Burger King in Belfast

The drinks were small in size and the chips were not fully cooked

food was cold as was delivered on a push bike, drinks were spilled also

I did not receive my order where is it you are saying it's delivered??!

chips weren't cooked long enough and everything was stone-cold, never again ! first and last time ordering from here, waste of money

order left burgerking 6 o'clock tracking my delivery and he hadnt moved from hogarth St so messaged the driver and he wrote back sorry his car broke down, was there for over 20 minutes with my food so I refused the order and I didnt get any refund?

Food was cold. Loaded fries only had cheese on them

time of delivery kept being pushed back and food showed up stone cold

the food was cold, also gave the incorret dips as well and said it gave wrong address when I had put in correct information. Was very disappointed with the service.

The worst meal out of Burger King ever! We couldn't eat most of our burgers due to it being so salty. The free nuggets were the best part of the meal. The cheese on the chips was nacho cheese.....etable, but really not good! We are so disappointed tbh.

I got a chance to visit this yesterday, the Indian staff at the counter was really helpful. They helped to finalize my veg order by clarifying my doubts. York Street City side Mall is a big one and definitely you will get hungry exploring it. This is a good option to sit and eat while relaxing in parallel.

Cityside Belfast Store - you really need some customer service training. I have never written a review before but today I feel the need to because I have never ever been so mortified in my life because of a burger 😣The till operator actually accused me of lying and called me a liar to my face (I’m a 42 yr old woman) because I used the app for a burger deal, sat down, my friend arrived and I went up to get her a deal mind you she has the app too so I used her phone but I was buying. The cashier said I can’t use the same phone even though it was different phones! I did think he was joking and kept asking are you for real? I complained to the manager about the employee calling me a liar and he then said he checked cctv and it looked to be the same phone, we both have iPhones! I told him I’d never be back and how humiliated I was, the actual manager said ‘good we don’t want you back’’! Absolutely appalling treatment! I’m even shaking writing this review 😢

I asked for my kids chicken royal plain , I got it fully dressed the guy then basically called me a liar in front of customers and when he gave me the plain royal there was no apology…absolutely abysmal customer service.

Only one burger was delivered and 2 chips.

The delivery driver had said it arrived when it didn’t and if i didn’t keep checking the app he would’ve kept it as I went outside to see if he was there and he was about to drive off and he was trying to say he couldn’t find the house even though he made no attempt to goto my house as he was half way down the street

Called into this establishment today placed an order for me and my son (takeaway) we live less than 5 minutes away but my reason for this review is because the chips where still froze and my burger was very much the same when I tried contacting them there was no reply ....wouldn't even answer the phone

I ordered 6 onion rings and paid £4.00 for them and they didn’t come with my order I would not reccommed ordering from this Burger King as there customer service is the disgusting never again will I order from here it’s disgraceful

I never ever leave reviews but felt compelled to write this after my experience on Friday night. This review is mainly aimed at the big dark haired “manager” who was shouting and barking orders like a dog towards her staff. I’ve never witnessed abuse like it and I was only in the establishment for all of 10 minutes, god help the staff who have to sustain this abuse for hours at a time. I think said “manager” needs to take a step back and re-evaluate her life and realise she’s working in a Burger King. I truly hope some of her staff see this and stand up to her and refuse to tolerate her abuse any longer, or better yet, apply for another job, because the staff who do the hard work are worth so much more and would be treated better elsewhere. God help them all.

I am absolutely disgusted we came out after the cinema and went here and paid £15 something for things I did not get I ordered a plain triple cheeseburger with only red sauce and there was mustard and pickles on it and also ordered 4 chicken nuggets that didn’t come but still paid for them. The man that took my order did not understand English and you can tell he just moved here because we couldn’t really understand him either since he had such a harsh accent. When I rang up there was no answer and I had rang about 11 times already

McDonald's, take out a pen and notepad and learn from the King! Cups that are non-spill, nice packaging, nice staff, stuff that is on time and burgers that are FAR from tasting like cardboard. Lovely!
