Subway in Belfast

good food but slightly expensive unless you get the meal deal which is a 6 inch sub with cookie and drink, (the drink has to be a cup not a bottle) all for £3.99. the atmosphere is nice and usually its not noisy and the staff are friendly, i go here on most sundays and i see my favourite man if i dont see him anymore i will be sad

Worst subway I've ever been to won't return if u want a good sub with kind people go to Dublin road 100% or probably anywhere else this store needs a new employee cuz she is horrible

delivery driver was rude, didn’t say no problem when we said thank you, one of the cookies was half eaten but thanks for the free one, tasted like fairy uo liquid sauces taste weird and don’t seem cooked, was also very cold, not one bit of warmth.

I arrived at 7:40pm and was told that the store was closed. The closing time on the door stated 8pm. After I questioned the staff member on the closing time, I was told that the till locks at 7:45pm. There where 3 other people in the shop that where getting served at the time. The staff member clearly didn't want to work up until the time he was paid too. Will never step foot back in the store

Stale bread. Completely inedible. I've had 1000s of subways and this is the first time I've experienced this, also 1st time from ordering from this specific store. STAY AWAY FROM LISBURN ROAD SUBWAY. Bread turns into dust basically trying to eat it.

They have completely watered down all the sauces in here to the point where you can’t even taste the sauce at all. I got southwest which is normally the best part of a subway but it was so watery and flavourless it made the sandwich so unenjoyable. My partner got southwest and bbq and it was tasteless also. Don’t know why companies cheap out on things like this to save a few pounds. Wouldn’t be ordering from here again purely due to this

I ordered a ham sub and was giving chicken ,luckily I noticed it was chicken before I consumed it as I am deathly allergic to chicken I’m really disappointed as this is the first as a regular costumer any issues like this has occurred.

Absolutely horrible, the sub wasn’t toasted properly and they forgot a piece of my order. They didn’t even bother cutting the sandwich in half.

Top workers in today! best Subway in Belfast by a mile - still has the nice old decor instead of the new bland modern whiteout ones.

I ordered this at 12.55 and it stated that it would be 20minutes and it didn’t arrive for 45 minutes. I work as a nurse in the city hospital and have allocated break and was unable to fully eat my food. It was also cold by the time it arrived. Ver bad service

Order never received, money was taken from my account and when called subway was twice given abusive language and hung phone up, this leads to never using your company again.

Terrible! I specifically ordered a sub not to be toasted as hot tuna mayo is disgusting. But they toasted it anyway and I had to throw the whole thing in the bin. Will not order again on here

I was in store today to use a voucher I have. one of the coupon is on the system but the other offers are not not really happy with the service after I had to drive for long distance as not every subway take them

Twice I’ve ordered from Lisburn Road over the course of four days, and twice my order has been missing items and the things that did arrive were incorrect. Not ordering from here again.

Wrong bread, peppers in my sandwich I didn't order, sandwich was freezing. 2 of cookies were wrong and all of them were hard as bricks.

two of my subs was wrong, one sub had wrong bread, and other sub had wrong break and no salad or cheese, docket stated what was on the order.

Instead of the veggie delight sub I ordered, I got one that seems purpose made to have none of the ingredients I asked for, just all the rest. I ordered Pickles, Lettuce, Peppers, Red Onion, Spinach, Crispy Onions, with Sweet Chilli sauce. What I got has Tomato, Sweet Corn, Cucumber, Olives, and Mayo. I hate Olives, Sweet Corn, and Cucumber. I've been to this Subway often, and had fantastic service. So I am sure it was just a simple error. Two veggie subs at once. One for me, one for someone who loves all I that I hate in a sub.

Usually quick, but this was a little cold when it arrived. Would still order again

i orderd like 5 crisp and never got them at all and when i asked for the wraps extra toasted and explained i didnt even get that only good thing was the hashbrowns cause when i ate the wrap after two bites i threw it back up and had to throw it out what a waste of money never again

The driver didn't seem to have a phone with gps or much knowledge of the area. I could see on the map he drove off in the complete wrong direction and what should have been a five minute delivery took twenty to thirty minutes.

No communication whatsoever. Will not answer the phone to quickly resolve an issue when I just want to solve an issue and it's making me incredibly anxious because I only wanted a refund for the cookies and now deliveroo is talking about food poisoning. The food was perfectly safe I just got something with lactose when I can't tolerate lactose! That's all but they won't answer my calls so I can solve the problem with them?? why? Why does no restaurant answer their phones? I don't have all night to try and get through. I just wanted a partial refund for the food I got replacements for that I can't eat. I'm now having to resort to this. Answer your phone so we can communicate.

First order did not come and was charger for it, ordered again and second order was wrong, was a small order not hard

For some reason when I order from this Lisburn Road store on Uber Eats the sandwich always comes "untoasted" even when I pressed the option "toasted". I've ordered twice from this store and it has happened both times. I'm not eating a cold BMT.

Absolutely disgusting, half food missing out of rolls, basically got mayonnaise n lettuce, wouldn’t say there was more than 2 pieces of meat in it! Never again.

Not happy at all!!! Delivery driver delivered completely wrong food and he even had the cheek to walk in partially to my house while I was walking to the door! Everything of my order was wrong as someone else must have got mine and vice versa! Rung subway but nothing they could do contacted just eat and I'm having to wait on a response!

I ordered the food at 10:28 for a 11:45 delivery. This was for a meeting at 12:30 for doctors working in a cancer centre. They only get an hour for lunch. Unable to contact Just eat or driver to find out where my order was- will not use again.

Have ordered from a few subways nearby and can easily say here is the only shop that delivers on time with fresh tasty subs… the only subway nearby that gets it right each time!

Definitely one of the better subways in Belfast. They keep everything clean and the ingredients presentable. I like that they keep the veggie options seperate to the meat to minimise cross contamination.

sub was cold (supposed to be toasted) - was due to arrive between 1.05 & 1.30pm - was then pushed back to between 1.30 & 1.40pm - driver had been at restaurant since 1pm?

Delivery driver didn’t bother getting out of the car to ring the doorbell then got annoyed because he said he rang me 4 times even though I didn’t get any phone calls. Just get out of the car and come to the door.. it’s not that hard to do lol it’s literally the only building in the street..
