The best restaurants serving Default food in Greetland and Stainland Calderdale Yorkshire and The Humber

Genuinely the best meal we’ve ever had and the staff were fantastic. We visited with a couple of people not used to Caribbean food so we opted for the set meal for 4 and it was incredible. The staff were fantastic and we’re just disappointed we didn’t find this place sooner! We will definitely be back!

Can't rave about this place enough; the food was spectacular and hearty, and the hosts are amazingly friendly and welcoming. If you get the chance to go, GO!

Had a fantastic evening out at 2Amici tonight. What a gem of a family-friendly Italian restaurant! The staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond to be friendly, especially with my seven-year-old daughter – it was lovely to see. The food was absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes were incredibly generous. Despite that, we couldn't resist finishing every bite! I wholeheartedly recommend 2Amici.

Specifically requested crispy fat on the bacon, basically burnt - my god did they exceed! Absolutely BANGING. Only moved to the area a few weeks ago and I’ve been here a good 4-5 times already! Everything so fresh, reasonably priced and quick to serve. I’m now a regular, thank you!

I recently visited this 2amici and was blown away by the incredible service and atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Every dish was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was also fantastic, creating a perfect dining experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable meal!

This is the first time we have been to the corner and the food was excellent atmosphere very good and the service by Gracie was Excellent. We will definitely be going again we recommend it👍

Really nice meal with family great service and excellent food

They've changed the menu to tapas recently and unfortunately the menu is expensive and limited for a tapas menu. Portion sizes are small, e.g. £5 for 4 small slices of bread and a dip, some tapas dishes are upwards of £15. I ordered a hanging kebab while the other 3 in my party did tapas and so their food came out way before mine and I was eating after they had finished so it ruined the experience. If we all had tapas it would be okay, but if none of us opted for tapas the only options are the kebabs so again the menu feels limited. A failed experiment.

Quick service amazing food great place.

Visited with family as we use to go all the time before moving to the next town. Ordered Mixed Grill at £25, the plate was extremely well presented accompanied with a dish of chips & small jug of peppercorn sauce, sadly to my surprise most of the meats were over done except the pork chop and sausage, chicken was dry, steak & gammon was tough and excessively chewy, expected a bit more precision for the cost. The steak & Ale pie was very well presented and reportedly went down a treat. Staff were a bit hit and miss, almost like you’re not there, except for the one waitress who clearly made a good effort. The establishment is very clean and tidy with a lot of seating and ample parking.

Love this place. Olde Worlde, characterful country pub with low beams, log fires and such like. Great beers. Decent prices. Great service. LOVE IT. Edit.... Recent visit had "small" fish and chips (approx 10 inch long) and garlic prawn pil pil. AMAZING!! You gotta try it!! 9,5/10 👍👍👍👍

Really nice little café, we regularly visit crumbles as the food and service are always fantastic, Its very reasonably priced with good sized portions

My boyfriend and I have visited a few times over the last year, and the food has always been good. We decided to pop in for the steak night, and arrived at around 7pm. We were quickly shown to a table, with our drinks from the bar, as they seemed busy and understaffed. We waited for 45 minutes for someone to come and take an order, but were not even acknowledged. I overheard from another table that they had already run out of steaks so couldn't do any more steak night meals - we were not told this when we sat down, so a complete waste of our time as this was the purpose of our visit. We ended up going to Bellini's in Brighouse for a steak on their early bird menu which was lovely!
