These people claim to sell doner kebabs. What they actually sell is doner kebab filling which is a different thing.. After buying 'doner kebab' and chips I got what amounted to loaded fries. No pitta bread or equivalent. Tasted alright but not what I asked for 👎

Disgusting. Stale chips, dodgy feeling fried chicken wings, stale nuggets and dry tasteless chicken. Really regret ordering, literally get anything else.

I got a pubic hair in my fries and he replied me with “it could be yours” and started arguing with me and talked very disrespectfully. This is just unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Well in Belfast halal options are not much. And few have good taste. Tried beef burger it was good but they need to add sauces it was bit dry. Rest service was good and friendly staff. So recommended for fast food. Next time may try few things more hope for the best

Had food poisoning after ordering the peri-peri chicken burger. Would not recommend.

So we ordered on Uber eats… 1 hour later still heard nothing. About ten mins later we were told told it was going to be 10-20 minutes. Waited around 40 yet no word…. Phoned the restaurant and said I’m sorry but “is there any update”? ,got hung up on!!… We said it wasn’t acceptable to wait an hour and thirty mins on a takeaway when they said it was 10-20 mins away. They hung up and refused to talked to us after I had spent £30 that was “delivered”. I was spoken to in the lowest manner and hung up on 3 times and had not answered the phone to 7 other times due to the “inconvenience” we had caused them! What confuses me is the fact it was a third party delivery service (Uber eats) the fact that they represent them in Belfast is mental!!!! I will contact Uber Eats and get my £30 back in the morning . Please do NOT order with them.

VERY BAD experience. I ordered delivery from this restaurant at 6:10 pm, but after a long wait, I was informed at 8 pm that they had closed and requested me to cancel the order. This kept me hungry for two hours and their attitude made me very angry. I believe that restaurants that cannot accept delivery orders should notify customers immediately. This behavior is equivalent to deceiving and depriving customers of the opportunity to purchase from other stores

They Don't deliver orders. Waited over an hour. Rang restaurant and they said they'd been at my door knocking, which is a lie as I can see my door from my window. Didn't try to ring me. Then refused to give a refund for non delivery. Absolute disgrace

I had a notification saying my order was out for delivery at 12.32 with frango and was estimated for 12.30 PM I called the restaurant at 12.50 and explained I had SMS saying it was out for delivery. Person on the phone gave me an excuse saying the driver realised the order was wrong and had to go back to the restaurant and get a new order for me and will be a further 10-15 minutes (Restaurant is a 7 minute drive away). When the food had came the pasta was way over cooked and sloppy the food was just over all terrible and couldnt even eat the food it was that bad. Could tell it had been soggy from sitting in a container and the steam and heat cooking it longer complete mush I'm so disappointed.

Extremely poor customer service and lack of manners. Ordered the peri peri grilled chicken from here like I normally do. I called the restaurant to give the order for drinks and ask for another amendment to be made to my order as Just Eat wouldn’t allow me to do so. I was greeted by Ali who literally shouted “Ma’am please stop calling the restaurant we are we busy. We saw your order. Don’t call again.” And ended the call before I could get a word in. Honestly very disappointing to be shouted an on the phone by someone taking your order. I have always ordered from this restaurant and have never had a bad experience but after this I will not be ordering again.

Pathetic excuse of a takeaway, their menu prices and pictures are inaccurate. I ordered a large fries with a garlic dip and was given such small portion sizes. The cashier either overcharged me or their prices are extremely ridiculous, because I was charged £6 for practically small fries and a dip. Only realised when I got home how much I paid for how little I got, and wasn't given a receipt at all. I have continually had bad experiences with this place and I know now that this isn't just a one off incident.

I used to like the food here specially spicy chicken rice and peri peri grill. But from quite a time the quality of the food has gone downhill. On one occasion the chicken was burnt & other time no spicy coating or anything. The new staff is grumpy & unpredictable. Don't hv enough knowledge of the spices & flavours. There are other better options available for Peri Peri Grill.

Few years ago it was one of the best takeaway with friendly staff, excellent food & reasonable prices, then i dont know what happened just before pendamic if owner changed or just staff, service went down the hill, my go to place was this because i hate the other competitor but then food quality went totally rubish, threw the food couple times, and if you complained the guy at counter with no manners at all was always rude. I remember waiting for food 20/30 minutes in this place before thats how busy it was used to be but now its totally empty & closed most days. Such a shame that their incompetence & rudeness destroyed a great establishment

Very poor customer service and poor manners. Also no member of the staff wears a face mask while making and packing food. With the pandemic, I expect food makers to be more hygienically conscious and be responsibile enough to put on a mask when making food. Extremely friendly and helpful staff (even if he doesn't smile much). Acceptable times for the order to be ready. And above all,, very very tasty. I have tried few things on multiple occasions and it's all good. I'd go for anything with grilled chicken rather than the pizza. The delivery is very quick as well and I usually ring them directly rather than using a third party app.

You can’t beat this place. The food is absolutely fantastic. We have been eating from Frango last 3 yrs and never had any bad experience! The food is healthy as most of the stuff from grill and has very unique taste! It is very hard to find clean and hygiene HALAL food place in Belfast but Frango does the job. Keep up the good work and we will come back....

Una vez más aparecí en pieles para llevar a cabo esta vez. Pedí la media fuente de pollo con patatas fritas y una bebida para 6. 99. Estoy bastante seguro de que esto ha aumentado en una libra. Pedí mango suave y lima. Aunque conozco a algunos miembros del personal, los encontré bastante antipáticos en esta visita. Estaba lleno de clientes no locales (extranjeros a falta de una mejor palabra) como suele ser. Pedí una pequeña salsa de la casa y me cobraron 0. 50 peniques por una tina, donde antes se regalaba. Especialmente porque hay una botella gratis en el mostrador para servirte. Encontré esto malo y la atmósfera hostil significa que tengo que marcarlo. El pollo es sabroso pero con mucha carne de nuez. Una pechuga de pollo en un chippy tendría más carne. Las patatas fritas congeladas no saben a nada y son insípidas. Tiré la mayoría de ellos. Esta vez fue menos sabroso y no me apresuraré a regresar.

Los encontré en google. El personal de la tienda confirmó que es halal. Precio muy razonable. Comí una hamburguesa de pollo y mi amigo comió un cuarto de pollo y arroz. Ambos disfrutamos de nuestras comidas y estamos agradecidos de encontrar comida halal en un restaurante limpio e informal con un personal educado. Zona limpia para sentarse y comer. Creo que el de Frango es tan bueno como el de Nando y mucho más barato. Me gusta el medio pollo con patatas fritas o ensalada y una bebida a menos de 7 años. 00. (Y a mi gato le encantan los huesos. Él, él). Es posible que tenga un poco de dificultad para entenderse si es local porque algunos miembros del personal no entienden bien el inglés. De hecho, una vez me di por vencido en el teléfono tratando de ordenar. Esta vez le dije al asistente indio / asiático que quería sentarme. Muchos rumanos frecuentan aquí y son bastante ruidosos. Estaban reunidos alrededor de una mesa. Así que saqué una silla y me senté en mesas distantes alineadas frente al mostrador. Me cotizaron un precio que cuando me senté y miré el menú era el doble de lo que debería haber pagado con el 50% de descuento del gobierno. Conozco a uno de los otros chicos detrás del mostrador y me reembolsó. Me preguntaba por qué me dieron una bolsa de papel y no un plato. El pollo estaba suave con una salsa suave, posiblemente de mango y limón, y muy sabroso. Pero no una gran cantidad de carne en él, pero así es hoy en día. La ensalada era un montón de iceberg, tomate, cebolla roja, pepino y aceitunas negras. Porción de llenado. Califico esto tan bien como el de Nando, aunque un poco áspero en los bordes. Aún así se recomienda.

The place is really growing on me. I have had the chicken strip meal and it is very adequate with free drink. Recently I order half of chicken with no spice and the lovely grill flavour is hard to beat. Cheaper than Nandos and just as good. Their pizzas also are really tasty.. Can not recommend it high enough.

The batter fell off the chicken and had a greyish tint to it. The fries were frozen chips, portion size of a cup. The wrap was pretty disgusting given the chicken in it was hard and dry(as if stored on a hot plate for hours) the delivery was 40 minutes late and just eat said I would only get 50% refund to cancel when it was half hour late stating food was already prepared and driver already paid. I'm pretty sure some of that food was prepared at lunch time it's now after half 11pm. The driver also called me stating that he's outside so I had to ask him to bring the delivery to my door. Will not be ordering again and will be reluctant to use just eat given my experience tonight. Can't comment on restaurant service as I did not deal with them directly.

Today I have bought 10 Fried chicken meal with potato. The chicken meat and the potato has a bitter taste. I think that the problem with the frying vegetable oil. It was used for many times and now is burned, and when it is burnt, it has a bitter taste, and everything goes inside it will taste bitter. It is a waste of money!

Ordered food late tonight. Received a soggie box of undercooked chicken and chips. The box itself fell apart because of this. Such a waste of 10.00

In Frango I ordered the supper box that came with chips, chicken strips, chicken wings, chicken fillet burger and a can. It was modestly priced. The burger assembly was poor it was just thrown together with little sauce. The chicken wings were bad quality and tasted similar to oily fish. The chips and chicken strips tasted okay. On the positive side you could grab your own condiments.

My girls treated me to some real good, wholesome and fiery hot Piri piri. My wife and I had a half chicken with rice and salad, 4 extra hot wings and kids had a mixed box of chicken and chips. The salad was fresh, rice well flavoured and chicken perfectly cooked and spiced. The extra hot sauce was pretty potent. Bellies full we just had enough room for cake and coffee. Great place, food and service!!

Un filete de pollo en pan de burguer con algo de pique, que seria del aliño que lleva para aguantar y un muslo de pollo seco. Resultado, que a las 2 hice el intento de vomitar y a las 6 estuve 15 minutos vomitándolo todo. Inrecomendable

After a day of drinking and on our last stop at near by Benedicts standing around waiting on the taxi That always seems to take a lifetime we smelt the aroma of food in the air and let me tell you to us it smelt like the best food about then again could’ve had something to do with the fact we were pretty mullered ! Anyway went in 8 wings and chips both very tasty but of a joke for a 30 p small dip but hey times are tough I guess ! Me and the beautiful missus enjoyed it that much she sent me back in to get more for the taxi journey! She’s a legend I tell you ! Give it ago sure you’ll like it
