Been waiting 2 hours on food keeps saying rider heading to restaurant then changing saying looking for driver should close delivery when yours don’t have a driver

Have ate here many times over the years, meeting up with friends for a catch up. Unfortunately I didn't realise my visits where being timed and got hit with £100 parking charge. Restaurant refuses to answer the phone, tried to contact a manager and was ignored. Would avoid going here, clearly greed from management putting this parking charge in place. World's most expensive car park

Mcdonalds is Mcdonalds. Nothing else is great for whoever loves Mcd

It I what it is. Mcdonalds is the same everywhere. Although better than the Disneyland one by miles.

Don't usually review McDs but staff today were all really attentive and friendly. Made our visit seem much better than normal. First time in this branch and well worth calling in.

Always known what is the quality of the food you are getting, plus prices are affordable.

Wrap wasn’t even held together, burst and overfilled absolutely shocking

Not impressed. Ordered things only to be told at the counter it’s not available yet it’s still on the order machine.

One member of staff walks around shouting a conversation across the entire store- including insensitive topics infront of children. genuinely every time makes the whole place miserable when trying to enjoy something to eat

M delivery partially fulfilled, can't get a hold of the driver, the restaurant and the app/virtual assistant gets you no where. The food that was delivered was cold. Ripped off.

Fast Service and don't seem to mess the get the orders wrong

This restaurant like many others practices collection duping. They mark all orders as ready to collect straight away so that their serving statistics look good for management, then leave you waiting ten minutes for your food which comes out cold. You can tell they are doing this when so many orders are marked as waiting for collection while no food is coming out. Food was slow, and when I did get it was a real mess in its box. Get more staff, or get more organised. Staff were a mess and out of uniform with jewelry and phones in hands behind the counter, the floor was disgusting both in the customer area and what could be seen behind the counter.

My food never arrived. I received order confirmation at 2:30 and at 5:15 I was told the food was delivered. I was told my order was on its way at 4am. The drivers location was never unavailable, it stayed in the same place the whole time, roughly 5 minutes from my house. I was never given any notice or updates to say it was cancelled. I was then told at 5:15 my order was delivered at 5:25 which is impossible. I was kept awake until 5:30 just to be told it was delivered. Completely unacceptable

Ordered a hamburger happy meal and got a chicken nugget happy meal. As well as this with the happy meal I ordered a Fanta orange and the drink did not come. Straws were not given and the chips were freezing.

food is fine but the driver grabbed my shoulder and rubbed it right as i was going into my house again. just eat needs an option for customers to see who’s delivering their food, it would be so much more safe. not the restaurants fault but an uncomfortable situation to be in.

waited over an hour for my food, just to receive cold food should be making orders fresh and not leaving them on the side paid £30 for cold food not be using the service again here I go to Uber eats never anything wrong

Multiple times i have had wrong items delivered or delivered without items. Its unacceptable. You order expecting a specific item and then are left with something u dislike or nothing. Would prefer if the item was delivered later than a simple refund as it ruins your experience.

Cold food - not delivery drivers fault

do not order from this place, ordered 4 burgers and 4 chips, only received 2 burgers and 3 chips, tried to phone the restaurant multiple times but it just rings out, the staff do not care ddisgraceful service

The food was cold, and soaking. The lid from the drink had come loose and the coke had formed a puddle. Inedible

When you forget parts of orders could you go and get them and deliver back to customers it’s so frustrating when things are missing and you have to reorder with more delivery charges

Didn’t get my order at all I ordered at 1:30 it’s not 4:08 and it said my delivery got delivered at around 4:45? Which doesn’t make any sense at all

Extremely impressed by McDonalds Boucher, initially my order was wrong. These things happen. Despite this the care and attention that was given to me tonight was second to none. Especially given that the order took place around 1:30am. When the issue was raised it was resolved in seconds. The manager (I believe) a girl with brown hair was so kind and professional! - Top service, Top staff and Top food! Will 100% be back! A joy!

I am not actually the biggest fan of McDonald's. But was in a hurry and wanted something quick. I think this may be the best McDonald's I have ever been in. the food was good warm and served quickly

He didn’t give me my food, the delivery came early and I didn’t hear the knock or have my phone on me so he left with my order.

Food was cold and the brown paper bags were wet so think the delivery persons insulated bag might be leaking but hey the kids ate the food regardless so it is what it is

My delivery was missing half of my items- I paid £33 for this delivery and got about £10 worth of things, if even.

Vile, it’s early morning so should be easiest time to get order correct as it isn’t busy. Missing items and food isn’t even like warm

The worse place to ever order from, I think when they are employed they must be asked if you can’t read, the place is a joke, asked for no cheese no sauce as allergic and only lettuce and onion with bacon, never seen as much cheese on a burger in my life, place is a joke never again

Food was freezing cold. The only thing that was warm was the hot chocolate not sure how everything else was cold but that was pippin hot. To top it off the cup was deformed and I spilt it all over myself when I went to take a sip. Just a disappointing experience

the bag with the food was already busted at the bottom which lead to the food falling out all over the communal stairs. so non edible. The hot chocolate was mostly spilled out too. And the food was cold. disgraceful service

Just left the shop this is the second bad review I've left thought maybe the breakfast menu would be better but no, they don't even listen to the customer I asked for brown sauce, muffin smothered in red sauce sick and tired of wasting money in the place tried to phone but no answer shame on you mcdonalds your customer service sucks. This is a second review went to this shop last night 19.11.24, over £20 spent on food threw the lot out, the chips are always cold and if you want them warm there's a 3 minute wait time. This time burgers were cold also. Trying to phone them now can't get through as usual, I hate the place and will not be back

forgot my chicken nuggets 😕 thankfully brought everything else and actually made the burgers plain as have a habit for not following instructions
