Food is usually nice but they gave me random things I didn't order and missed things I did pay for, no warning that these were going to be different before they arrived either

Order was late and When food arrived it was freezing. Tried ringing but no answer from them very disappointing!

the delivery took about an hour and a half, wasn’t even hungry anymore at that point. The chicken tasted like rubber and had no flavour at all. Very disappointed.

everything was good but didn't get my lettuce or onions I ordered but everything was brilliant

The order was placed well before the delivery cut off time, roughly 90 minutes from when the food was ordered was the delivery window and still nothing arrived. If the restaurant wasn’t prepared to deliver the food at this late hour then the order should never have been accepted. Had it not been I would have ordered from somewhere else. Completely unacceptable and as a first experience ordering from this restaurant, this has only confirmed that I won’t bother trying again.

Food was cold and stale ish but still nice to eat

They never received my order until 1743 I placed the order around 1630. Not sure if it was a just eat issue or not.

Estimated delivery 1.10-1.30am, arrived at 1.50am. Food was freezing.

The restraint claimed to text me when I fact they didn’t and said the driver was waiting for 15 which it not true at all we were standing at he gate for 30 mins we then called the restaurant and said we would have to pay again to get our food awful will never use them again.

Very worth the money food was excellent

The chips were completely cold, definitely not cooked properly, cheese was like plastic no bacon pieces on the order wasn’t what I asked for at all very disappointing

Completely disinterested in trying to solve problems with order. Had a £50 delivery order brought to the wrong address and when asked for a refund was told this was implosions and they could only deliver the order then next night as a resolution! Ended up getting it for 2:40am after ordering at 12:20. Food was 100% service was shocking.

Pizza was soaked in grease chips soggy under cooked couldn’t eat it

Delivery was going to be an hour, but arrived in 25mins which was a bit of an inconvenience as I was balls deep in my wife.

Nice enough pizza,wasn't overfilled with toppings,( pepperoni,extra cheese) but was tasty,was£18-90 for a 12" delivered,pricey enough but to add insult to injury the delivery guy claimed he had no change,like not 1 pound coin=not impressed,its not the £1 but the principle and obvious deceit,I mean cmon what delivery driver doesn't have a pound coin on them,disappointing, the pound will cost them a lot more as il not order again..... to me the guts of £19 is enough for a 12" pizza delivered locally but its their loss.....shame

Ordered chicken baguette, added cheese option. Asked for chipotle sauce on notes. Chicken baguette came covered in onions,peppers, jalapenos, garlic mayo (partner allergy) couldn't be eaten. Chips where like cardboard. They where that gritty they couldn't be eaten. Chicken burger was supposed to have lettuce, garlic mayo - came plain. Looked like a chicken burger from Iceland Won't be recommending. Won't be ordering again.

Have to say the two pizzas we ordered tonight were gorgeous. We ordered the Apache Special and the Vegetarian pizza, 2 portions of chips, 2 dips. The portions of fries were actually quite large. Looked at the negative reviews but they were all relating to the pizzas being delivered. We ordered for collection, live in Lambeg, straight up to collect and they were ready. Great service , friendly staff, will definitely order again. Word of warning, if you have a membership plus card for the 25% off like me, you need to place your order online as it won't work for walk ins. Great food guys, will be back.

£7.99 for ice cream and £2:50 for a Fanta orange which came to near £14.99 and no replacement for the things they didn’t have what a joke could of went to the spar lol

It did not tell me when it was going to be here and it did not deliver my food on time and was very late I am not happy with my order at all.

It's a joke! I ordered 2 main courses and 2 milkshakes for over £20. Instead, I received a 2 cm thick wrap, and instead of a large box of chicken wings, I got 5 tiny pieces of wings and more than half a package of undercooked fries. What's more, instead of milkshakes, I got Coke and Fanta without asking, because apparently the milkshake machine broke down. In short, my kids didn't even feel that they ate anything and I was throwing my money down the drain. In the restaurant I only heard that they have such size standards and that I will never receive any refund. I'm very disappointed.

There was salt on churros instead of sugar, and a lot of it.

Not so much the delivery time that was a let down but the driver was an absolute pr**k. Turned up to my house with his music blaring from his car. When told to turn it down he proceeded to sit outside after we got the pizza for the next 3 minutes with the music still up to the highest capacity. Also when my partner said to him he literally grunted. Food was lovely though.

The worst Apache pizza, when you order online it can take up to an hour and a half to receive your food. When you ring they just say it’s on its way. Avoid.

My order was not correct wasn’t told the item was not available until the driver arrived if I had known this I would have changed my order (restaurant amended my order without consulting me. also the food was cold, not happy with service

Didn't get on delivery chicken and dips

nearly 2 hours late and missing garlic dip, we had to ring apache twice just to see what was happening, they should at least have contacted us to tell us they would be late so we could have cancelled and got elsewhere not acceptable

Food never came, rang restaurant and said it was cancelled and that I need to contact just eat for a refund.

Staff were funny cuz they trash talked each other

So how many ppl have been rang by the shop and asked to pay an additional delivery fee? 3.9 mile apparently and fee was 3quid just eat and apache wanted another £2at the door. Will never order from there again. There are any amount of pizza shops to choose from

The delivery driver who is incredibly helpful, even didn’t charge me the £2 extra for being outside the 3 mile radius. Well I offered it, but he didn’t have change. Seem very friendly. A real nice guy. Unfortunately, when I opened my food, my burger had burst through the bottom of the box. It was being held in lost meaning all of its contents sauce, onions, et cetera were all over the bag, making it slimy on the inside. I had to reconstruct my burger.

Curry chips were inedible, disappointing

This place 85% of the time delivers the food late. Its either late or cold on arrival. I've gave up now complaining to them directly as I've done it several times but it still happens. The food I got from them the other night as well one pizza the meat toppings was burned and a pizza with the toppings and cheese was all off one half of the pizza and lying in the box
