Went for birthday with my parents and brother. The decor was very pleasant, although it was a bit dark away from the window. The server guy was friendly and polite. The food didn't come all together which meant it was hot and fresh but you didn't really eat together. The food itself was tasty and the portions just about big enough. There was a tapas style starter side of the menu and a bigger dish for main courses on the back.

Absolutely disappointing and underwhelming experience at this restaurant. I thought I'd support a new local business by going with my small son to a Pre - Mother's Day supper on 9 March. The man who attended to us named Lee was totally uninterested in ensuring we had a good experience. He never asked how how meal was and he was standing right in front of us as we ate. What a let down, waste of time and of money. I'll not be going back and won't recommend.

I took a friend here for her birthday. The meal was pretty good, but the service was subpar. I would not go here again. There are better places with more flavorful food, and friendlier more attentive service: such as Anchalee in Berkeley or Nua in Oakland.

I went yesterday while I was at work because there was a deal on the subway app and as we got there my brother went first asking prior before serving if we could use this offer and he said yes. When it got to the paying part he said we aren't participating in that so you can't use it! And my brother basically paid and walked off! I knew you could so I stood there while on the app and paid online instead. I could hear him saying stuff not sure what he was saying but he must of been moaning to himself. As I was in a rush I didn't fully fill out my sandwich because I thought while im there I'll just do it infront of him while he does it. but as it came to the would you like it toasted he said well it dont say it here tapping the receipt. Then the sauce the same again happened. At this point i felt that he was out to get me. So i ended up saying well if you didn't mess my brothers order up I wouldn't of had to order it online. He ended up calling me something I wasn't happy about, so I made sure to let him know that! I would recommend in future not to speak to customers like that because next time you'll catch someone on a bad day š¤

Anne was particularly helpful as was Andrea.. Anne took a phone call from myself and was amazing. We had booked at another pub and unfortunately they were not able to accommodate the wheelchair. As it was 1:30 on Easter Sunday, I wasnāt holding out much hope to get a table somewhere else with literally no notice at all. Anne was extremely welcoming over the phone and on arrival. Everyone was so friendly and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. I have eaten here before so I knew the food was good. A fantastic Sunday lunch was enjoyed by all. Thank you again to all the staff and a special thank you to Anne.
