Pizza Hut Delivery Ormeau Road in Belfast

Chicken strips were missed off the order and when we got them and my husband opened them there was a hair on it so we asked for it to be re made. Staff came out and accused me of putting it there as it was blonde. (I am a dark ginger). Very unprofessional and I left without the chicken strips or a refund on that item as the staff were beyond rude

Over an hour late, despite only living 5mins away with no explanation. food cold and soggy. Will never order again.

Ordered via the Northern Ireland website. Told I had to order via uk, so I made another order. Didn’t receive refund from either after neither order was delivered. Contacted uk team and they said I had to contact the shop, contact the shop and went in. They gave me their email and told me to give them the confirmation. 10+ calls later, multiple email and I have not received a response. This is disgusting, over 100£ wasted

Please don't order takeaway from these untrustworthy individuals. I placed my order via Just Eat at 14.55 for delivery within 45 minutes. I am typing this at 16.41 and still no order. Called at 16.30 and requested a refund. Was told it's on the way. Can't comment on the food because I have not received it and don't expect to now. Horrible place. Please don't throw away your money. Learn from my mistake . Update. Arrived 16.54. delivery driver did not bother reading the instructions so had to call me. Everything is freezing. The oven is preheating now for the pizza. Did you ever? Are we living in rural Shetland or something? They have one job and they take ZERO pride in it. Get your pizza from a more ethical and efficient restaurant. Please

Take with cheese base you'll not regret

Decided to go to pizza hut, as it being the only one left in Northern Ireland, Belfast. Previously read some of the reviews, and kind of decided to try for myself. Big misfortune, as really disappointed. The service was good, and friendly, but that's were it stopped. As had ordered 2 large deep pan pizzas, one which was pepperoni, the other tuna with a barbecue base sauce. As from yester-year, and previously ordering and dinning in pizza hut, Dublin road Belfast, the experience being exceptional, this was far from being on the same par. As these pizzas were for takeaway order, it was even more disappointing. £30 for both pizzas, of which size ways, were more medium than large. But even more of a let down and really disappointing, and putting it mildly, was the amount of sauce, cheese and pepperoni, which was used. The sauce must have been chased over the base, and I must add, made a reasonable effort to escape, as it was thinner than cling film. The cheese must have had the same thought, as it too was practically invisible, but the Paul Daniels trick was the lack of pepperoni, as it was more sparce than teeth in a chickens mouth. As you can see via the photos, The tuna and barbecue, well it was not any better, it's either the owner is on a money saving drive, or they think it's ok to make pizzas in this manner. Pizza hut would be better served by inspecting their franchise more often, as it has left a bad taste and dinning experience, especially when other local pizza takeaways really value the people who use their services. From taste, and value, it has been a very low impression that this place has proven to be, but maybe others will disagree, but all I can say is, if you want a pizza with little cheese and sauce and toppings, then please visit here.

Trying to order on your website but every deal advertised with pizza and 3 toppings or pizza and 4 toppings charges an additional £1.50 per topping despite saying upto 4 toppings included. This was specifically the winning deal. So we called the shop to order that way only to have a lady claiming to be the manager answer the phone and say she was too busy to take our order and to order online which we weren't willing to do as the website has faulty pricing. Its such a shame this lady is involved in this shop as theres a guy whos worked there for years who couldnt be more helpful. The same lady last year told me i had to wait over 2 hours because i was to far for delivery and they were proritising orders closer to the shop despite them taking the order in the first place. No wonder you've got 3 stars and going down. This is the last time i waste my time with Pizza hut. I also emailed pizza hut head office about this 3 times and was ignored

Absolutely disgusting pizza & the restaurant was freezing cold. It looks to have a nan bread type base with a massively overpowering herb taste to it. The tomato sauce is boggin, the cheese is very thin & almost tasteless. The chicken is the only thing that's not a chore to eat as it actually tastes like friggin chicken! There's much nicer places to go than here & I'll definitely not be returning ever again.

We came here from the south on a day trip to Belfast on Saturday 3rd of Feb at approx 12:15pm. Stopped at Pizza hut cause we dont have it in Republic of Ireland. We walked in and were ignored by the staff. We werent sure if we needed to wait to be seated or if we just sit ourselves and get a menu or would be brought one. After a few minutes we just walked to a seat and took a takeaway menu to our table. We waited a while until we figured out he had to order at the counter. So we did. Food came pretty quickly & was proper pizza hut deep pan, delicious! We would have left only for we cant get pizza hut anywhere else. The staff seemed like they didnt like us or were completely disinterested. The restaurant seemed nice and clean, the food was delicious but the staff seemed annoyed by our presence. We will not be in a rush to return.

It's pizza hut I can't say no more ,it was lovely ,you can deep pan pizza in this one ,we can't in the south of Ireland and the pizzas where lovely,it's new to me but we didn't get any plates or knives and forks ,but it's a while since I was in one,we used knapkins provided ,pricing is good and staff are polite and friendly and will be back again👍

We went here whenever we visit Belfast because there's no Pizza Hut in Ireland. We always get cheesy bites crust or stuffed crust for our pizza. 🤗 We have the place for ourselves when we ate in here last 17 December. The parking is just hard. It's always full in front of the restaurant.

Order from this place if you want to starve. I ordered a 11.5 inch pizza meal at 20 past 11 on the 31st of December. No exaggeration it has taken over a year to arrive, i have went to bed starved, i am writing this at 1:50am and my food was cancelled.

Online order received from a rude delivery diver. When the driver rang me on my phone, I immediately went downstairs. Then he started complaining that he had been waiting and he tried to call me, but it didn't get connected. I received a text message of a missed call notification from the driver which was only 2 minutes ago. Technology can play up anytime which I suppose is beyond my control. The driver further claimed that he rang my doorbell, but it didn't work. I checked later on, and it worked. The driver was quite rudely behaving with me on why he needed to wait for a little longer. While I understand they are under pressure to deliver from one location to another, but this is not a way to talk to customers especially when I didn't deliberately make him wait! It was all out of my control. Furthermore, the store did not have any order tracker system that at least I can track and make a guess on whether someone has arrived or not. Upon phoning the store to raise the matter, I got the impression that if I received the food, then why I was phoning them back to raise the matter. Unsurprisingly, no one apologised. I would like to believe that this is something for the store Management to work on.

I ordered 2 large pizzas with sides for my grandsons birthday and friends, it came right on time and the kids devoured it all.

Very disappointed with the delivery. We ordered a winning deal offer, the order came and it was cold and was missing the crispy fries. We also ordered the cheese triangles and they were tiny. Very disappointed overall not what I would expect from pizza hut. Much better on the mainland. Paid over 30 quid and feel like I've been robbed.

Very pleasantly surprised , lovely atmosphere and the service was great . Imar,Tali and other staff I didn't manage to get the names of went above and beyond and were very patient with my many requests. Will definitely come again.

Absolute bloody disgrace! Nearly £18 for the smallest pizza I have ever seen. I can’t believe I was fooled by this thinking I was getting a decent sized pizza for that money. What a complete rip off! When I asked for tissues, they gave me table cleaning paper. They were too lazy to go inside to get tissues. There were 2 Indians working in the restaurant.

This is my first ever pizza review, and I have eaten a few but just was not motivated enough to review. This African girl likes proper mama food like fufu and soup with meat on the bone(my teeth still work). Pizza is for when the caucasian nieces and nephews when they come to visit. But as of today Wednesday August 8th 2023 at 6.20 pm, I sat down, ate and unbuttoned my trousers. Even the pizza I ate in Milan was rubbish. This was so good the usual 3 pieces I always leave for the neighbours dog did not happen. I ATE THE WHOLE THING!!!

Was so excited finding out Pizza Hut had reopened in belfast! Same day finding out was in the store 20 minute later collecting my order. And as someone who works in the fast food/ restaurant business myself I cannot express how incredible this service was, I was served by the most loviest man who even made sure he was pronouncing my name correctly for my and wanted to ask me about my day and left me with best wishes before I left. Even before I had my pizza I was already inlove with this place being back with such incredible staff and service. Then we get to the pizza and sides!! The crispy cries were just perfect! And definitely veryyy crispy, the garlic bread was just like before memories came fluding back. Was such an incredible experience and cannot wait to be back this weekend again!! Thank you for bringing some happiness back to Belfast🩷

Let’s Face it there’s a reason why Pizza Hut went bust over here because it went really down hill BUT these guys brought it back and I must say I was really impressed, pizza was absolutely delicious and definitely better than their main competitor, dominoes and if I’m being honest much better than all the samey pizza places across the town. I’m so happy I took a chance and came in and I can’t wait to come back again and hope you guys open up more places in the future. The only thing I would complain about was the garlic and herb dip. Found it had a sort of funky flavour and wasn’t to my taste but the pizza was great.

We came with the kids and Iman (apologies if spelled incorrectly) served us and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and got the best level of customer service possible. He was friendly and very kind towards myself and my children. I was very impressed with the place and the facilities. It was immaculate. The bathrooms were also the highest level of cleanliness I've experienced in a restaurant/takeaway. Very impressive staff and the food was delicious! Thank you!

Absolutely awful experience. Avoid this place at all costs. Ordered two pizzas through the website which promises a 30 minute delivery… an hour and a half later they’re nowhere to be seen. Apparently they were incredibly busy on a random Wednesday night in June (which just so happened to be my birthday). Rude woman on the phone hung up on me twice, promised a refund which I’ve still yet to receive and didn’t even get the pizza. What a joke

This is an absolutely sensational pizza establishment. Every single member of staff is extremely friendly and incredibly informed and welcoming. I can count on one hand the amount of experiences I’ve had in restaurants that touch me in the way I have been touched by this restaurant. Iman is a fantastic representative for Pizza Hut and as a man who works in a management role myself I would be privileged myself to have a member of staff that can build the level of rapport and comfort that he can. I can really not say a single bad word about this franchise and I can only hope that it is here for years to come. Thanks, James D. x

Uve been here a good few times, sit in, take-away collection and delivery. Every time the food was always cooked to perfection. The order has always been correct and even when I used delivery was always delivered hot. Customer service has been amazing. Ten out of ten. Can't fault the place

Just had there New Pepperoni melt absolutely delish and the dipping sauce on the side was a nice tomato sauce. Next time if there was a hot sauce I would get that. It was gorg and it was a cheesy melty delight yum and the girl who served us was lovely. I would diffo get them again 😍

Placed the order online and went to pick it up. Shop was very clean, staff were attentive and the food was nice - not the best pizza you’ll ever eat, but as chains go this is certainly better than its competitors. My perception of Pizza Hut has changed for the better and I will be back!

Wrong pizza's made. I had a vegetarian option and ended up with 4 different types of meat. Other pizza was what was ordered but bigger than what was requested. Wedges unreal as usual.

I ordered through Deliveroo with an amount of 26£ and the oreder wasn't delivered and the money was taken, neither deliveroo wants to return the money nor Pizza hut and each refers me to the other. It's really disappointing. I don't have anything to do on my hand but to share my experience with others and I will continue doing so.

It's now been 3hrs . Recieved part order an hour and a half ago. It was freezing when it came it was unedible. Still waiting on rest of order. I doubt it will arrive now. Bloody joke and disgrace. No customer service . Will NOT BE RECOMMENDING OR USING AGAIN.

I ordered two large Pizzas and Garlic bread as well as minerals. The food was very hot and delicious. The Pizzas were indeed very large and we were unable to eat the two of them so we basically brought home a full pizza. The staff were friendly and chatty whilst we were being served which made for a pleasant experience. The place was clean and tidy. Something was spilt on the floor and staff cleaned it up immediately. No complaints certainly give staff and food 10 out of 10. Well done to all involved.

Every time we get this pizza hut we are always left satisfied. 100% reccomend expesially for deals you get. The donuts are my favorite and the wings are amazing. 10 out of 10 I do reccomend. Will be ordering from here from now on. Thank you for keeping a pizza hut in the area😎👍

Pizza was awful. Really could have done with 5 more minutes through the oven. Tomatoe base sauce is similar to a nasty frozen pizza. Lady on front of counter was chewing gum whilst taking our order. However, I gave an extra star due to her hospitality. Will not be back.

They rarely answer the phone, then when they do, they refuse to let you place an order for collection because they're "too busy" but the everything on the menu online says "unavailable" when its not actually. Muppets, don't waste ur time lol they don't want customers or money!

Only Pizza Hut in N.Ireland. Used to visit the other restaurants years ago prior to them closing. Took my 16 year old daughter as she wanted to try their pizza. The guy serving suggested getting a meal to save money and served up our meal in no time at all. Will be back soon.

Got excited when driving along the Ormeau road tonight, seen what i thought was a pizza hut restaurant. Stopped and grabbed a pizza, tastes nothing like pizza hut. I had a real one 3 weeks ago in Canada and it was amazing, just like the ones that used to be here, the real ones that is lol. This is a FAKE pizza hut when it comes to pizza, looks the part tho. I once ordered some food from here through uber eats . It didn't arrive for an hour then I called the restaurant and they said that it will be delivered in the next 10-15 minutes but even after that it didn't show up . After waiting for almost 2 hours I got in touch with Uber eats and got my refund . It's been 24 hours and still the food never arrived.

Horrible pizza. Soggy mess with the dough half raw. Garlic bread was definitely the frozen slices you can find in any store. Wedges burnt to a crisp. Waste of £40. First time having a pizza hut in a few years and it will definitely be the last. Avoid
