Says it’s delivered and it isn’t

Delivered to the wrong person at gate and didn't reply back afterwards. What a wonderful thing to do indeed.

Food arrived and pizza was very cold and very sparse topping , chicken dippers and burger were cold, burger was missing salad, neither drinks arrived either..very disappointed

Awful customer service, spent over 60 pound on the order. 3.5 hours for delivery after being told 20 mins. When it did arrive after 3am, it was completely wrong order also food was freezing. Understand the place can be busy at times but no need to be lying about delivery times on the phone. Asked for refund, still no response a month later!

Tells you a time but tends to arrive later - good still lovely but wished for it to let you know when it was on its way

They messed up our order, gave us a wrong pizza, couldn't eat it cause of health conditions. When rang them about it, they said they would redo my pizza but had to ring them again after AN HOUR and turned out thr order wasn't put through. When it eventually did arrive it was still wrong as I got a thin base and not a thick base and it was missing the extra pepperoni that I paid extra for.

Food was lovely would definitely recommend.

Took over an hour. I paid for a veggie pizza and added extras.. only the extras were on my pizza.. no veggies at all. Not impressed

Placed an order tonight which took 2 hrs to get delivered. Once delivered the food was cold that we had to heat them up, the order was wrong and they missed items from the order. When contacted about the missing items it took another 30 mins to get them. Very disappointed with food and customer service and telling lies just to get me off the phone.

My order wasn’t delivered because unfortunately I didn’t write the house number No one even tried to contact me and asked about that no one was able to help me from restaurant when I asked about money back Disgraceful

Just ordered online this evening! The most delicious pizzas we'd had in a long time! Delivery was quite fast especially for Christmas eve & pizzas were well topped up!!

I usually back apache fully when it comes to being superior to domino’s but today it was a slight let down with the base of the pizza being rock solid, taste was still good and one of my favourite places. Just that 1 thing that wasn’t a great as apache usually pulls through with

Ordered at 18.35 and it didn't arrive until 20.40

Over 2 hours wait. Twice I called restaurant, no answer. The other times I called and someone answered but told me it was 2 minutes away but still didn’t get it 45 minutes later. After the long wait. Finally got it, and it was freezing

I ordered 12 inch pizza wings and chip I phoned at 6.05pm and didn’t arrive to 7.40pm food was cold and awful I phoned the shop and explain to the staff on the phone, the person on the phone was so rude and hang up so unprofessional service will not be back

Placed an order via uber eats at around 8.10pm .. got an estimated arrival time of 8.45pm to 9pm....ended up getting My delivery at 10pm .. when the order arrived it was cold. Threw the curry chip out as it was cold and soggy... the chicken wrap was cold but ate it as I was hungry. It would of been nicer if it was warm. Don't think ill be ordering again unfortunately.

I did not get the can of coke I paid £1.50 for. 2/3 of the chips were soggy and had no curry sauce on them.

Fast delivery but with the wrong pizza. Despite leaving clear instructions for the order I was told the pizza maker didn’t read it and they declined to replace. I asked to speak to a manager, was told there was no manager in. Then was told they would call a manager and ring me back which they did not do.

2 hours 10 min wait but food was good when it arrived. The app progress tracker also didn’t match reality.

Food said it was delivered at 00:55 but driver decided to turn up at 2:05 in the end we went to bed hungry as the food was stone cold

the delivery took about an hour and a half, wasn’t even hungry anymore at that point. The chicken tasted like rubber and had no flavour at all. Very disappointed.

The order was placed well before the delivery cut off time, roughly 90 minutes from when the food was ordered was the delivery window and still nothing arrived. If the restaurant wasn’t prepared to deliver the food at this late hour then the order should never have been accepted. Had it not been I would have ordered from somewhere else. Completely unacceptable and as a first experience ordering from this restaurant, this has only confirmed that I won’t bother trying again.

driver was very pleasant as always from apache top class service for local people .. I love it!

Food was cold and stale ish but still nice to eat

They never received my order until 1743 I placed the order around 1630. Not sure if it was a just eat issue or not.

Estimated delivery 1.10-1.30am, arrived at 1.50am. Food was freezing.

The restraint claimed to text me when I fact they didn’t and said the driver was waiting for 15 which it not true at all we were standing at he gate for 30 mins we then called the restaurant and said we would have to pay again to get our food awful will never use them again.

Completely disinterested in trying to solve problems with order. Had a £50 delivery order brought to the wrong address and when asked for a refund was told this was implosions and they could only deliver the order then next night as a resolution! Ended up getting it for 2:40am after ordering at 12:20. Food was 100% service was shocking.

Nice enough pizza,wasn't overfilled with toppings,( pepperoni,extra cheese) but was tasty,was£18-90 for a 12" delivered,pricey enough but to add insult to injury the delivery guy claimed he had no change,like not 1 pound coin=not impressed,its not the £1 but the principle and obvious deceit,I mean cmon what delivery driver doesn't have a pound coin on them,disappointing, the pound will cost them a lot more as il not order again..... to me the guts of £19 is enough for a 12" pizza delivered locally but its their loss.....shame

Ordered chicken baguette, added cheese option. Asked for chipotle sauce on notes. Chicken baguette came covered in onions,peppers, jalapenos, garlic mayo (partner allergy) couldn't be eaten. Chips where like cardboard. They where that gritty they couldn't be eaten. Chicken burger was supposed to have lettuce, garlic mayo - came plain. Looked like a chicken burger from Iceland Won't be recommending. Won't be ordering again.

Totally efficient, friendly service and excellent pizzas! I phoned in an order for seven large pizzas around midday for collection at 5pm and they were ready right on time!

Have to say the two pizzas we ordered tonight were gorgeous. We ordered the Apache Special and the Vegetarian pizza, 2 portions of chips, 2 dips. The portions of fries were actually quite large. Looked at the negative reviews but they were all relating to the pizzas being delivered. We ordered for collection, live in Lambeg, straight up to collect and they were ready. Great service , friendly staff, will definitely order again. Word of warning, if you have a membership plus card for the 25% off like me, you need to place your order online as it won't work for walk ins. Great food guys, will be back.
