COMO SU PERSONAL PARECE INCOMPETENTE Y SE RÍE DE LAS QUEJAS LIGÍTIMAS, DECIDÍ QUE SU COCINA TAMBIÉN SERÍA SOSPECHOSA Y ME ENFRENTÉ AL PERSONAL POR RIDICULIZAR A LOS NIÑOS PEQUEÑOS Y SU INCAPACIDAD PARA PROPORCIONAR SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, INCAPACIDAD PARA ENTENDER LO BÁSICO O COCINAR, O HABLAR INGLÉS.

I got a chance to visit this yesterday, the Indian staff at the counter was really helpful. They helped to finalize my veg order by clarifying my doubts. York Street City side Mall is a big one and definitely you will get hungry exploring it. This is a good option to sit and eat while relaxing in parallel.

my order came to 20 odd pounds.. for 2 small burgers and chip and onion rings.. yes the driver was on time from app perspective but my food was ready in the shop but they hadn't a driver.. all my food is stone cold.. the price is ridiculous for what I got ..behave yourself.. I will never get a burger king again.

Items missing from order. Had to contact just eat for partial refund! How hard is it to lift the items from the hot rack and place into paper bag?

food was cold and soggy also this is the 4th time in a row where they've put mayo or any ingredients I've told to remove on my plain double whooper meal

the burgers were full of fat, chips were cold, the Doritos chicken fries were extremely spicy, not at all like Doritos. only good part was the chilli cheese bites.

Cityside Belfast Store - you really need some customer service training. I have never written a review before but today I feel the need to because I have never ever been so mortified in my life because of a burger 😣The till operator actually accused me of lying and called me a liar to my face (I’m a 42 yr old woman) because I used the app for a burger deal, sat down, my friend arrived and I went up to get her a deal mind you she has the app too so I used her phone but I was buying. The cashier said I can’t use the same phone even though it was different phones! I did think he was joking and kept asking are you for real? I complained to the manager about the employee calling me a liar and he then said he checked cctv and it looked to be the same phone, we both have iPhones! I told him I’d never be back and how humiliated I was, the actual manager said ‘good we don’t want you back’’! Absolutely appalling treatment! I’m even shaking writing this review 😢

I asked for my kids chicken royal plain , I got it fully dressed the guy then basically called me a liar in front of customers and when he gave me the plain royal there was no apology…absolutely abysmal customer service.

Order was early and delivered warm. Really nice food.

The delivery driver had said it arrived when it didn’t and if i didn’t keep checking the app he would’ve kept it as I went outside to see if he was there and he was about to drive off and he was trying to say he couldn’t find the house even though he made no attempt to goto my house as he was half way down the street

Called into this establishment today placed an order for me and my son (takeaway) we live less than 5 minutes away but my reason for this review is because the chips where still froze and my burger was very much the same when I tried contacting them there was no reply ....wouldn't even answer the phone

I ordered 6 onion rings and paid £4.00 for them and they didn’t come with my order I would not reccommed ordering from this Burger King as there customer service is the disgusting never again will I order from here it’s disgraceful

I never ever leave reviews but felt compelled to write this after my experience on Friday night. This review is mainly aimed at the big dark haired “manager” who was shouting and barking orders like a dog towards her staff. I’ve never witnessed abuse like it and I was only in the establishment for all of 10 minutes, god help the staff who have to sustain this abuse for hours at a time. I think said “manager” needs to take a step back and re-evaluate her life and realise she’s working in a Burger King. I truly hope some of her staff see this and stand up to her and refuse to tolerate her abuse any longer, or better yet, apply for another job, because the staff who do the hard work are worth so much more and would be treated better elsewhere. God help them all.

I am absolutely disgusted we came out after the cinema and went here and paid £15 something for things I did not get I ordered a plain triple cheeseburger with only red sauce and there was mustard and pickles on it and also ordered 4 chicken nuggets that didn’t come but still paid for them. The man that took my order did not understand English and you can tell he just moved here because we couldn’t really understand him either since he had such a harsh accent. When I rang up there was no answer and I had rang about 11 times already

McDonald's, take out a pen and notepad and learn from the King! Cups that are non-spill, nice packaging, nice staff, stuff that is on time and burgers that are FAR from tasting like cardboard. Lovely!

This was ordered twice, once by my daughter & once by me. My daughters order didn't come even though J.E. said it was delivered. As I was in work, I tried numerous times to call the restaurant but no one was answering, therefore, I had to reorder it again. Made a note on the order I placed to say what had happened & there wasn't even so much as a "sorry" from the driver or on the receipt. Only she'd no money I wouldn't have ordered again, & I won't be in the future.

I would not order Burger King from just eat again as it was not made clear when ordering it that you could have your burger plain which I would have liked and it also came cold so it was a big disappointment
