Order three just eat send me 6.00 worth stuff nothing that I ordered spend 22 waste of money

I order takeaway today and majority of order was missing,it can't be that hard to put few things in a bag can it?

Absolutely filthy. Food over cooked and hidden in excessive sauce. Requested a new one only to be provided with the wrong sauce again smothered and swimming in grease. Didn't bother eating it or complaining because I doubt they'd care

I lost my phone in the car park but I didn’t know this at the time and the staff were so helpful. A young guy with blonde/brown hair and a beard in a white shirt and and older lady with brown hair in a grey shirt were so so helpful. Couldn’t thank them enough while I was on the verge of crying lol

The worst staff to exist, not a brain cell between them, it’s beyond frustrating. Don’t think they’ve ever gotten an order right in their lives. Forgot half the order AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Tried calling up the McDonald's tonight and ended up on a 6 minute call with no response, only thing I could hear on the other end was laughing and talking between colleagues, and some talk about someone called Chelsea. Had to hang up and try to call again only to run into the "line busy" on my end. was just wanting a delivery :(

Same thing, they just keep apologising for mistaken our order, that happens all the time, no matter how busy or quiet is.

The website says open 24 hours. The sign outside says open 24 hours. Nowhere does it say drive thru only is 24 hours

Need to keep a eye on the disability park as there is car in it without any blue bridges

Refused to deliver our order and when we phoned wouldn’t even pick up.

Sick to the back teeth 95% of the time I go to the shore road McDonalds there is something wrong or missing

Went through drive thru and chocolate milkshake had obviously been made a long time beforehand as it was room temperature and liquid. No staff at the counter. When I approached the only staff member I could see on the floor he said I'm on my break and then ignored me. Other customers waiting for food or had problems were also waiting for over 10 minutes. I eventually had to shout over to the drive thru staff to come to the inside counter to assist. By the time I returned to my car my food was cold and inedible. Won't be back at such a shambolic place.

Ordered a triple cheese burger without the cheese. Said plain on the receipt but when I got home it was covered in cheese. Annoying but it happens. My vegetarian Girlfriend ordered the mcplant burger, got home and she said this looks like bacon, and sure enough a bit of bacon in a vegan burger. We've had one mistake like this before but not even calling them up to complain, just never ever going to go back.

It's the same in every McDonald's. Decent fillers just bring prices down.

Comme tout un chacun j ai mangé dans beaucoup de Macdonalds à travers le monde. Celui ci est de loin le plus catastrophique. A 22 h 30 il est d une saleté repoussante. 30 min pour un menu bigmac et un filet o fish, des salariés qui s arrêtent pour discuter avec des amis, une vitesse d exécution à faire pâlir un escargot asthmatique. 🐌. En résumé à éviter absolument !!

absolute joke order food they sent it to the wrong address refund within five to seven days.. what good is a refund when your kids are sitting starving and you haven't got a penny in your pocket

Kids meal with order!! Sent chips but no chicken nuggets. Sent extra juice but would much appreciate my child’s food being with the order than extra drinks

Ordered 4 burgers and got one single happy meal

Driver took awhile to arrive to pick up which I think was due to things going on in the town so understandable. But when it did arrive the food was cold apart from the mcflurry which was melted. Given how long it took to be picked up it should have been remade

Vegetarian wrap marked as vegetarian, but was actually chicken. Thankfully realised it was chicken, but not until after I bit into it. 10 years of vegetarianism gone. Incredibly dangerous mislabelling food for those with dietary requirements or allergens.

Had two items missing from order - fries and apple pie. Ordered sweet chilli wrap and the wrap was broken and appeared as if they couldn't fit it in the box so just shoved it in.

didn't receive my large chip and oreo mcflurry. was most excited for them :(

This is too short to write everything i want. Basically did not get my delivery in a suitable manner, refused the delivery as it was freezing. Now it says it was delivered and it is not with me. It was not delivered. I am not happy and want a refund!

Delivery man had 3/4 deliveries on a bike!!! mine was the last delivery so my food was cold!!The water I got with my meal was warmer than the food , I also ask for no cheese on my sausage McMuffin and there was cheese on it , it all when in the bin!!

Give us someone else's order and they don't pick up their phone to correct the mistake.

This must have been the worst order I have ever taken. To get something missing on your order. Then having an egg shell on your breakfast wrap is beyond the frustration I had this morning. Employees need monitored and compliance with food needs revised. I will never order Mcdolands again.

Just order from the City center McDonald's, you may think it's less busy ordering here but they'll ruin your order, never send dips, forget drinks or just mess it all up throw it in the bag and it arrives like butchered animal, just don't waste your time.

Hello, i ordered £50 worth of food. Didnt receive over half of food ordered. Met the deliverer at their car, gave me their bags and drove off. All drinks here but no burgers and fries but no actual parts of meal deals.

This may seem rude but you would not expect it at a restaurant so why McDonalds. Food cold, ice creams melted, and stuff in drink. Get it together and actually do the job you are paid for. Delivery driver couldn't even be bother to walk to the door. You think a £50 order would be class. It was not.

Not a very good experience. Had the drink dropped in front of me. Then tried to give me the remainder of the large drink (20% of cup max) then there was no double cheeseburger! 3-4 years spending £100s if not £1000s,of using just eat never have this experience. Will be using an alternative platform for the foreseeable!!!
