Subway forgot to put the cookie I asked for with my order

The order was marked as delivered and they didn't even deliver anything

Just before 12pm on Sunday the 2nd of March, a woman with black hair and glasses was rude and impatient with me and several other customers, whenever anyone came in she told them they could only order on the self serve kiosks and not with her. I tried to use the kiosk but I wanted to create my own and even after explaining that I couldn’t find what I was looking for on the machine and asked to place my order with her she said that I can still use it and was rude and inpatient. Luckily her colleague was polite and he helped me despite the other lady refusing to.

Didn't receive the order, came earlier than stated and driver didn't even leave the food at the door, literal theft

Far too busy doing online orders, customers stood and ignored. Ordered using kiosk, no card payment available. Took 15 minutes for 1 footlong. Only 2 staff on a Saturday seems an oversight, poor Given turkey instead of ham. Absolutely shocking service

Horrible evening staff with no personality or social skills. Why are customers subjected to this? Could you not employ some nice people?

Got a subway from here tonight, ordered a B.M.T asked and paid for extra cheese and when I received it there was no cheese on it and also very little sauce. Then when I went to eat my cookie it appeared to look as if there was a bite taken out of it, not a bit happy about this. And the service wasn’t great either as the guy serving me didn't speak or understand English.

Had some lunch, used the kiosk was lovely till 6 more people walked in. All ordered. Managers 3 of them stood there talking, watching the poor worker make all the sandwiches. Woman stood behind counter in her own clothes no health and safety measures. Would hate to work for that management. From a former Subway assistant Manager.

Absolutely terrible idea to introduce the screens. People get a good feeling when they see their food being made in front of them, but when you put a screen between the service and the person it makes a far less favourable experience. Will not be coming back to this subway, just because of those screens.

Very rude staff working in the Botanic branch this evening. Very unpleasant.

The two garlic breads weren't split and thrown in. The salad was clearly just dumped in together. Everything was luke warm at best. Delivery was fine, as was the delivery driver.

quite soggy sub..pep slice not nice. cold drinks in with hot food isn’t ideal tbh. we scoffed footlongs and cooks though so thank you for ur service x

Awful and rude staff insisting that I use the machine even though I am paying cash. The employee said they paid money to install them hence why I have to use them???

The sub was very dry and the filling was less as compared to when ordered directly from the store.

Subway just does not lend itself to a screen ordering system as the whole point is that you get to customise your order and see it being made. We tried to order at the till but were completely ignored by all the staff members until we were eventually asked to order at the screens. We then wanted to pay in cash and the machine told us to go to the counter and pay before our order could be made. We waited at the counter for around 10 minutes and continued to be completely ignored. Eventually walked out as the service was unacceptable.

Rotten, took over an hour, was freezing, footlong smothered in sauce and without the extra cheese I paid for. footlong pepperoni slice was just a 6 inch sandwich again smothered in freezing sauce.

Everything was going fine UNTIL the server (Indian looking guy) pulls out HIS PHONE and scans HIS app for MY POINTS! Totally unprofessional.

Ordered food from Subway and was told it was delivered to me and it wasn't. Looked for a refund off of Subway and was told I had to do it through just eat

There is a staff member in here with tattoos all over. His hands were dirty, he had an awful attitude where he was extremely rude to staff and his colleague. I have no idea why someone like that was hired for front of the shop.

Half order was missing and cold by time it got here

I called in for a quick bite to get out of the rain. It was clean and tidy, the staff were capable and my food was well prepared. I would certainly return. Also, this shop is particularly popular, so you'll need a few minutes to get served.

Food was nice but terrible service had to repeat myself and didn’t even get what I asked for in the end will not be returning.

Refused to be given food because my phone broke and I was unable to log in and get my number. Informed them exactly what was in it, my name, and every other detail but was told I could be anybody. If my food has been collected it has been stolen.

food was half cold, cookies where broken and bread was soggy. all packets of crisps where missing aswell.

Ordered a salad and basically just got lettuce with a few things threw on top! Wasn’t even a full portion! The food came upside down and the toasties looked like they have been thrown across a room not happy at all

Its Subway, of course the food is good, but I'm sorry, I feel very passionate about this: you cannot advertise that you are open until 12:30am and then refuse me service (for a takeaway order) when I come at 12:20 (when the door was open). If you want to close at 12:15, that's perfectly fine. I have no problem with that. But I do have a problem with dishonesty/false advertising. If you close at 12:15am, advertise appropriately. Unacceptable.

Order never came, checked outside, no delivery driver, no phonecall, no knock on the door… need a refund

We are missing items in our order. no offer of replacement or anything.

There was a queue when we arrived but it moved quite quickly. The girl who served us was friendly and food was tasty.

This has nothing to do with the team working. Hard workers but that sandwich I ordered was the worst thing ever. I threw it out. Drop it from your menu. I am having toast. Much better

Food is always good. One of the cleaner subways. Service is good. Not sure why they have started charging 20p for hot sandwiches.

Wasn’t all that impressed this time around, meatball sub was very dry. My partners cheese steak was all round subpar. Cookies were lovely as usual but nacho bites were foul.

Just eat said the food was delivered but I received nothing despite asking for the courier to call me on my mobile number when outside so I could come out to collect.

App told me courier was at the restaurant for 45 minutes and when I finally called the restaurant after waiting for an hour, they said order was ready for ages and driver wasn’t about.

Food arrived cold / barely toasted & missing the crisps ordered with the meal. Not worth the £26 it cost.

Bread was very hard and dry and they put tomatoes on my sub and forgot the cheese and put grated cheese in the meatballs and my child’s lactose intolerant so couldn’t eat them,

Subway is no doubt the best sandwich place i have ever been to. Its always my go to when im out and about and the quality is always perfect no matter which one i go to. Recently they have added some brilliant menu ideas such as the pre-chosen subs. My personal favourite is the big bombay but i also love the baller too. Also i tried one of their new sub melts and they were also amazing! This place really does live up to its motto "eat fresh." And ill say it again this is hands down the best place ive ever been. Ive been going here since i was born. Cant wait to see what yummy surprises they have in store for me next!

stuffs are always indifferent. No idea what happened. Also the chicken taste weird and I got food poisoning after having it. Would never go there again.

The driver didn't call to my door with my food and I wasn't up dated on the app. My phone number is on the page to he didn't try to fone me I had to go and pick up my son food after paying for delivery. Awful service from the driver

I am absolutely shocked to see the way my sub was made today, I had ordered the new sub melts and once I had received it it was an absolute joke, wasn’t toasted what’s so ever as it is meant to be, there was a long black hair in my sandwich as soon as I opened it up, absolutely disgusted as subway was a place I had enjoyed going, not anymore after seeing that

Ignored instructions as I asked for both sandwiches to be not toasted and sandwiches arrived toasted, hash browns weren't cooked as was frozen in the middle. Really disappointing

Rocked up at 1:30am and man said he was closed? Why does google say 2am then? Joke went home hungry

Won’t order again. Last time they didn’t have sunbites and offered no alternative. This time I put a little note saying to put in a cookie or different crisps if they ran out. They didn’t. They also put olives in it which I didn’t order and didn’t notice till part way through (I can’t eat them), and the meatballs were old.

I did not receive my food at all. The driver tried to call me, but shut the phone when I asked where are you. My message was Go to the top of the hill and turn left. You can hand the food in from the window. I am in a wheelchair. It is not possible for me to go outside to see about the delivery. Very disappointing situation.

Friendly staff and a good spot for a quick breakfast/lunch.
