Kebab House in Belfast

Food was luke warm at first time of asking. Chips were like mash potato and after 2nd time after complaining the food was the same. I actually thought they were making a joke outta customers. 10 outta 10 won't be back. Hope they enjoyed the price of it 30 quid down the drain. Would rather eat out of the gutter

was told a delivery time & app said enjoy ur food but I phone restaurant & they said give it time never took any information & by the time the food arrived it was cold but food was nice once heated up

Your kebab meat used to be far nicer that everywhere else... now it tastes like the same cheap garbage everyother kebab place uses... bad decision to go cheap.

Long time customer but they didn't offer their usual large generous portions, still great though.

I gave 5 star on 2 person munchie box but the 1 person was very disappointing! I got about 8 onion bhaji’s and chips! Ended up throwing most of it in the bin. So poor considering the box I got the night before.

Consistently good. I always get the same thing, steak kebab on either naan or chips with salad and garlic sauce. Every time it’s really tasty. Delivery always pretty quick too.

food was decent but forgot my sauce and stopping in a hotel that hits me hard man. be fine if at home but was relying on the sauce pot!

There was so much chilli sauce on the kebab it was in eatable ...couldn't even see the salad it was so bad and 1 half of the pitta bread was soaking in it so the whole thing just fell apart....loads of chicken in it but after 2 bits I was pouring water all over my mouth...unbelievable to be honest,I eat Chinese curry and Indian jalfrezi all the time but something was right with that sauce, I am asking for a full refund..

Ate nothing all day bar this. Been sick every since. ‘Chicken’ was questionable and so are the staff ‘working’ in it.

Well the best thing is they have kids menu, for two people the box is quite good deal as well. Doner kebab is the best one.. recommend. Though they dont have dinning place so you have to order online or collect by yourself. Naan bread is a class its fresh. Staff is nice and friendly

I have been here many times for my kebab on naan. Every single time it’s hit the spot, the donner meat is always fresh and delicious. Literally the BEST donner I’ve ever had! Must try :)

We get the chicken tikka kebab on Nan bread and it’s absolutely gorgeous plenty of chicken and onions and a chip with kebab sauce amazing I couldn’t fault this shop excellent food

First time my orders arrived stone cold second time which they replaced the kebab meat was stone cold and it was just a complete mush as I had ordered a salad with my kebab nothing fresh warm or tasty both meals has to be the worst meal I've ever ordered on this app it was revolting I threw them in the bin and had to get someone to leave me up a Chinese meal ,I want a full refund for these meals totally uneatable

Got a chicken Kebab and a mixed kebab and it was awfull the chicken tasted slimy and was all brown chips where also like a brick. Wont be back

Order placed at 18:30. Used the pin point on map to display house. For some reason House number didn’t show on order, though street and post code did. Stated delivery had arrived at 19:30. No sign of delivery driver. No phone call received. Used the app to state that it had not arrived. New time set for delivery at 20:10. Same thing happened again, again no call from driver. Phone the takeaway and they did up the order and it was delivered at 21:00. Meat was good, chips felt hard and no great. P

Always very good would like it a bit more warmer but that’s just me picking lol

Am a very frequent and regular delivery customer, but tonight something went terribly wrong. Despatched at 6.30, delivered at 7.10, cooked food was cold (probed <28c) and had been sitting so long the cheese had conjealed - extremely disappointed!

Order arrived cold after being notified that the driver was on the way 15 mins earlier. I was on the phone wanting to know where it was when it arrived. I would have been quicker ordering for collection and walking to Ballyhackamore and back again. At least then I might have had a hot meal instead of one that had obviously done a tour of the east in cold weather. Driver didn’t like being called out on it either. II would be a regular customer, but on reflection, I might think twice in future.

Delicious food as usual and the portions are large! Love the kebab sauce and the option for salad with the kebab and chips. Will definitely order again.

Best kebab place in Belfast by far, been going there for so many years and always have excellent experience, very clean and hygienic, amazing quality food, Tahir bro your customer service is brilliant.

Food was left on neighbours step. Kebab on chips ordered, however cold soggy steak in some kind of soggy, squashed bread was delivered.

Brought wrong order meant to arrive 5.30 arrived 6.30 wrong order and waited till 7.20 and had to go down and get myself

Food was cold which was very disappointing. It must have been kept in the heat bag.

first time ordering from this place and i called the restaurant when the driver was 25 mins late and they said that they were slow when it was just a 6 min drive and the wings were spicy when it had not been said on the app menu, along with it being slightly cold due to the lateness

Very good portion. Super impressed with the packaging. Foil backed paper bag and inner layer with quality grease proof paper between them rather than the cheap fish and chip style paper others use that always leaks and gets stuck to the Naan. I did ask for extra salad to try and fool myself into thinking it wasn't too unhealthy of a dinner but found it was mostly onions. Still happy, will order again.

The food came that quick the police have installed speed cameras in the kitchen. FYI it was 10 minutes and it was lovely.

Please sort out your chips. They looked and tasted like they were cooked 2 days ago which is a shame because they were always good. So disappointing! We order all the time and this has been an issue for the past 4 orders!

I have been going here many many years the staff always very friendly and if your going that extra distance they wrap it so it will stay warm for very very long time. The steak kebabs are incredible I always get steak kebab on chips house sauce. Iv tried plenty of places over the years but nothing beats this place. Fast,clean,good price and friendly.

Used to get takeaway from this place every Friday but the quality of food has been hit and miss for a while now. Tonight was a miss, steak kebab was fatty and chewy and considering the price increase and smaller portions it's just not worth the money

The food was delivered well before time and was delicious in taste but it could have been hotter. I'd like to order again but would like the food to be hotter in temperature. Piquancy was lovely!

A little disappointed, I had ordered a chicken pakora kebab & that was not what I received I got a chicken & steak kebab which included cheese. I wonder was it maybe mixed up with someone else.

My food has still not arrived, the shop has taken the phone off the hook and the attitude from the staff has been disgusting. I waited 2 hours and nothing, apparently the driver isn’t answering calls but was outside my house with the order (he definitely wasn’t) DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
