I love this subway, staff are friendly, food is great and completes my day on saturdays

I come here most weekends with some friends and every time it is reliable as the atmosphere is great with quick and good food

It's a cramped little spot with minimal seating, most of it right next to the long line of customers. There's barely any peace or quiet. The saddest part is there's only one staff member working, which is really frustrating during lunch time. You have to wait half an hour in this tiny, noisy place just to place an order. It's really disappointing. A heartfelt thanks to the Indian guy for serving people as fast as he can.

Gran metro con personal amable que siempre es tan servicial. La comida siempre sabe fresca y siempre tiene un ambiente interior limpio. En general, una gran experiencia cada vez que voy.

I don’t even understand the hype of subways. All food from subways taste terrible. With that big bread and some stuff between the two bread. Jsut putting random stuff at this point. Will never visit any subway again. It’s a scam

Ordered a foot long meal with cookie, crisps and a 500ml drink. I got the foot long (uncut) and that's about it. no drink cookie or crisps. I'd understand missing 1 thing but 3 is just incompetence beyond belief

got some vouchers so went in for a meal each for £7.99. really nice subway and the staff were very accomodating, but feel like the prices have gone up a lot and would probably only go in when we have vouchers (no fault of the staff though, they're all lovely)

The person serving me today was rude. She kept rolling her eyes and tossed my food to me on the counter during payment. It was all unnecessary.

Probably the worst Subway store in the area, staff uninterested in their job, sloppy sandwich making and just a general lack of service, people leaving the queue as it was taking so long. The collection guys order hadn't even been look at, so come back 5 mins later and still no one had made up his order. Management needs to step in...

I was there 18/07/2022, I walked in and the guy was brushing the floor first thing he said to me was you have to wait until I’m finished, he said it in a unfriendly way and I said thought maybe they are closing so I said are you closing and he said no, and said the card machine does not work, so I went out to get cash from the ATM, went back in and said could you serve me now he said I’m doing the floor and a I could not be bothered attitude, I said I’m in a hurry and he was not to happy attitude so he severed me and I told him his attitudes thinks was no reaction from him, not good customer skills, not good service at all. Would have to think twice about going back. When I got home he put to much sauce on it and was not nice.

I dont know how long they've been working there but whoever served me today was shocking. I was in there for just under 10 minutes despite only 1 person being before me and their order was half complete. I was told (with a tone like i was a bother to them) "cash only no card" no polite apology no customer respect. when it did come to my order and sauce was requested i said a little sauce, told them when to stop and i was ignored and they continued. ive normally had great service here from the other staff but this was shocking.

I come in every day with my 3 children, Johnny, Deirdre and Susan and the girls that work in subway are the nicest people you would every meet! They are so friendly and even learned our names and orders off by heart, the shop looks amazing and clean and they are so quick! I’m in and out in a flash! Amazing… I have never had a poor experience here, food is always fresh and bread is always so good! Couldn’t recommend enough, best subway ever!

Appalled by the lack of respect for my group by the manager yesterday. Her attitude was more of a racist one. She lacked customer service skills and shouldn’t be in a job like this. Extremely rude!! I am definitely escalating this.

Subway is always a bit expensive for a sandwich but they are so good. We have one in our local town but this time we ate in the stranmillis belfast branch. It was clean, fast service and plenty of options

Awful, card machine broke while using it forcing me to get money out, gave the wrong change (Including a old pound coin!!) put my order on the wrong bread, burned, awful place round lunchtime

El servicio que recibí de un joven era bastante bazar. . Básicamente, se quedó allí sin decir nada todo el tiempo, parecía alto. Cuando se acercó a mí, él solo protagonizó con tristeza, le dije lo que quería. Luego siguió mirando fijamente, así que le dije lo que más quería. . asumiendo que para eso era la mirada, así que solo dije todo lo que quería en el metro y lo miré pensando que ya había terminado de decírtelo. . así que lentamente tomó el pan y comenzó a colocar la comida en él y cuando pedí más salsa. . La mirada de miseria en su rostro. . Lentamente lo vertió mirando medio sueño, luego lo tostó y se quedó alrededor de la caja hasta que no dijo nada, así que en realidad no tuve que decir o no solo me echó una mirada de nuevo. Introduje mi tarjeta y mi número de PIN y se alejó para tomar el metro, pero no pude quitar la tarjeta hasta que la aprobara. Así que, como mi tarjeta aún estaba atascada en la máquina, estaba volviendo a abrir el metro para las ensaladas y luego me dio el metro enrollado en el papel sin ninguna bolsa o servilletas jajaja! ! Luego comenzó de nuevo en mí. . Le pregunté si podía sacar mi tarjeta ahora. . el solo asintió . no gracias o nada . impar. No es lo peor del mundo. . al menos no era malo. . pero tuve la sensación de que él no me quería allí o que estaba convencido. . El metro no tenía el mismo sabor que siempre tenía: (Lo quería porque quería mostrarle a mi amigo lo agradable que era la salsa de albóndigas, pero está bien ... tal vez solo vine en un día libre

Subway, jak wszędzie jest to znana sieć, która kieruje się swoimi zasadami co do wydawanych posiłków. Co do miejsca, które znajduje się na Stranmillis, nie mam żadnego zarzutu. Miejsce jest czyste, kanapki wydawane w odpowiednim tępie, warzywa i mięso w odpowiednich ilościach przygotowane , co daje gwarancje ze jest świeżo robione, bułki świeże, obsługa miła! Sałatki, robione ze świętach warzyw. Warto tam zjeść !

Subs are made properly, clean and staff are polite and take time to get your sub right

Just now had sandwich at subway. It's one of my favourite. Most of every week I try to visit there . But today that was horrible for me. Staff wasn't helpful & food also terrible. I don't know what was that.

Went several times mainly during lunch breaks. Sandwishes are good but also salad really good for its money value.
