Subway in Belfast

delivery agent was very rude and unprofessional, was speaking very rudely.

Sub not toasted, wrong crisps, wrong Cookie and bottle of juice had label ripped off, so I couldn't tell if this was Pepsi, Pepsi Max, Mango Pepsi or Cherry Pepsi given the rest of the order was wrong.

I LOVE EVERYTHING THE SANDWICHES ARE DELICIOUS AND HOT FOOD !!!!!

I just wanted to highlight the 2 staff members and the supervisors behavior towards an Asian staff member. I do not know any of their names to be honest. I saw that 2 staff members and a guy who I believe would be the supervisor or team leader did not treat their fellow Asian staff member well. The supervisor was commanding the Asian staff member to clean everywhere and do many more work without any politeness. She was doing it by herself and the other 2 staff girls was looking at her and making comments with the supervisor or team leader during the shift. One of the other 2 staff members was also on the phone and least bothered about anything happening around. This Asian staff was alone cleaning and also taking orders. None of the others came to help her. What a culture! I feel bad to be honest to see that! Teamwork is needed guys. Even if a staff member is sitting idle and if he or she sees another staff member cleaning or busy with something, lending a hand shouldn’t be a problem. I hope everyone is treated equally. Thanks.

Our subs were wrong. Our sides were wrong. Our cookies were wrong. The only correct piece was our drinks. Food quality was still good and I still managed to enjoy but not pleased with the incorrect order

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Subway location managed by TOM. During my visit, a team member accidentally dropped a significant amount of crinkle wedges on the floor. When we politely requested a replacement, TOM responded sarcastically suggesting he can take the food from the floor and put it into our box if we want . This behavior was not only rude but also highly disrespectful and unhygienic. Despite our calm explanation of the situation to other employe, TOM further claimed that his service was "10/10" and showed no concern for customer complaints or reviews. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the lack of professionalism displayed, especially as this incident involved a pregnant woman. I hope the management takes appropriate action to address this issue and ensure such behaviour is not tolerated in the future.

Still haven’t received order, delivery came and give me a Greg’s and I refused to take it as it’s not what I ordered

Called in on way to the bus. I was the only customer but there mustve been plenty of customers before me. All tables had food or cups etc on them. Food and napkins all over the floor. Staff chattinh and on phones instead of ensuring it was clean. My server got most of my order wrong

3 of the 4 items delivered weren’t correct, wrong drink, cookie and crisps

Fantastic service delivered on time. And the Delivery driver was very kind.🩵 Will definitely be recommending my family and friends.

The Morning staff are always pleasant.. young fella and girl. The Food is always spot on. Great respect for the elderly customers also.

Was served by the manager Michael with brown hair and michel with blonde hair, omg don’t get me started the portion size I got you would swear they wanted to feed the whole of Belfast absolutely tiny and when asked for a proper portion they gave off bad attitude and poor customer service saying I would be charger for a full portion stay away from this shop they have nuts workers

The last few times I've been in this establishment I've noticed the gradual price increase and the portions have significantly reduced. New menu hasn't improved anything

Staff gossiping about customers in their own language, later apologising and using an excuse that this is the way they entertain themselves as apparently they're too bored at work. Maybe if they focused more on their customer service skills and paid more attention to making and presenting food, it wouldn't of been such a disappointing quality. Overall - wasted money and time, never again.

Staff was gossiping about customer in romanian, but unfortunately for them i speak romanian, they should focus on the food quality that also needs attention.

The 2 steak wraps didn’t have in them what was requested although I think this is justeats fault but what was in the for £5.86 was disgraceful nothing more than a mouthful of ice cold steak so small the tortilla was wrap around almost 3 times!

Watched the driver head off in the wrong direction, got 10 mins away before he turned and came back. Glad I didn't order a hot meal. Handed me the meal upside down and on its end, so half of it is in the back. Absolutely atrocious. Won't be using just eat again

Not to completely fault the staff but they gave me normal bread instead of gluten free bread, there's a reason I ask specifically for gluten free bread and given Mr normal bread is lazy or disregard. Won't be ordering again.

Staff need to move sandwiches away from them as they lean over.. they basically laid on them as they got the cheeses or meats.

Got my order delivered today, it was warm when it arrived and it was all followed to my instructions but the best bit was the note on the box that said "have a great day", with a smily face it definitely made me smile 😊😊

Wrong bread also not toasted maybe heated but not toasted on both subs Tuna sub no flavour. The steak sub had two bits off pepper and some steak in not cheese no sauce ect

It's as good as any other Subway. Right choice for quick snacking. Perfect location.

Still haven’t received it and when I phone they don’t answer they hang up on me

So went in to get my regular snacks if nachos with grilled cheese with jalapeños, olives and house sauce now note it's my regular. I went in today and asked to the same and the girl serving said we aren't allowed to put olives on that. I said I've had that before and the olives never materialised on the order has subway fallen that badly that they are regimenting their staff for salad. I would give a negative score for this if i could. Shoody and tight is an understatement.

Ordered the flamin hot loaded nachos from a female server who i would guess was in her 50-60s, she was very rude. They didn’t have flamin hot Doritos, I said that’s fine normal nachos will do. Server adds the tiniest amount of cheese and walks away to add salsa. Comes back having added a teaspoonful of salsa. I asked for more cheese and the sever looks very unimpressed and tells me that will be extra. I should have highlighted that I was only asking for extra because of the servers stingey cheese portion and also that the nachos looked nothing like the photo but I just said that’s ok. Boy on the till looked embarrassed and didn’t add extra for the cheese. Common sense and some semblance of customer service finally. Unfortunately the nachos couldn’t be saved from the awful craftsmanship of the rude female server and they still looked and tasted like crap.

The lady in yellow T-shirt was so rude and sounds unprofessional, rest I love Subway for the food.

My order was on the way, then suddenly I was told "delivered" and my food was nowhere to be seen. They haven't delivered my order to me.

Skimped on the filling and salad the last three times I’ve been here. Asked for jalapeños and got two slices, and three skinny slices of pepper. Absolute joke. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but will no longer be going here.

One sandwich arrived completely incorrect, wrong bread, wrong filling, wrong toppings. Number for the shop is disconnected so not able to even get in contact with the restaurant.

The staff members where every friendly. I came in first asked for the toilet and they said they sadly did have one but there was one across the road at the nearest train station. I came back after and order my sub. The food was good. But sadly I could use my voucher code from another subway in this one. It should be you can use the codes in every subway but I got 500 points on the meal deal wheel which I like and this componsated for the voucher. Sadly your drink machine is not working you should fix that asap. Lastly the shop was clean and looking expectable. Only thing I'd add is sockets with usb ports.

We refunded the order but then found out it was left behind the counter of our hotel, greatly sorry we do not require a refund

I ordered a footlong Italian bmt on herbs and cheese, with extra cheese all the toppings appart from lettuce, onion and spinach but what I got was a Italian bmt on plain bread, with lettuce, no extra cheese and no olives. This order I'm unhappy with. I would like a refund or money off

Amazing staff ! Very kind and patient.

Such a disappointing visit. Because we didn’t know what we wanted straight away the staff seemed so impatient with us. My husband and myself ordered and that was bad enough but when our friends who really struggled with how and what to order were treated with a disgusting attitude. The woman serving slammed down her serving tongues and walked off. Disgusting behaviour. I hope she is treated with more patience and respect when she get older. I wouldn’t visit again if you paid me

Have ordered from here twice now. Got barely anything in the sandwich both times, ordered a six inch tlc and got barely any tlc chicken, no crispy onions and wasnt toasted.

Didnt read notes at all and was disappointed the sauce for salad came in a small tub. More lettuce than anything else in the salad box aswell. Stingy amounts given of everything else.

£7.50 for a chicken and bacon salad. Wouldn’t have ordered it I knew there was a famine and we had to ration the lettuce. More meat on mo faras legs also. Got one from a different shop last week and it was great. They must be getting paid by the pieces of salad handed out.

Food today was poor. Meatballs very dry & lack of filling was disappointing ie hardly any pickle, cucumber or jalapenos included. Also received wrong flavour crisps so overall not a happy bunny.

Wrong cookies sent with order, Cheese bite had no cheese, Nachos came dry with little sauce and were supposed to be flaming hot Doritos but were plain and were upside in box, very disappointed with this order.

Hands down the best subway in Belfast, order has been perfect every time I’ve ordered. Breads are always fresh and it makes for a superb sandwich! Can’t wait for my next one already.
