The Golden Gate in Belfast

Been eating here for years, delicious house specials and always cooked to perfect cant lie. Prices are pretty decent aswell especially for nowadays and the people that answer calls are brilliant too :)

Fking rotten rice wasnt even fried lit only out the packet

Deliciosas, a un precio razonable, y buenas porciones. Espero con ansias obtener mi arreglo chino cada vez que visite Belfast. Recomiendo pollo al curry, pero la mayoría de los platos son geniales.

Phoned through for an order as usual takeaway wasn't answering and the golden gate was always a good Chinese. When food arrived rice was Luke warm, noodles where dry and spring rolls had a strange taste. For a local Chinese takeaway the price of the three items was higher than most but the quality of food didn't reflect cost. Won't be ordering again shame it's went down hill

Ordered a delivery of half hot chicken curry only onions fried rice prawn crackers tin of Fanta after an hour got wrong order brought wrong order back to shop to get correct order went home got curry fried rice omg had to go back again to change it jet again to hear kitchen staff shouting did she bring back curry fried rice omg off course I did

Rang a delivery at 7.00pm of hot chicken curry fried rice no peas prawn crackers tin of Fanta got my order 7.47pm wrong order went up to shop to exchange my order I got curry fried rice no chicken no onions had to go back again to change bloody night mare heard kitchen staff shouting have I brought back my wrong orders

Weird curry, tastes sweet, like spring onions not spicy or hot wasnt fussed on it. Prawn crackers were lovely though.

Rang them repeatedly. They answered the phone 3 times and didn't say a thing to me and i could hear them having a conversation in the background. Left me on hold 3 times for 5 minutes at a time before hanging up the phone on me each time. Only giving 1 star because I've to give a star to post a review.

Golden gate is a Chinese takeaway and the food is fantastic

Waited over an hour on delivery and the food was cold and disgusting ordered yong chow fried rice and it was literally the worst meat ever all fat chewy... Will definitely not be ordering here again.

Love this Chinese, food amazing and friendly staff. Have been using it for years and would never change.
