Great kebab on chips. First time getting out of this place. Will be back.

Consistently good. I always get the same thing, steak kebab on either naan or chips with salad and garlic sauce. Every time it’s really tasty. Delivery always pretty quick too.

Ate nothing all day bar this. Been sick every since. ‘Chicken’ was questionable and so are the staff ‘working’ in it.

Well the best thing is they have kids menu, for two people the box is quite good deal as well. Doner kebab is the best one.. recommend. Though they dont have dinning place so you have to order online or collect by yourself. Naan bread is a class its fresh. Staff is nice and friendly

I have been here many times for my kebab on naan. Every single time it’s hit the spot, the donner meat is always fresh and delicious. Literally the BEST donner I’ve ever had! Must try :)

Got a chicken Kebab and a mixed kebab and it was awfull the chicken tasted slimy and was all brown chips where also like a brick. Wont be back

Don't bother ordering, waited 1hr 25mins for food that was colder than the Antarctic. 100% will never order food from this establishment again!

Best kebab place in Belfast by far, been going there for so many years and always have excellent experience, very clean and hygienic, amazing quality food, Tahir bro your customer service is brilliant.

I have been going here many many years the staff always very friendly and if your going that extra distance they wrap it so it will stay warm for very very long time. The steak kebabs are incredible I always get steak kebab on chips house sauce. Iv tried plenty of places over the years but nothing beats this place. Fast,clean,good price and friendly.

They now take card . It used to be cash only

Today, when I ordered Doner Kebab I asked for some more kebab/house sauce to be added but on the contrary no or very little sauce was added, which was very disappointing.

Worst Take-away we've ever had. Chicken Kebab that tasted like fish?? Chips weren't cooked, Will never be back near the place.

Placed an order 2hours later still no food Last phone call was it was on way and he put phone down. Then tried to ring back and no answer and online says it closed.

Terrible avoid. Order wrong on numerous occasions and cold, staff rude, unapologetic and no offer of any remedy, terrible customer service Overpriced also. Avoid. Lots of other reviews saying similar

Never again ordered a lamb done kebab last night..pitta bread hard round edges and meat cold..unpleasant server ..could have been owner..? Avoid

The Kebab sauce has got worse recently. This would be 5 stars usually for the steak kebabs on chips. Good size portions, with nice meat, chips and sauce. However the last few times I have been the house sauce had changed. It used to be a similar style to the top sauces like Pharaoh or Sphinx but for whatever reason the recipe seems to have changed and I’m not a fan. Just my feedback

Just got a lamb doner kebab for me and some popcorn chicken n chips for the girls. Very tasty, with decent chilli and garlic sauce, generous portions. Friendly bunch too 🙂

Only gave it 1 star as theres no options for a 0, Ordered a kebab out of here on sat.nite, been in bed with bad food poisoning ever since, never had a problem before, will never be back.

Absolutely rank!. Order an £11 Steak and Chicken Kebab in bread at tea-time (6:00pm). Debatable if it was even chicken, slimy and had fat on it, I could still be chewing on the 4 bits of steak that were hidden inside the naan. Nann bread is like a round of bread from a loaf in thickness. Poor Quality at high prices, look elsewhere even if you have to travel!

ordered food at 7:40 and arrived at 8:45 which is okay, but arrived with no kids meal and i rang and explained this and was told 20 minutes so rang back after 20 mins to be told it was on its way and didn’t arrived until 10 o’clock.

Ordered a chicken kebab from here (which was the only thing I’d ate that day) and not even 10 hours later my stomach was in bits, was in complete agony with cramps and have been so violently sick. Was absolutely shocked to see actual bits of raw chicken in my vomit. Have been in bed with severe food poisoning for 2 days now, I never been so ill in my life, I cannot even keep water down. WILL NOT BE BACK

The staff was friendly, the portions were very generous. The Naan still reminded me more of pita bread than what I would typically find at an Indian restaurant. No place to sit or eat, just take away.

horrible grilled naan the worst i have ever tasted i thought i was eating soiled nappy even the dog couldnt look at it or take a second snif. if they can get this wrong just bread then you got question everything else! dont think i will be back you will read this in belfast live too ! markos

Been so long since I had a kebab. Well worth the trip, brilliant portion size and they threw in a little extra as they were super busy with phone orders. WILL BE BACK !!!!

Wish id read the reviews before getting from here...I dont know what that chicken is supposed to be but it doesnt taste like chicken and it certainly doesnt look like chicken.Disgusting......Chips looked a little undercooked but were actually quite nice.

Just got my last delivery from these clowns. Have ordered a Kebab for many months from this place every weekend. Four items in the Kebab pitta bread, meat onions and house sauce on the side. I live less than a mile from them. Takes anywhere from 45 mins to 2 hours to get delivery. Many times been cold, many times no onions and today no onions and no sauce. Staff don’t understand English. Enough is enough. Will try and find a new local devlivery service.

Great food and was a regular customer for months until I tried to order tonight... Ordered at 8.20pm and got phoned by the shop at 9.20 to say delivery driver was at front door and had returned to shop. "Will send another one back up to you" another hour passes to then be told drivers couldn't find the door, very strange and conflicting... Was then told it was on its way again to wait yet another hour to be told the delivery driver had returned to shop and food was delivered but yet I'm still awaiting my food at 23.30. Buzzer has never went once

Havnt eaten out of here for around 5 years after getting food poison from a chicken kebab was coaxed into getting one so stuck to the steak kebab. Food arrived freezing cold and meat was so dry and tough 😫 could not reheat as there was salad through it. Never to be repeated disgusting.

So I like to say at it is a good place with good food but there in the wrong now they say I ask for something else then what I ask for and had a fight with me over it and then came got it from me and say I didn’t give him the right amount and won’t send a new one out because I was off 20p and even know am oh £6 because they took it off me

Appalling experience I have just had with kebab house ballyhackamore. I always turn to kebab house when I fancy a kebab because they never let me down until tonight. My partner and I fancied a kebab, we placed our order on just eat we ordered 2 chicken tikka kebabs on chips with kebabs sauce simple enough. When our order came I opened the box to find it was just chicken on chips it wasn’t chicken tikka so as I was very hungry and frustrated I phoned the shop to tell them, the guy who answered give us two options 1) to get the correct order sent out or 2) get a free kebab on the house next time if we asked for a (James) we selected the second option as we were very hungry and another delivery would have took too long as I don’t live close to the shop. So two minutes later my phone rings again and it was the guy from the shop who I had just spoke to telling me he told the chef and apparently the excuse is it was chicken tikka they just aren’t allowed to use food colouring anymore LOL so whatever I hung up the phone and starting eating my food when my tooth near broke I looked and it was a chip that was brick hard I went through the rest of the chips which were the exact same proper raw potato! I am absolutely raging about this as I’ve always loved kebab house but they have lost 2 very loyal customers. Very frustrating when you order food which comes to £20 for it to be wrong when delivered and then the staff arguing down the phone what ever happened the customer is always right? Lol

I hadn't had a Kebab in a couple of years, always used Kebab House B4. Had one last week & was good as ever. I love the Chill sauce, no other place comes close. Always order an extra pot, U never know when U need it (normally next day!!)

This was my first time eating from this establishment. Normally when i get takeaway I go and collect but as I was watching the match and having a drink I thought I would treat myself to a delivery. I ordered from Just Eat and the order arrived within the stated time. When I answered the door, the delivery driver handed me the food but looked very sheepish, almost apologetic. I couldn't understand why as the food arrived on time. However when I opened it the food was stone cold... freezing.... and I only live half a mile away so how could.it be so cold. I had to microwave it which wasn't ideal.as there was salad on it. Such a shame as the food was.absokutely delicious ehich is why I gave it 3 stars instead of none.

The cheese on my chicken burger was spilling out of the bap and it was melted so there was no cheese on my burger. I don't give a hoot about my free chips. I just had to pick up the cheese with my hand and eat it whole as the burger was all over the show.

Ordered sat night and monday night and both times order been wrong ordered with no sauce Saturday then sauce separate tonight and guess what drenched in sauce then complained today and was told they too busy to look at comments on online service absolute joke WONT BE BACK AND WOULDN'T RECCOMEND TO ANYONE TO GO NEAR THEM 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Got a take away on the Thursday and then a delivery on the Sunday the delivery was shocking, hardly any meat and looked like it had been put in the box with a catapult

Worst kebab I've ever tried. New to the area. Big kebab lover. Tried over 50 places within the last 3 years and none have disappointed me as much as this. Got the mixed kebab (chicken + chicken tikka + Donner kebab) as well as a steak one. The chicken was dry. The steak seemed old. The Donner? Not too greasy but no flavour. The naan tasted fishy (you might do fish and chips but for god's sake- wash your hands or change the gloves). The portion sizes were appalling for the price. Only decent thing about this was the chips and the food being warm upon arrival. Sadly can't rate 1.5 stars so I'm lowering this down to 1. But 20 quid just for this? No thank you.

Nice kebab meat, not too camely or goatie

Really disappointed. As a kebab house, I expected the same quality as the Pharaoh or the Spinx. The chicken was tough and chewey which really put me off. The cheese flavourless chips were okay and the kebab sauce good. Rated one two star as the portion size was big. Quantity over quality with Kebab House.

Received someone else's order by the time I received my own food was cold. Also my order was wrong and my son never received his drink 😕😕. Not great

Ordered from here on Saturday night, food arrived cold and covered in house sauce to the point it was like a kebab soup,rang to complain and had phone out down on me as they were "to busy to listen to a complaint"

Unfortunately I asked for a chicken shish kebab, which should be chicken breast done on a griddle or in a clay oven. When I got home and unwrapped it they had given me something that looked like a kofte !!! Not nice. And they couldn't have mixed orders up as I was only customer in there!!!

The kebabs are just average, nothing special. The service can be slow but the boxes are the best deal.

Waited for an order for over an hour ,phoned and kept getting excuses as to why my order was late ! Poor service !!!
