I asked for my kids chicken royal plain , I got it fully dressed the guy then basically called me a liar in front of customers and when he gave me the plain royal there was no apology…absolutely abysmal customer service.

Order was early and delivered warm. Really nice food.

order full on missing a meal. tried to contact the restraint and there is no answer

The delivery driver had said it arrived when it didn’t and if i didn’t keep checking the app he would’ve kept it as I went outside to see if he was there and he was about to drive off and he was trying to say he couldn’t find the house even though he made no attempt to goto my house as he was half way down the street

Called into this establishment today placed an order for me and my son (takeaway) we live less than 5 minutes away but my reason for this review is because the chips where still froze and my burger was very much the same when I tried contacting them there was no reply ....wouldn't even answer the phone

Food arrived stone cold couldn’t even eat the food missing some of my order delivery took over an hour to come.

Food was cold when got here thought use would still produce good food near closing time but just must of give me some old stuff.

Food came without the bacon double cheese XL burger not happy at all, also if spend £25 you get free item? But they didnt send the free item either nor did it give me an option to select the item!!

I ordered 6 onion rings and paid £4.00 for them and they didn’t come with my order I would not reccommed ordering from this Burger King as there customer service is the disgusting never again will I order from here it’s disgraceful

I never ever leave reviews but felt compelled to write this after my experience on Friday night. This review is mainly aimed at the big dark haired “manager” who was shouting and barking orders like a dog towards her staff. I’ve never witnessed abuse like it and I was only in the establishment for all of 10 minutes, god help the staff who have to sustain this abuse for hours at a time. I think said “manager” needs to take a step back and re-evaluate her life and realise she’s working in a Burger King. I truly hope some of her staff see this and stand up to her and refuse to tolerate her abuse any longer, or better yet, apply for another job, because the staff who do the hard work are worth so much more and would be treated better elsewhere. God help them all.

I am absolutely disgusted we came out after the cinema and went here and paid £15 something for things I did not get I ordered a plain triple cheeseburger with only red sauce and there was mustard and pickles on it and also ordered 4 chicken nuggets that didn’t come but still paid for them. The man that took my order did not understand English and you can tell he just moved here because we couldn’t really understand him either since he had such a harsh accent. When I rang up there was no answer and I had rang about 11 times already

McDonald's, take out a pen and notepad and learn from the King! Cups that are non-spill, nice packaging, nice staff, stuff that is on time and burgers that are FAR from tasting like cardboard. Lovely!

Worst driver I’ve ever had. Attitude stinking, going to delivery’s way out of my zone before delivering here then ‘ blaming traffic ‘ complete clownhead he is!! Sort your drivers out and more importantly sort your delivery’s out so it’s one meal per driver not 3/4 while others go cold!! 👍

This was ordered twice, once by my daughter & once by me. My daughters order didn't come even though J.E. said it was delivered. As I was in work, I tried numerous times to call the restaurant but no one was answering, therefore, I had to reorder it again. Made a note on the order I placed to say what had happened & there wasn't even so much as a "sorry" from the driver or on the receipt. Only she'd no money I wouldn't have ordered again, & I won't be in the future.

I would not order Burger King from just eat again as it was not made clear when ordering it that you could have your burger plain which I would have liked and it also came cold so it was a big disappointment

Whilst in Belfast I thought I’d have a Burger King, I’ve not had one in a very long time and saw this place. It’s just inside the shopping complex as you walk in it’s on the right. The staff They just seem (I felt) they did not want to be there. No contact with me as a customer other than what do you want? Thanks and there you! Just before being given the food I noticed burgers and orders being left on the side whilst other bit of the orders being made ready, this surely makes the food get colder quicker. When given my order I was just given salt and tomato sauce and had to say I did not want them but wanted mayonnaise. It felt like a conveyor belt. The store The seating was pealing and in a terrible state, the store was clean but not a welcoming place to be. The food The chips were really good but the burger was not up to much at all. The bread bun was a little soggy and the bacon was like a sheet of metal, The burger patties were a little cold not the nice hot you would expect from Burger King. Just in all a bit of a let down!

The whole meal was freezing apart from the burger and of course the drink! The chips werent cooked right through and were still frozen in parts? But the delivery driver was lovely and very punctual

Food arrived cold some items missing so had to drive to store in yellow weather warning storm and the manager kevin was not pleasant and not apologetic or helpful poor customer service skills either and not being horrible but how he got the manager title is beyond me

Driver polite food was nice only bad point small portion of chips was not large chip which I ordered also paid extra for bacon which I didn't receive but can't fault the food tasty on time and driver was very nice

Food was late by 25 minutes. Driver went to a number of WRONG places. 1 rosehead comes up clearly in Google maps and is very easy to follow. The food was absolutely freezing and had to be thrown in the bin. Just eat really need to reconsider who they hire as delivery drivers.
