McDonald's in Belfast

Took 30 minutes (probably even longer) For 3 McFlurry's. There are people who ordered way later than me and still got their's earlier. Will not ever come back

Twice I ordered delivery here and they got it wrong. This time I was missing a burger, straw and the 4 dips for the nuggets so I had to eat dry chips and nuggets. When I’ve used drive through you get the bag handed to you and not even a smile or a thanks and always have to ask for straws and salt and dips because they never ask. Whereas KFC always ask if you would like these things. Worst McD’s I’ve come across

This useless operation leaves out items in every single delivery, after taking payment and with no recourse. In the latest one, it was the largest item in the order.

I had items missing from my order I ordered 2 mcflurry smarties ice cream and 4 apple pies. The delivery driver only brought the apple pies and I have paid for the ice creams can I please have a refund for the ice creams

The order was not completed. I didn’t got any sauces, straws, salt or ketchup. Big Mac tasted like old shoes

Driver didn’t follow my instruction of where to deliver the food and made me walk 5 mins to him.

Absolutely atrocious service I am deeply and utterly disappointed and disgusted with the waitress. Me and and my husband of 15 years called in for a bite to eat and as soon as we ordered the waitress started saying some explicit stuff about my husband and what she’d do to him I will not go into detail as there are kids on this app but she stared trying to get close to him and get his number and then I angrily asked her stop and she called me a crude word which hurt my feelings after we ate she shouted some very inappropriate and crude language towards my husband. An absolute joke and I am very angry and upset. Never have I ever been through something as bad as this before and to be frank I do not know how to get past this.

Drivers seem to just keep the food for themselves and claim they delivered it these days.

Food poor, delivery guy fantastic. Mcdo's gave me entirely wrong drink, and took almost 40mins to prepare the food, even delivery guy commented on them being "a disaster today". Delivery was quick once it started moving.

This is like the third or fourth time in the last few months that this store have entirely forgotten half of our order. There were supposed to be full meals in this bag and there was not a single fry. Disgraceful behaviour and every person working in this branch should be ashamed of themselves with the quality they put out.

Accidentally ordered to wrong address and the driver rang me and I explained the situation then he refused to deliver to the new address and blocked my phone number

Not happy paid extra for sauce and didn’t arrive

Full meal and drink missing and when I go back on to order it's was unavailable

I put in the wrong address and the driver was so nice about it and brought it to the correct address

Been waiting 2 hours on food keeps saying rider heading to restaurant then changing saying looking for driver should close delivery when yours don’t have a driver

unbelievable, I never write bad reviews but this has gotten ridiculous. McKinstry rd McDonald's is a joke, its literally 50/50 if they get my order right, and I have had to get into the habit of microwaving it for a minute cause it's always luke warm even though they arnt even 5 minutes away! And today they had me wait over two hours for delivery but the initially said it would be 30. they said they delivered it at 8.20 when the time was 7.36? so I ordered a Chinese for the family instead

Have ate here many times over the years, meeting up with friends for a catch up. Unfortunately I didn't realise my visits where being timed and got hit with £100 parking charge. Restaurant refuses to answer the phone, tried to contact a manager and was ignored. Would avoid going here, clearly greed from management putting this parking charge in place. World's most expensive car park

Not many places are open when I get out of work and the food quality was great especially because its 3am. Thank you. give your weekend night staff a raise pls.

Delivery was amazing, absolute gentleman. I accidentally ordered to the wrong address, he got in touch and dropped it to me, It took him twice as long and I didn't expect him to do that. amazing

Didn’t get the straws that was asked neither the dips that I asked for in the note I had few things missing was also cold and the chicken selects were burnt and not eatable

Order was all cold, got order wrong gave mozzarella sticks instead of chicken nuggets which i didn't pick and burger had just red sauce no cheese

Consistency of quality sometimes suffers, but today was spot on - great!

Got my entire order wrong I asked for everything plain and none of it was plain!!! How does someone actually manage to do that is beyond me simple instructions clearly they do not care and offer a pathetic credit which was half of what I paid ridiculous!

Don't usually review McDs but staff today were all really attentive and friendly. Made our visit seem much better than normal. First time in this branch and well worth calling in.

Burger was fine, chips were freezing cold (never understand this if the chips are fresh and it's delivered quickly) and zero salt on them. Free sauce not included and extra one I paid for not included as always. drink came with no straw. I don't understand on such small orders how so many things can be wrong, sort it out

First delivery was taken by driver and not delivered. Second delivery was missing one item! Not as bad as first however bad service from just eat drivers.
