of lovely chippies giving better value.

By time food came it was cold and the fish was like a brick couldn't get a fork through it whole lot went in the bin won't be ordering again
