Wok'n Lisburn in Lisburn

Really poor customer service. Wrong order delivered and when rang to complain I was told I was wrong. This is not the first time a situation like this has happened. Good food, but horrible staff especially the girl on the phone.

I ordered a meal here a few months back I was about to pay when the lady at the counter said they don't take card's you would think at this current climate for hygiene purposes they would have a card reader I went somewhere else

Unfortunately quite poor, meat is low quality, bulked out with loads of water. Starters were ok, everything else was flat.

Food out of this work and staff so friendly would recommend to anyone in the area

Picked up a £38 takeaway yesterday evening and the food wasn't even worth £3.80. The meats were uneatable - even the dogs refused them. Plus chips were missing from our order. Will not be back again 😡

Had many, many deliveries from Wok'n. Reliably good food, and prompt delivery. On the one time an order item was missed, it was brought to our door very quickly. These guys genuinely care about their customers! 😄 Thank you Wok'n!

Charged extra on top of meal, when I rang the girl on the phone told complete and utter lies and hung up so I went round and got full refund on complete meal, be careful fokes especially in this time when people is struggling for money. The girl on the phone told me that the owners don't speak English, funny when I went round the owner spoke good English with me. I will never be back again and I will be making this public all over Facebook.

Ordered chicken and black bean and the “chicken” was disgusting. Texture like rubber and a rotten aftertaste. I’ll definitely be giving this place a wide berth from now on.

Chicken Chow Mein was awful. A very basic dish missing vegetables. Foolishly gave this place a second chance after a bad experience years ago. More fool me!

Should be called the Bog’n as the chicken chow mein and Singapore chow mein were ra10, grey meat with lumps of pure fat mixed in and very bland. Staff seemed lovely tho 💁🏻‍♀️

Best Chinese in Lisburn always go with the counter staff recommendations if u want to try something different from your usual!

Amazing food the buffet boxes and Garlic chips I have never tasted anything as good

Have increased their prices significantly for a family takeaway cost £55! Not worth it! Don’t deliver to some areas within Lisburn that they did prior, crazy with lockdown you would think area would increase! Always something wrong/missing on a good note good usually nice, delivery (when they used to deliver) was always very quick.

This is the first time I've ever left a negative review but I will NEVER order here again. Firstly order was late, rang the shop 3 times for an update and no answer. When our food did finally arrive one of the cartons had burst spoiling the order food by leaking over it. Despite being hungry we threw the entire order out. Food was inedible. Noodles looked straight out of a packed, dry and all stuck together. Beef extremely fatty and slimy taste. Vegetables all watery. Chicken wings were beyond dried up and slimey texture. Have requested a refund because it's by far the worst food we've ever had.

Manager excellent cant do enough and food outstanding..tonight though a girl on phone e extremely rude has me waiting 2 hours before I can even order my food which so already paid foe she cant be anymore ignorant and sarcastic and uncooperative wearing an air ambulance fleece..really and truly her attitude for such a lively well run place would deffo put me off coming back! So I'm now waiting outside after waiting 2 hours on manager coming back for after spending £100 on one night on food I don't think I will be back now to be honest! Made to feel like a beggar and embarrassing wouldn't even look at me as if I'm insignificant! The girl I spoke to last note was very pleasant and helpful nothing like this counter staff tonight

Over and hour and 40 mins for a curry half and half? Still not here. Laughable. cannot dispute through justeat. Tried to phone, hung up on me. This place deserves to fail. Useless staff. Don't waste your time ordering from here.

Actually told me they had no noodles then when I asked for my money back they said they would see if the chef would mind cooking me some 😂😂😂😂. Got my money back.

Ordered a substantial take away - waited 1 hour 50 minutes then decided to phone th restaurant to be told they had list the order. No apology, no reduction in price for the inconvenience. Not recommended

Ordered tea tonight.. order arrived minus gravy sauce which was needed for chips.. foned up and they said they wld send it out.. 20mins later they foned sayin r u sure u didnt get it.. ru sure its not in bag?? Then said we will send up now, 1 hr 10mins later and still i havent received it.. Dinner ruined.. and tbh they didnt care Wnt b orderin AGAIN

Great choice of oriental food. Personally I telephone the order in and collect in 15 minutes. The order is always correct and the food delicious

Very poor customer service went in feeling hungry after a hard days work looking to pick a box meal only to be told by the girl behind the counter that i could only have a kids meal after 8 o'clock i was shocked it the seeing I'm a a 6ft man ha ha have you ever heard the like of it

Can sometimes be a bit hit or miss, usually if you go when they're not that busy, it guarantees your food to be a bit fresher, I've found anyway. Sometimes have problems with things being left out of your order, so you're better checking you've got everything before driving home.. Not too sure about the staff either, the staff on the counter don't appear like they want to be there at all. No smiles, look bored at the sound of your voice, seem to want to wrap up your order as soon as possible' is that everything?' before you've barely got the words out of your mouth. Bag is then pretty much dumped on the counter so the staff can resume their conversation with the delivery driver with not so much as a thanks or a goodbye. Plenty of people out there that would happily put the effort in for the money. I actually would have given 4 stars, because the food is usually good. But I just come out everytime annoyed with the absolutely terrible customer service.

Ordered food and went home, parts missing, I was given the option of a credit or come back to get it!! No apology or offer to deliver it out. Drove out to collect it still no apology, returned home and found they had put onions and peas in the curry even when I requested them not to. mediocre food and poor customer service.

The worst food ive ever eaten from a chinese. The "chicken" if thats what it was supposed to be was very spongey and inedible.

The quality of the meals varies, but definitely one of the better Chinese's in lisburn.

The only reason I still get from here is that it's the best of a bad bunch. On 3 occasions now they've got it wrong. Maybe it's something to do with the girl with the purple hair working the counter who you could not hear speaking if your life depended on it. She took my order eventually then had the cheek to come back two minutes later and ask for another two pounds because I asked for cashew nuts. I don't like them that much to pay two ponds when you could count them in the meal. I gave her one pound. That was my experience going into the shop. When I got it delivered the driver decided he'd add 40p onto the price. Another driver thought he'd get rid of his old pound coins in my change. I delivered for this place when it first opened its doors when it was good. You've changed your name 3 times now, you need to buck up your ideas.By the way when I did get my meal home I found that there was fried rice in both of them when I specifically asked for boiled rice in one and fried rice in the other. Couldn't even be bothered going back to complain. But they'll know about it when/if I go back.

Ordered using the app, and paid in full on collection. Returned home through heavy traffic due to band parade tonight to find one of the mains was missing. Phoned in to report the error and request the missing meal be delivered out to me; but was told no drivers were available. I suggested they put it in a taxi and was told that would not be happening. Due to the parade and subsequent traffic disruption I really didn't want to fight my way across town and back to collect it and as the mistake was their's I thought the onus was on them to resolve this. They did offer that if I ordered from them in the future, they would include the missing meal then, "free of charge" - (hardly "Free of Charge" as I've already paid for it) and anyway; Like that was going to put things right! At this point I requested that if I drive over to collect this main meal, I would like it "free of charge". So would they refund me £6.50 back? I was told, no chance. The girl on the phone was counter staff. Nobody else was there she could put me on to. No managers, no supervisors, the chef was too busy and the owner can't speak English I'm told. After 16mins on the phone with no progress being made I called it quits. Shocking way to run a business

We spent £50 on an order, they forgot our half and half and when we rang to get it sorted they refused to oblige.TERRIBLE service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Every time I order we have missing items.. Last 4 times in a row And never will they deliver missing items as they are too busy😡
