McDonald's in Belfast

Completely missed two of my breakfast muffins off my delivery

Not that good was missing the sauces and I got money taken out twice for one order

Kids very disappointed ordered 25 pound worth off food for kids new movie toy and 2 disappointed kids as hadn't gave them there toys

The food is good I would order again soon

No cheese on my bic Mac either and no fries at all, no Oreo McFlurry .

I received the food very cold+ they didn’t give me my second drink also the coke spilled on the food im not happy

Disgrace wouldn’t even give 1 star. Near a 2 hour wait, of course no dips were given even when paid for because McDonald’s staff are incapable of throwing dips into a bag as if it’s way beyond their job description, when really they are just lazy.

Did not get my food to 16 college square north . Driver just left

not received my order . but it shows delivered ....and the delivery driver hang up in the middle of conversation

Brotherrrrrrrrr why when I get 20 chicken nuggets does it ask me to pick 4 dips, only for them to give me NO DIPS! Come on ppl I feel like this is the basics. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Still great tho

driver was terrible made my son run 3 flights of stairs 3 times for a code and never tried to phone me once...don't want him back again. j

Forgot my drink and my dip what I paid for both and fries were ice cold drink was warm only good thing was the burger it was alright but they did give me 2 fruit bags when I only paid for one.

Food was cold. Arrived after an hour, however it was just 5 minutes away from me. I asked for without meat but there was a beef patty in that. I had to throw them all. I was starving for food and spent £19.78 on it. And there is no response on this dispute (still on it), even after 1 day. Highly disappointed.

Delivery driver was so rude! My neighbour seen him and the driver laughing and shaking the juice turning it upside down before coming to my front door with it, there was no juice left in the cup and bag dripping all over my hall floor! I handed it back to him and told him I didn’t want it there’s nothing in it he smirked! I’ve proof of the juice bag left at the side of road facing my house! the food was freezing too had to throw it all in the bin! Genuinely not happy at all with that service!

Says my order was delivered. My order did not arrive! This is the 1st I’ve used this service I’m not impressed!

The nuggets were soggy and had no flavour. The chips were far too salty. They forgot to include my dips that I ordered.

Third time ordering and third order completely wrong or missing items. abysmal service, no one ever answers phone, complete disgrace to the McDonald’s brand

Two burger was should be! Straight away I was notice that the item was missed! Why am I obligated to pay the full price if I didn't receive what was included in that price? I work hard too, sorry, why should I give away my money? The service was not provided due to a mistake by your employees! The staff made a mistake in one simple order MEAL FOR TWO! I have a photo of when I opened the package, I don't have time to deceive you about anything, but I have evidence.

No food in the order. 6 large Drinks all packed into one holder of four. Bag was dripping, cups half empty. Driver had to go back and get the meals as McDonalds did not provide them. Wont order again from this McDonald’s. Services is always terrible

friendly fast delivery delivery, tho the salad made the rest of the food cool too quickly, would have preferred if it had been packed with the drinks.

All the drinks were wrong. The order label had 4 hot drinks and 1 cold drink and i was sent 5 bottles of water. Havent had any response to my complaint. Not drivers fault but didnt offer to go get the correct drinks
