All day breakfast is wonderful as are the jacket potatoes. Very friendly staff and excellent atmosphere. Visit is a must when in area.

We travel around the country with work and visit a lot of cafes and this is the best we've been to for years. Staff,service,price and food 10/10!! And your tea/coffee come with the breakfast.Will definitely be returning.

Another visit with the little one, without the dogs today as one of them is poorly (they will miss the sausage the owners provide for dogs)...we shared my favourite bacon Brie and onion baguette. Clean, friendly environment, very flexible and obliging menu and family/pet friendly to boot. Ample parking, we call in after walking the dogs or pop down in the car and it’s a very sociable environment and amiable staff Best of luck

Wouldn't even give this place a 1, I went in with my son for a breakfast, management very abusive to a customer because she complained about her table being filthy, he was shouting in front of everyone and called her a stupid slag, needless to say I left without purchasing anything, my child is not used to this kind of behaviour, I am disgusted! Never again

Consistently good. Really lovely staff, always friendly and never short of a smile. Lovely traditional English cafe, hearty food, cooked exactly as you ask, as it should be. Dangerously close to where I live - tempting to visit more often.

As always a perfect treat, my favourite bacon, Brie and onion baguette, no butter no cranberry, cooked to perfection...fabulous local owned cafe, no point in being picky as they bend over backwards to accommodate your requirements when it comes to a cooked breakfast in that if you don’t like one item you can have another, friendly staff and dog friendly

Filthy sticky menus and condiments. Disorganised staff who became offensive when I asked why 25 mins wait and still no food, while watching later arrivals being served. Got a refund and left with clothes stinking of fried food as no ventilation in the place. I've been to some dumps, but this place wins by a mile. Do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere. 1 star as that's the least system will let me award.

i have visited here regularly after my dog walk as the dogs are welcome and there is always a warm welcome for all (including a sausage for the dogs!!! my fvourite is STILL bacon, brie and spring onion baguetted made by EDDIE!!!! LAURA, roast beef, salad and horseradish baguette, TO DIE FOR, please note not always available BUT, seeing all the other passing trade ordering the various sized breakfast (along with any item you are not keen on they are more than happy to swap for you NOW I CONSIDER THAT GOING THAT EXTRA MILE!!!! CAROLINE and the rest of the stff and helpers muck in and make sure everybody has their order as quickly as is possible, presentation great, thank you so much YOU DESERVE TO DO WELL!!!

I have visited this cafe many times and they are super friendly staff and owners. If walking the dogs I take them in with me and they are given a sausage each. Eddie the owner makes an amazing bacon, Brie and spring onion baguette (which I’ve mentioned some time ago as one of my favourites). Prices are very good and inside and outside eating areas are lovely!!!! A huge well done

Such a lovely friendly cafe. Great for a stop off at the end of Greenway. Dogs insist on dragging owners in, as they get served a sausage before humans get a cup of tea. Only able to select one date,but a regular customer on cycle or walking dog. Fabulous service everytime. You can always judge a place by the number of return customers. They get loads of regular customers.

Staff always very welcoming and food is always very nice. Only thing I think could be improved is cleanliness. Tables are often dirty and seem to be an afterthought when busy.

Visited twice, both times was very busy. Staff seem overwhelmed and not very well organised. Second visit was disappointed that "Mutiny" almost broke out among them and there was a lot of bad language. POSITIVES: Food is GREAT, even the small portions are BIG, great value for money, and staff do do their best to make people feel welcome.

Went there for breakfast on a sunday morning and it was good and very reasonable. It set us up for the day and would recomend the cafe to others.

Muy buena comida, yo he estado allí varias veces y el desayuno y el servicio es de primera! En mi última visita fue tres de nosotros y tuvimos un día ajetreado visitando el castillo, que está a 25-30 minutos andando de cerezo oscuro Tree Cafe y queríamos un brunch podían desempeñar una muy tarde, así que les dio una llamada cuando nos íbamos al castillo y tenían todo listo para cuando llegamos. La comida era fabulosa: tuvimos un gran tamaño y un desayuno inglés y un papa con mantequilla y ckacket ensalada. Tuve el tamaño de uno y me sentía bastante completo. Tostada marrón o blanco con/sin mantequilla viene como estándar. También nos dieron unas rodajas de baguette con mantequilla. Desde el principio el propietario es muy amable y acogedor, y nada era demasiado problema muich - por ejemplo, cuando decidimos mover mesas mitad para sentarse fuera.

Breakfasts came in 3 different priced sized portions with free tea or coffee and toast, eggs Benedict were nice too and all reasonably priced

Para ser sincero después de leer algunos de los comentarios me temo que comer aquí, pero para ser honesto no había razón para estar preocupados. Todo es un pequeño café tradicional así que no esperes comida muy buena, pero es buena comida a un buen precio y no había nadie chuparse los dedos! Fui por el gran desayuno era 6,95 libras y era enorme y puedes intercambiar todo lo que quieras si algo no toma su lujoso. El personal era muy amable y educado el servicio era rápido.

Bien, ¿qué puedo decir de este lugar, se oye sobre las 7 maravillas del mundo, pero creo que nuestro viaje esta mañana a Cherry Tree declara hay 8! Gran inglés completo? Completado.

Just popped in for some breakfast as I was passing , great full English with really great cheerful staff , can't believe the odd poor report that has been put on here, if u had a problem you should have chatting to them

Such a shame, have visited before and recieved a friendly welcome and lovely service, I can only assume the business has changed hands within the last 12months or so. Our order wasn't taken for several minutes with no apology offered despite the lady at the counter being right in front of us. Only for someone else to walk in and be served immediately! When finally served the lady offered no apology or even basic manners when taking our money and giving change, far too busy talking to someone else. During our lengthy wait we witnessed her licking her fingers repeatedly then handling peoples food. There was nowhere clean to sit as every surface had dirty plates. We won't be returning.

i visited again the other day and had a cheese burger with onions and a slice of bacon...it was served with a side salad garnish and some lovely coleslaw and a cup of earl grey...very friendly staff as per my previous visit, nothing too much trouble, the quality of the burger and bacon excellent and the bread roll was huge!, parking right outside easy, i needed some cash so popped over to the one stop while they cooked my burger..free newspapers to catch up on whats going on in the world and 30 minutes of just relaxing, enjoying and reading the paper. called in at the butchers next door for some bacon and fabulous mustard they sell! popped to the loo and all lovely and clean...a typical local cafe and you can add bits and bobs and swap what you have on your plate like beans instead of tomatoes etc for breckie, they are very accommodating for sure and both locals and builders and the water board and office staff, passers by, the lot, great ambiance and well done to the owners and the staff for making this a fabulous visit, value for money is great as other places charge an extra pound or 2 more than this

The meal here was fantastic, it's nice to see somewhere that offers black pudding with the breakfast, not as an extra. The food was freshly cooked and filled the plate (and me). My only gripe would be that the coffee never seems hot enough. The staff seem friendly and will send you don't do 'swaps' on items.

Usually go to this café when I use the launderette in the precinct. Value for money a good working man's cafe

I have visited this café in the past, not great, but it was convenient at the time. However, last time I went with my husband, daughter and Grandson I vowed I would never go again!. Tables were sticky and dirty, we had to ask that the one we were sitting at be wiped. This was done by the owners wife, who did not apologise or, more importantly, did not change gloves or wash her hands once during our visit of about 40 minutes. The owner, who was preparing food did no attempt to wash his hands either. The food was not too bad, although it took ages to arrive. The tea was ok, but the teapot needed a wash.My 3 year old Grandson asked to use the toilet, but when my daughter took him into the toilet it was filthy and so she quickly took him elsewhere. I did not see any tables being cleaned whilst we were there.This café could do well, as it is the only one in that part of town, but until it cleans up and employs polite staff I certainly will not be going in again!

I visit this place regularly and there is free parking right outside. A great butchers next door and a couple of convenience stores and ATM in the convenience store. Lots of choices of food from breakfast, baguettes, sandwiches, pork and stuffing batches at lunch...my favourite is a baguette with bacon, Brie and red onion, finished off with a cup of earl grey tea. My daughter have had the breakfasts and the burgers and bacon and egg sandwiches and value for money is excellent. To top it off, great, friendly staff, nothing too much trouble

Ordered a pork roll, no please or thank you as she took my money and gave me my change.She then cut 3 slices off of a pork joint and walked over to another worktop licking her finger (!!!)to fetch a bowl then hand picked up the slices and put them in the dirty looking bowl and poured fat over it.She then placed the bowl in a microwave.I walked out, got in my car a drove off absolutely disgusted.

Title says it all. Sausages are the cheapest type. Coffee is decent though. Avoid the eggs Benedict at all costs because they are not real eggs Benedict and use a cheap mustard sauce. That said it is a friendly place.

Very good traditional English breakfast. Also Carvery batches etc. Proper food which is much needed in Kenilworth - especially the breakfast,well worth a visit.

Friendly staff! Great coffee and good value for money. I'll highly recommend this place for someone who wants to grab a cup of coffee to recharge themselves.

like being back at school - just wonderful! Having walked from the castle we were in need of sustenance and a cup of tea! What a find the café was and our hunger was slated and copious amounts of tea revived us for the walk back

I recently went to the Cherry Tree Cafe and the overall experience I received was truely diabolical. There were 4 members of staff behind the counter and neither of them knew exactly what they were doing. My sister and her friend ordered their breakfasts 2 minutes before mine and my boyfriends and they had eaten their food before mine had even arrived. When I received my breakfast, the bacon was hard, the toast was soggy and burnt underneath ( drowned in butter ) I had a spoonful of beans if that and in general the food was awful and cold. The lady in charge is lovely but she really needs to re-think the staff that she hires or maybe speed them up a bit.I will not be visiting this cafe again as this isn't the first time I have received this kind of service. Think carefully before you go to this cafe, I will stay at the rocking horse from now on.

Lovely local cafe ran well providing tasty snacks and meals. Decoys nice and airy, foods top notch with free tea with breaky. Can eat in or take away, service is prompt and with a smile. Prices competitive and atmosphere is always relaxed and friendly. Best cafe in town.....!

Perhaps I should have been in the building trade as I am frequently seen in the haunts frequented by paint spattered ,plaster coated craftsmen who have "just had to pop out to the Builders Merchants for a left handed sky hook" and find themselves unaccountably diverted by their digestive satnavs to seek out a "full English". Cherry Tree Cafe is a well known haunt of the legendary Full Engish and offers a good one ,accompanied as is only proper with tea /coffee and a lot of toast for about £4.90 ,it sells plenty else besides and has an unobtrusive generous and quietly modest approach to life in general. There are other Temples of the Great Breakfast in Kenilworth and I promiscuosly patronise them all proof indeed,if such proof were needed that I am a fair and non partisan sort of punter. Also indicative of the fact that it would be embarrasing to be seen scoffing in the same bijoux breakfast establishment every day.People might talk about me behind my back ~or worse still to my face
