McDonald's in Belfast

Order didnt arrive, delivery driver was confronted about the issue and laughed at me whilst my autistic son was crying because his food never arrived, nobody answered the phone so i could tell them about this and so my money has been stolen. DO NOT ORDER OR EAT HERE!!

It's McDonald's not much to say.

I have been in this McDonald's restaurant today with some friends. The restaurant is like many others McDonald's, same food quality and variety. I'm not a fan of fat food restaurants due I can't call food that type of food but for a coffee and style potatos served the purpose. The staff is nice and the it is full of local families.

Childs meal arrived with 6 chips adult meal with none. no straws coke spilt everywhere delivered to worng Street wdf

Shocking, waited over an hour for food and had to cancel as we didn’t recieve on time Will not be back.

We have used this McDonalds a lot as its close to my boyfriends place. Everytime we've gone there the food is always cold, staff are not very attentive always forget bits in the order, always have to ask for salt napkins and missing pieces from the order like a burger or our Fries were missing from two meals on one occassion. We are now not going to use this mcdonalds, we have tried others in the town and they definitely are better than this one. If could give 0 i would.

Place is a joke seem to look after the orders for the likes of deliveroo and just eat you go to the drive through and they ask you to go and wait in one of the bays 15 mins I waited on a meal unbelievable

Waited ages for food which eventually came out Luke warm. It was -2 outside and they were blowing cold air around the place 🤷🏼‍♀️

Table service number taken an order. Staff circle twice with my order with tray and wrong milk sakes other dance all OK.

Not the best one I've been to. Food was very average even for a McDonald's.

Very slow service on my last visit. Waited almost 20 mins on coffee and muffin! Customers were being served in front of me and when I asked about my order I felt I was being a nuisance!

Terrible,have been told open at 5 but when arriving being told not until 5:30.

The last three times I've ordered from here the orders have been wrong. We collected a chicken big Mac - it had a single chicken patty in it. We got an Uber eats delivered - it was missing a mighty McMuffin. I then went to the drive through for a double sausage and egg McMuffin meal - when I got home I was given a single sausage and bacon McMuffin with brown sauce which had to go immediately in the bin because that is horrific. Terrible service.

This is a high standard food outlet so superb with affordable food prices you would never regreat visiting McDonald's.

The McDonald's we went too today was very clean and tidy. And the food was very tasty. But the car park was pretty full for the amount of people in McDonald's

Don't like the ordering at the counter. Waiting at the counter is really annoying. Takes ages for anyone to come out from behind to serve people. It's not all about ordering at the pods. There should b a person at the till all the time.

The one thing you expect in a McDonald's is same standard of food in each store. Unfortunately this particular McDonald's falls short of this standard. Over a number of visits, the coke tastes wrong; food is handed to you tepid; and today they forgot to put the dips in the drive through bag.

Parking is a problem if you want to eat in.

Been here numerous times. Staff always more interested talking amongst themselves than serving food. Lucky if you get everything you ordered. Food always cold and there is never any ice in the drinks.

Ordered via just eat, two items missing from order, the rest was cold. This McDonald’s never answer the phone so can’t get my correct order delivered hot. Absolute rubbish service, can’t get speaking to a human at just eat, appalling way to treat a paying customer

Ordered food and waited nearly 30 minutes to be given the completely wrong order. Not one thing I was given I asked for. Half a dozen people ahead of me also complained of wrong orders. Wouldn’t recommend

Other McDonald's restaurants are always quicker and just better presentation somehow...

It is best to visit this place in day time it is usually okay and consistent quality, however night time quality suffers a massive hit. Despite claims of being open 24 hours, the sit in section was closed totally the night I visited, they could have closed off part of it easily and kept the counter open.

Never going again I waisted £5.00 on chicken selects for my child and she didn’t even get them she was so upset because she was excited for them absolutely terrible service don’t waste your money here go to Lisburn and get better service never going back again

Stuff is always wrong Edit: four years after my last review they are still all idiots. They can take an order down 100% then just cook what they feel like. Avoid at all costs. Go to five guys instead it's 100% better and probably the closest thing to what the original mcdonald brothers dreamed off.

Even though our visit was at 3.30 am on the way back home from a very i’ll family member. The level of service was disappointing and the fry’s were cold. Must try harder, not what you would expect.

Horrible service. Almost every time you order from that place, something goes wrong. They usually forget items (dips, extras you paid for, straws...) and the worst thing is that they toast the Filet-O-Fish bun every time, when it should be steamed. That makes the burger completely dry and almost inedible (certainly not enjoyable). They also never pick up the phone.

Burger was thrown together, ketchup dispenser empty, wifi did not work.

Wudnt even give 1 star only I had to rate it so 1 is the lowest I cud give the staff r so rude and ignorant basically got 3 drinks threw at me cause I asked for ice to b put in them the ice machine hasn't worked for weeks but wen I asked wen placing the order did they have ice was told yes but of course drinks had no ice so I said I didn't want them low and behold Ice appeared but wen they wer basically threw at me they fell out of the holder they wer in and had to b replaced no napkins no straws no sauce for nuggets food wasn't the warmest not great overall the young girl who gave me the drinks didn't even acknowledge it she just walked away my son in law got out of car and approached the window to say wat happened no apologies absolutely nothing whoever owns this mcdonalds shud really sort the staff out and maybe teach them some manners if tht had of been my daughter treating someone like tht I definitely wud have something to say DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

It's McDonald's. Nothing special but decent and quick.

Been quite a while since I was in this restaurant.. it seems to have become very much a transit McDonald's with a steady stream of Uber Eats and carry out drivers.

I ordered from just eat at 15:17 it arrived at 16:33 i would not complain as i know it is busy but that is a ridicules time to wait I live 5 minutes drive away. My order was repulsive cold soggy half empty fries the cheese on the cold cheeseburgers went hard and the bun did to as if it was cooked hours ago and it was missing a quarter pounder with cheese and a sauce i paid for. It was horrible I would not trust to order here again not a chance. Imagine paying for that.

Its not far from my home so i sometimes visit but like many MCs they rush so much that my food is cold and cheese never melted and that makes huge difference. Best MC in town is at Kennedy way, not always but ussualy i get burgers hot and cheese melted

The staff are very rude they needs training in something called manners When you speak with the customer or someone you as worker need to be well educated person and have manners and behaviour It's the worst service I ever had

I ordered something from McDonald's today, but initially they couldn't understand our accent, which is really bad. I had to repeat myself four times, and even after repeating, they still got the order wrong. I ordered the vegetable meal for 6.99 that includes a burger chips and coke, instead they delivered veggie fingers. Neither their working method nor their attitude was right. I'm so frustrated because I hadn't eaten anything in the morning, and I relied on McDonald's, thinking I would order something good and enjoy it at home. But they gave the wrong order. Now, tell me, what should I do? I don't understand how they could misunderstand, even after speaking clear English and repeating it 3-4 times. It's seriously frustrating. From now on, I won't order from McDonald's in my life, and I won't recommend it to anyone. If someone is thinking of buying from McDonald's, I will forcefully cancel it. It's foolish, seriously, everyone is beyond limits.

Quick and efficient when you're in a rush. Ordered through the app and collected soon after. Gets very busy at times, especially at the drive-thru.

90% of the staff are rude and incompetent. Don't think I've ever got a 100% correct order. As for a plain burger- dressed. Coke with no ice - lots of ice. And don't start me on sauce for nuggets. If you're avoiding this one, don't go to Kenn3dy Way either. This one makes them seem like geniuses.

I think the new mcdonalds goal is not to have customers. Drive thru girl cant listen, serving men clearly hates his job. On the top of that coke with ice instead zero and no ice. No dips despite paying for 2. Double cheeseburger had a single burger and wispa gold had invisible sauce. Thanks mcdonald for destroying our meal.

Daughters burger had 3 small diced bits of onion, my spicy mctasty was neither, chips over salted, staff wiping sweat off brow and then lifting trays and serving tables Worst McDonald's ever

Who ever did the new decoration is place needs hung. It's the most utterly depressing McDonalds I've ever seen. I'd rather drive up the road to kennedy way and eat in a restaurant that doesn't make me want to slice my wrists.

Recently refitted to give more kitchen space to probably help with all their delivery orders but they either don't have enough staff or are just overworked because I can't even count how many times things have been missed from order mainly things like sweet chilli dip or the last time it was an apple pie so check your order before leaving is my advice. Foods usually relatively fresh because of how busy it is. Its McDonald's you don't go there expecting anything special. Most recent experience was a half filled mcflurry at drive through meaning I had to go into the restaurant and wait in another queue to get it sorted

Managers close ranks, and do not support staff. Some gutless staff, some back boneless managers. If you're not in a clique, you'll not fit in. Look out all who annoyed me! I'm not done yet!

This mcds is the only one that comes up as 24hrs but it’s not. Not even the drive thru. There are people working inside but it’s shut and windows are closed. They won’t even acknowledge you. Ordered online because it said the drive thru was open but it wasn’t

This place can be really busy given its location but generally the queues move quickly. It’s a McDonald’s, the food is the same no matter which one you eat in but staff are usually pretty friendly and the place is normally clean and tidy. This McDonald’s is in a good location, right before the motorway and just as you come into Boucher.

Very pleasant lady clearing tables and helping out. Service very slow even though the restaurant not very busy. All attention seemed to be at drive through so those of us who took the trouble to come in seemed to have to wait.

Not too busy inside. Staff have major focus on food couriers instead of customers inside. Waited on staff to come to till for quite a long time

The things you see happen in this McDonalds branch defy belief. The majority of the staff seem to treat working here like a youth club rather than a job. Making TikTok videos, dancing, swearing, throwing stuff and I kid you not, giving each other shoulder massages while taking customers orders are just some of the things I've witnessed. This culture is aided and encouraged by the young manager who instead of helping sort out minor issues likes to make faces and mock younger inexperienced colleagues. This might go some way to explaining why I have never had an order right in the several times a week I frequent it and been overcharged. No apology either. Oh and if you use a MyRewards code when ordering the place almost goes into meltdown. The most ridiculous event was when they sent me to an ordering bay which was already in use. This meant I was left blocking customers behind for nearly 5 minutes. Again there was no apology just a shrug of the shoulder. I doubt my comments will reach P Connan who owns this franchise but these things need to be addressed.

Wee fella working at first window got our order wrong and had as much personality as a plank of wood. Girl at the window giving us the food had same level of personality and we didn’t get a receipt or any napkins, those people wouldn’t get a job anywhere else only the Golden Arches.

Ordered through their app, food never arrived even though it said delivered on their app. Went to restaurant it was placed through told it was nothing to do with them and contact uber eats they admitted the delivery driver had taken and kept the food, disgraceful customer service

Missing order. Total order was £43. Missing items were 5.99 and 2.69 for the chilli cheese bites and 20 chicken nuggets. Reported on Deliveroo after and tried to ring the shop no answer. So just in case anyone is thinking about ordering from here in the future they will probably miss around 25% of your order.

Absolute disgrace this service is. Recieved half my order then was told by manager that they can't re send what was missing. Blamed just eat. Appalling service iv to wait 7 days on a refund.
