Food was freezing cold when it did arrive, driver tried to argue me and say it’s not his fault the food is cold and didn’t listen to the code I said 4 times and he didn’t listen and had me standing out in the rain trying to get the food and not handing over until I give the code

Did not come failed to deliver driver couldn’t find the house

She took my order back and said she will bring me a new order and didn't receive it will not order again

Never arrived! Driver was aggressive and pushy and refused to deliver to door, then sped away with the food. Horrific service and he was over an hour late, honestly terrifying

Ordered a mcflurry , strawberry lemonade and a Diet Coke order came and i received 3 diet cokes not happy with my order

My entire order was wrong I have obviously gotten someone else order

Our drinks came spilled, one empty and one half gone, we got absolutely no sauces that we requested and we got 3 chicken selects instead of 5. Worst order here I’d like to be refunded for the drinks and the sauces. I can send pictures.

Originally said it was gonna arrive at 4:15 then comes with no fries or McFlurry

I am very unhappy as I made an order with kfc and it was delivered with these items and was made to pay two delivery fees !

I left a note saying i would like to recieve a cheeseburger as part of the £10 spending offer. Not only was the note ignored and never got the burger, there was also zero dips with the nuggets that was part of the order. Food is also stale and cold

Not happy I didn’t get my meal although I get a refund but now everyone has their food but me has to make myself toast never ever get dips!!!

Never ordering from you again. They delivery guy refused to hand over my food. Put his foot in the door way and refused to leave. Absolutely shocking u employ people like this!

The driver knocked over my soft drink over my food, n wanted me to accept it, I give it back to them asking for a new one, still ain’t got new food. I paid my money and got food unacceptable…..google reviews

Arriving at the drive thru you don't even get a "Hello" just "what do you want " got parked after ordering a simple order and after moving around to the carpark to eat my food we discover it was a totally wrong order. I brought it back in store and explained it was the wrong order. The girl took the food behind the counter and then took it straight back out to another car waiting at the drive thru collection. Had to stand and wait for nearly 15 mins for another member of staff to ask me what I was waiting for. Basically had to order and wait again.. Shocking service!

the milk sake was all over the bag and in the ice cream plus yet again cold even know i love like 10 mins away by car

whole food part to my order was wrong. delivery drives should only be allowed to take ONE ORDER at a TIME

We ordered 5 bbq dips and a McFlurry for free and did not receive any

The order was placed at 3.45pm and did not arrive until 4.42pm. The order was placed at boucher road mcdonalds to be delivered to Leeson St, BT12. At one point the driver was shown to be at Lyndhurst, off the ballygomartin road. When the driver finally did arrive, the food was cold and soggy and the ice cream had melted so much that the driver had to turn the courier bag over and empty out the liquid from the ice cream. I will be lodging a formal complaint for this

Driver went to neighbours door then handed me a bag that was opened and missing items i have toke pics of the bag that i can send in

Should maybe have a conversation with some of the drive thru staff.. they should be greeting me with a hello not the other way around. And when greeted they stare blankly, no response or even a smile and throw your food over to you. And when you check the back for dips which are 8 times out of 10 missing and ask for them. Again no response they basically roll their eyes and shove them out the window to you. One time I actually just took the bag and was mid way saying thank you to the worker who had their back turned away from me the whole time as they closed the window on me.

Ordered double mcmuffin. Got a single. Ordered and paid to have a slice of bacon added to MY single one and it was missing the bacon. What's the point in complaining as they obviously don't care at the standard going out the door

order was placed at approx 2.30pm and didn't arrive until just before 4. The chips were unsalted and cold and the burger was cold. I'm in hospital and wanted to cancel but it didn't give me the option. ABYSMAL SERVICE

Once again the MCPLANT is missing it’s getting ridiculous now, either MCPLANT is missing or wrong or missing chips very very unhappy

um so everything was perfect although usins forgot the dip which i’m not too impressed with cause cmon the dip is the best part so now i have to eat it plain so thanks for that

The chips were really dry, had no salt on them. The double cheeseburger had no cheese, the quarter pounder had no cheese, the cheese bits had no cheese in them. Everything had to be thrown in the bin it was so dry

My order come all the burgers dressed when I left a note for it to be plain all wait into the bin because the kids don’t like dressed! Disappointed

I ordered a Big Mac and asked for extra pickles and as I bit into it my mouth was burning as there was jalapeños in it which I didn’t ask for and I couldn’t eat my burger !!
