Popped in today for a cup of tea and piece of cake, absolutely delicious. Service was great. A very warm and welcoming place on a drizzly afternoon in Yorkshire. Would highly recommend.

We regularly eat at crumbles. The food is always lovely and Lisa and her staff are fab. Great grub and lovely location where you can sit and watch village life go by.

Cold food and rude staff when we complained they put sandwiches in microwave said they foil wrapped them to keep them warm but ours weren’t foiled and were cold

Called in this little establishment with my wife,a welcoming atmosphere and as it was lunchtime was quite busy. A bit of a wait for the food but when it arrived it was worth the wait.A good menu and even a small selection of books to read whilst enjoying your meal plus a selection of papers..Will definitely call again ,and this time might even sample some of the delicious looking cakes that were available.

We choose to eat here at least twice a week it's the best food by far it always has great choice and is consistently fantastic with the best friendly staff anywhere I have been , the cakes OMG what a choice but my fave has to be the homemade jam role poly we take my grandson there he loves everything they serve and he adores the cakes and is totally in love with Lisa , the only downside to crumbles is it should be bigger for how popular it is , well done Lisa Steph Pauline and Miranda great stuff xxxx

This was a wonderful evening of tapas and jazz music held on the Marsden Jazz festival weekend. Such an intimate venue came into its own with a brilliant artist creating a great atmosphere which was enhanced by good food. The staff and owner couldn't do enough to ensure everyone had a good night and we all vowed to try to return next year.

We go a lot and the service has always been very pleasant. The owner bends over backwards for my sister in law who is gluten free. Love the food here, only downside is getting a table as its always so busy.

How disappointing to visit this cafe which has been a favourite for many years. Sadly, after bringing friends along from Australia (we had raved to them about this great place) for a friendly experience and a delicious cake, we were greeted with bad manners and extreme rudeness!!! (This was the owner)! It was amazing to receive loud and aggressive 'service'. Our guests were astonished and dismayed by the dreadful display from the owner. Needless to say we shall not be returning ever again. Unless she changes her attitude she will lose more customers. Pity.

I took my mum and aunt out for a chat and a snack and this was a lovely find.Quite small and nearly full most of the time we were there.Good selection of food with fairly large portions and a really great cake selection - lots of very unusual flavours.I went on a Friday lunchtime and a bit tough to find parking without a walk.Definitely going again.

Popped in here after we had been walking on the chilly moors, having seen a previous Trip advisor reviewThe tea cakes and sandwiches were excellent and good value for moneyConsidering this is only a small shop, the cake selection puts many larger coffee shops to shame...they must have been 20 + different cake varieties, some of which were very unusual...tried the ginger cake with caramac broken up and sprinkled on top and it was fabulousWill definitely visit next time we are in the area !!!!!

We had a drive and came across from saddleworth to marsden. We had breakfast barms (teacakes in yorkshire!) coffee and cake. We enjoyed it so much we make a beeline here at least once a week on our day off its friendly, the food great quality and value and Lisa the owner and team are absolutely brilliant and make you feel welcome every time. Definitely worth a drive out to, we're hoping to make it to the Marsden Jazz Festival which happens every October. Crumbles is one of the jazz venues even though its tiny! An absolute gem - and visit the veggie shop opposite as they make thier own bread, the butcher round the corner is really good too! Great village to do a bit of leisurely shopping after enjoying Crumbles on the Corner

We had lunch here and liked it so much that we came back later for cake. A handy location in the town centre, with freindly staff and (from conversations we over-heard) a lot of regular customers.

I may have just written the review for the restaurant by mistake. It was the pub I attended at 8:31 last night Tuesday there are only a few people in the pub about four. I arrived just before 830. Look at the menu and then go to the bar and I’m told by the Bar staff sorry Food finishes at 8:30 it was 831. I said I arrived at 8:25 and really sorry Food finished. This is why pubs and independence closed down. The staff should be ashamed of the way they look after peoples businesses.

We attended the wine tasting evening, what a great night. We weren't sure what to expect but got to say there was plenty of tasting , no short measures. Lovely guy hosting and very chatty. Atmosphere was great and the sharing plate was very appreciated however we expected a little more food. Anyway didn't spoil the evening and the landlady was on the table next to us unbeknown 🤪 Thanks for the Rose! we loved it that much we had 2 more bottles 💕

Called here on a sunny Sunday afternoon after checking into our accommodation close by. Great beer, great decor and fantastic staff. We sat in the sunshine and had a lovely chat with Laura, who we will definitely meet up with soon. We didn’t want to leave this lovely place but unfortunately we had other plans for the evening.
