The cafe was very clean and tidy when you walk in. I had a Diet Coke and a ham and cheese toastie and it was delicious. The staff were very friendly and so helpful! The food was delicious and came out very fast. Would definitely recommend!

Told the lad behind the counter I liked very spicy so they knocked up a chicken phall for me with jeera rice(neither of these are on the menu)so was impressed they went out of their way to accommodate my taste,gotta say the phall was very tasty,cooked perfectly using good ingredients and the jeera rice was beautiful,I go to India a lot and would say it's the tastiest I've had outside India,would highly recommend these guys as they know what they're doing and will definitely be going back again.

One of the worst Indian meals I have ever had. Seekh Kebab starter was like rubber. Chicken Tikka was over cooked. Think it was reheated from the night before. Chicken Jalfrezi didn’t taste great and the portion was very small. If u are going to charge someone good money at least give them a proper portion. When I told the waiter portion was very small and I would have to eat again when I got home he just ignored me. Can’t believe how busy the place was considering standard of the food.

All day breakfast is wonderful as are the jacket potatoes. Very friendly staff and excellent atmosphere. Visit is a must when in area.

Nice pub,staff are very well mannered. Dillion our host is very polite and went out of his way way to accommodate us. Food was nice but the lamb shank shepherd's pie was a kids size portion,won't be having that again...

Don't bother. They just cancel your reservations then deludedly think you'll book with them again. Book with someone that actually doesn't waste your time and cause you hassle, I suggest.

Lovely food Lovely staff really enjoy their combination meal deal better than Tesco thank you guys will be re ordering within a fortnight as usual.

We were celebrating and wanted an experience. We went for the tasting menu. Whilst the food tasted good with nice presentation, the whole experience really let it down. There was no atmosphere, it was very loud due to the high ceilings and hard floor, it was difficult to understand what the waiters were saying about what we were eating (we are under 40years old and don't have hearing issues!). Luckily we had taken a photo of the menu so could refer back to that. The majority of the staff were stony faced, didn't look like they wanted to be there and it didn't feel very friendly. They did a good job at placing the food and clearing the table but for the price, the experience really let this down. It needs a host, someone who looks to ensure guests are relaxed and welcomed. I couldn't tell who was a manager v's who was a waiter, there were plenty of staff but even after a spillage (over a guest), the apologies and rush to help him clear a sauce off his suit was absent. We didn't get asked if we wanted more drinks. Overall food was nice, but not as good as we were hoping and have experienced elsewhere. Boring bread, no flavoured butters, ice cream served on a warm dish so it had half melted by the time it arrived - not what is expected when spending that amount of money. Green beans so over-done we couldn't even stab them as they came apart. Quite a let-down when spending over £300 on 2 people with no alcohol!

great location and staff very friendly and helpful. though room was clean and tidy the hotel needs a refresh where outside of our room the carpets were heavily bleached in.places and also in our room the door to the bathroom was damaged. the room was very hot at night and stuffy and cold during the day. was told by reception the heating and.air conditioning had been turned off. apparently there should have been a note in room which there was not. the stuffiness at night caused my son to have a heavy nose bleed his first ever which caused him great distress.

Extremely great service, amazing atmosphere and perfect food. The waiter was very kind and helpful and even escorted us to a lounging area for dessert. 5 stars nothing less.
