Would like to give a shout out to the staff on their care and support with our medical emergency last night, from sending someone straight out for a local defibrillator (thankfully not needed) to staying with us until we left in the ambulance. You were amazing and we appreciated it so much, thank you. Also what food we had was delicious! 🤍

This is a lovely little country pub, set in a very pleasant part of the country side. It was a midweek visit, so it was rather quiet, there wasn’t any music or much atmosphere possibly due to it being quiet. We ordered our food which arrived in a very respectable amount of time. I have to say it was really nice.

Wen't for breakfast to the brow. fomerly known as the brow bridge with a friend on sunday 2nd of february 2025. We Had been regulars at this cafe for a number of years. It used to be excellent, great staff, tasty food and generous portions. However it was taken over this year and things have changed & not for the better!! Too many tables making it difficult to get round. They forgot my order , so i waited 30 mins for my breakfast to arrive, by this time my tea was cold!! They did not charge me for the breakfast, but it still wasn't tasty enough for me to go back. What a shame a lovely cafe spoilt.

Excellent food - the best steaks we'd had for a very long time - and service with the added bonus of a panoramic view down the valley.

on a cold wet lunchtime we decided to eat here ,this was our first time.at this lovely establishment and it certainly won’t be our last, our meals were so good and so were the lovely staff ,will definitely come again,

Went for Sunday dinner, friendly staff, nice atmosphere with good music and the food was absolutely beautiful. Had the Gammon dinner with Yorkshire pudding, parsnips, roast potatoes, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and beautiful gravy! Compliments to the Chef !
