Turkish kebab & pizza house in Belfast

The price keeps going up & the kebab keeps getting smaller.i like a good feed when I get a kebab on chips.ill have to look elsewhere for a good kebab☹️

Ordered two dinner kebabs to go, opened them when we got home and they didn't put any toppings or sauce on it at all- or ask if we wanted it plain. It was just meat and bread, really disappointing, wasn't very tasty, wouldn't go back

Had steak and donar kebab two nights in a row as they are so good. Great value also. Will def be going again! That's me for this week though ha

On a good night a really delightful kebab. Good mix and the house sauce is top notch. If you are a kebab connoisseur it is definitely worth a trip to.

Took over an hour to come and was pretty lukewarm (only about 1km away). No veg or sauce with the kebab, it was lucky I ordered extra sauce to have with the chips. Donor meat was pretty crap and dry also.

They meesed up our order and over charged us rang them once food arrived and they said they would resend correct order out which they did not rang the next day and the man arrguged amd said that it was my fault and the order was not wrong and all he could offer a 15% disscount,really dissapointed by this place will not order from them again!!

Husband loves this place! Hope they keep the prices fixed and don’t let them soar! Place is always really busy with people so that’s always a good sign.

The best quality meats, ingredients and kabab sauce are around 5stars also the best criac to end a great night out

Had the runs for two days after think the garlic sauce has turned bad

They messed up our order and over charged us and weren’t apologetic at all. They didn’t put through one of our kebabs and then acted as if it was our fault. When we asked for our original order they insisted we pay more. Than we looked over the cost and they over charged us 8£ and the man on the phone argued and raised his voice at me about it.Really disappointing as we order from here often. Will not be giving our business here again. Do not recommend. Save yourself. They say on the google review “we’re sorry” but over the phone they’re ignorant and rude.

I don’t usually write reviews, but it was very upsetting how we were treated when the store had messed up our order, and also overcharged us. There’s plenty other Kebab spots in this neighborhood, so do yourself a favour and avoid this one. We made an order over the phone, and ordered 4 kebabs, and 2 chips for 4 people. When we got home with our order, one of our items was missing. When we called to let them know our item was missing, they gave us attitude and tried to tell us that that they never had that item included in the order. They sent the item out right away, and charged us for the missed item. When we checked their menu prices, we found that we were overcharged £9, which was the cost of the missing item that they charged us twice for. It’s sad that a business can’t admit fault when they were in the wrong, and would rather lose a long time customer, then just do right.

The food was cold, the chips were dry and had no taste, the chicken was disgusting and the kebab meat tasted weird and they added an excessive amount to get rid of the old ones which were cold.

I went 5miles for this pizza and it is all burnt and chips uncooked disgusting food

Kebabs superb as usual, however ordered a kids sausage meal and the sausage was vile and smelt weird, even the dog wouldn't eat it!

This is an excellent little take away - great kebabs made fresh to order the right way. Among the best in Belfast that I've found.

Daughter went and collected our order of the £15 share box. Just wow. We had chips chicken pakora,spicy wings,donor meat & chicken balls. The flavours were amazing,couldn't finish it all,but well worth the money.

Found fabric string from tea towel in my pizza 😱😱. I kept chewing thinking it was chicken but once I spit it out it turned out fabric string from cloth which had red dye must have came from chicken tikka. That's serious quality issue. As for the pizza it taste average and was not given any dips like everywhere else. Staff tossed my pizza on the counter top didn't even say if it was my order. Won't be recommending to anyone and won't be back.

Food is amazing but their online ordering system is awful. Put an order in online waited 2 hours then phoned, got told my order wasn’t taking but they took the money. Sorted it out but only took 2 hours 30 they didnt even give me anything extra for their screw up.

Steak Kebab.... there was plenty of it, but meat was very Tough, reheated or overcooked. Very disappointing 😞 This place is not what it used to be.

Waited 1hr 35mins for a doner & chip, the pita bread was tore to shreds and the chips had broke out of their bag as they had been in it for so long, and of course both items were cold. I had phoned after an hour and 15 minutes to enquire about my order and the lady was actually quite rude but did tell me my order was out for delivery, when it did eventually arrive 20 minutes later the driver made out that, omg, that’s not normal, “I’ll let them know when I get back” Only then I read the reviews to find out that this was very normal and actually I was lucky as most people don’t get their orders till after 2hrs. This is not the original Turkish Kebabs, it’s obvious they don’t care about customer service or this continuing problem would be well sorted by now. VERY POOR!

Was in a few weeks back really nice people and the food is lovely we got chicken kebab and steak kebab and chips with garlic and house sauces, I will be back again.

Their food is literally the best. I always get either the doner kebab or chicken burger with chips and it’s amazing. I love their house sauce as well. If it was a little cheaper I would come here all the time. But def worth the money. Edit- I would recommend collection as with every fast food the food gets bad by the time the delivery gets there. Hence all the bad reviews as they’re related to delivery.

This place does not skimp on the meat! Holy sh!t that was the meanest Kebab I have ever had! 10/10.

Delivery driver was awful slow. Took over 2 hours for 2 kids kebabs to arrive. Which were pure dry with zero sauce. also ordered mozzarella sticks never arrived got a bag soggy chips instead. Definitely wouldn't recommend this kebab shop , brutal service.

Waited two hours for 4 kebabs, only 3 arrived and was only dry meat with no sauce or salad for £32. Rang up to say they got the order wrong and was told that they wouldn't do anything about it.

Ordered 4 kebabs for delivery for me and my friends which arrived 2 hours late. When it arrived, there were only 3 kebabs with no sauce or chips, with only pitta. I rang back to ask for the rest of the food and they refused. Absolutely useless over the phone as order was repeated to them and address spelled out!

Absolutely shocking only phoned when they apparently couldn't find address then when food arrived it was freezing and dry food couldn't be eat also free hair on the pizza didn't order it but I appreciate it you throwing it in & probably food poisoning will be bringing it too food trading standards as I know I was eating horse or god knows what this place is a dump seriously walk away and don't get stuck like me £23 down and took a mouth full too spit it out

Big kebab fan and got recommended here by a friend. Ordered chicken tikka on chips with house sauce full salad with cheese. Super feed as it was a big portion. Great taste, fresh, amazing chips and lovely sauce. Will order again soon. Without a doubt the best kebab on chips I’ve had so far Thankyou John

Nice food. Tried a few things. The only issue i found is that the donor kabab wasnt that tasty as expected. And also the price is slightly high. But overall is nice.

We used to enjoy the food from this place. The last two orders were not only stone cold, but it's like they tried to microwave last nights food and pass it off as fresh. Oh, and charge us £30 for it. It's the last time we do.

My boyfriend placed an order after I had just got home from work. Ordered a cheesy chip, curly cheesy fries that should have came with sauce and a chicken burger. Once it arrived I was so disappointed, the 2 chips had scrapings of cheese throughout the whole thing and the curly fries didn’t come with any sauce either. To top it off was basically cold when eating it. Had to actually put my own cheese and sauce on the curly fries just to make it a bit more enjoyable but by this time it had just put me right off and my boyfriends chip went in the air fryer with grated cheese just to heat it up. Had better results than what was delivered 🙃

Don’t normally write reviews but eaten out of here a few times and it’s good. Staff are always pleasant and friendly. Their chips are fantastic tho! We’ll worth a try.

Best Kebab house around, The Sphinx is disgusting, The Pharoah is ok but a rip off, Fourwinds kebab house is rank.. I always have the Chicken Pakora on Naan and its savage, really light and fresh. Easy on the stomach. Their house sauce is like no other, i cant put my finger on the flavours lol. Doner Kebab on Naan feeds two people easy!!!

Really tasty steak and chicken kebab had garlic & chilli sauce. The sauce was lacking in flavour and bland really let the kebab down otherwise I highly recommend them salad was nice and meat was really tasty

I ordered cheese burger meal and I got beef burger with no cheese and sluppy seeded bread because of the super extra garlic and chilli sauce. Not recommended.

The Turks is good as always. I usually get the family meal with the chicken strips and 2 pizzas etc. Been my Local for over 15 years. Never forgot anything or banjaxed my order. Food always hot. Going back for seconds now! Mmmmmmmm

40 odd minutes late on top of the already long delivery time of an hour make me sad i tried to talk to my friend about evil dragons to pass the time but i couldnt think of enough material to last how late it was :( the chips were nice but the pizza which is usually very nice was much poorer than any other time ive ordered here which really hurts having waited so long for it and spending £9 on it
