Beautiful food served by Beautiful people

A pleasant Thai restaurant in Kenilworth. Very clean and tidy, a decent menu and friendly staff. It was good to have quality Singha beer on draught, but be aware they charge more for 2 half pints, than they do for a pint, and a dash of lime cordial is 50p We were surprised not to be offered the advertised lunchtime menu, making a planned reasonably priced lunchtime outing, being a £75 meal for 3. No problem with the prices of each dish. It was just not what we had been expecting, having see the lunchtime set menu clearly advertised on line. Overall decent quality and tasting Thai food, and a chilled lunch.

Absolutely delicious and exceptional value for money! A friend recommended I try the Thai Kitchen but I hesitated because around 7 years ago had a take-away that I wasn't impressed with. However it has since changed owners and I have to say after visiting for lunch today this has become one of my favourite Thai restaurants! I visited Thailand for the first time last year and the food here reminded me of some of the delightful food I experienced there, including the Nam Pla Prik which they did for me to add extra heat to my already spicy dish (I love chilli) and at £8.50 for two courses is exceptional value for money. The other two members of our party also really enjoyed their meals too, which were not spicy like I like mine so offering a good selection of dishes for all the family. I highly recommend and will certainly be returning ASAP

Fantastic Restaurant. We are not regular Thai eaters but the staff were great at helping with the menu and very friendly. The best thing about this restaurant is they don't use any dairy, the milk is coconut milk so my wife could eat whatever she wanted on the menu,5 stars for that alone. We had a sharing starters which was more than enough and our mains were more than enough with 2 side dishes and a bottle of wine (If you want stomach gorging huge portions then stick with your Chinese takeaway at home). Price was good considering what we ordered. Staff were very attentive but not annoyingly so. We were not rushed at any point or rushed away at the end. Food was fantastic, we would definitely eat here again and would highly recommend. Thankyou Thai kitchen for a great evening!

My friends asked me where I wanted to go for my birthday treat & I said without hesitation Thai Kitchen Kenilworth- I’ve been a couple of times before & the food is exceptional- as it was on this occasion. We were all in raptures over the food. I also love that the environment feels intimate & the service is faultless - thank you for a lovely evening x

Very happy with our recent visit. Usually have takeaway from here, so was good to witness efficient service and busy atmosphere in the restaurant itself.

Fantastic Thai food, we had 4 courses each, Satay Chicken starter was really tasty, both soups had so much flavour. Main courses all spot on and the banana fritters were really good. Service was spot on, they were so on it! Prices were so cheap compared to the restaurants on the high street. Will be going back.

We went for lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant was empty when we arrived and we were served promptly. The lunch menu offers a starter and a main for £11, which is very good value for money. The starter however, was very small, more like a snack, but once again, in the context of the price was good value for money. I opted for the thai red curry for the main, which was delicious. It had heat, but wasn't very spicy. Total price was £40 for 3 people inc drinks. I would definitely come here again.

Authentic delicious soups & vegetable curries with delightful staff. A hidden gem. Service could do with being a little less rapid though!

First time here, certainly won’t be the last. Decided on dishes from the main menu as opposed to the lunch time 2-course offer. Glad we did, we were starving! 😂 Prawn toast and crispy duck for starters, Green and Red curries with egg fried rice for mains. Food was absolutely delicious, service was top notch, very friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait for the next time 👍🏼😀

We had an early dinner here tonight and we had a truly enjoyable evening. Great food, lots of options and amazing service. We'll be recommending and definitely be returning.

Excellent food, lovely staff, good value.

Food was good. Probably a really really tasty main course if I weren't vegan. The soup starter was to die for. The portion size was a bit small and a side of broccoli was expensive for the small amount in the side... I think it was £5.50. Drinks sensibly priced. Thai food always has vegan options and the staff were helpful but the menu could have had better descriptions and more mention of plant based options. The service was great and ambulance just right. Overall I spent £26; which was ok although I definitely couldn't have eaten more.

We have been going for many years aways such a pleasure excellent food, staff are always so friendly and helpful, But this evening there seemed to be a problem with the heating nearly every one had their top coats on it was very cold and put a real damper on the night,

First time we've used Thai Kitchen. Service was speedy and super polite. Food was amazing. Will definitely be using again and would thoroughly recommend.

Mediocre food, had Prawns to start, average Steamed SeaBass, small thin tasteless, even though I asked them not too hot, was so hot almost inedible. Egg fried rice average ….small G&T my bill was over £38.00……..three times I queried how it came to that much, she kept insisting that was the price. After checking prices on the menu that would make the drink over £10…Won’t be returning

Early evening on a Sunday...not many in - but service and food top notch. Scallops and beef dishes delicious 🔥. Highly recommend

Walked here after finding out our booking for Thai Sarocha was for a restaurant that had closed down. Luckily they allowed walk in and was still early with a few diners. The wine was reasonably priced not an extensive list but the food is reason your here. We had a look at the menu and ended up settling for the set menu option B at £36.75 per person. The starters were a mix of prawns , fish cake, chicken wings and satay. The chicken wings were excellent. Mains duly followed with a selection of lamb massaman, pad Thai chicken which we asked for exchange instead of pad Thai prawn, stir fried chicken and beef in black pepper. Accompanied by a bowl of jasmine rice. I would say this is more than enough for 2 to share. Though a little more rice wouldn't go amiss. Culled with charming service this is highly recommended.

Great food at a reasonable price. No Thai where we live, so decided to visit while we were staying local to the area. Well worth a visit!

Tiny small portions but nice taste. Great if you're on a diet but don't go here if you're hungry! The food looked so lost on the plates.... Also, not very friendly service and no atmosphere e.g. no music playing. Shame as the Google reviews mostly seemed to rave about the place and so we were looking forward to it but we were very disappointed.

Food is always amazing and the staff is very friendly! The fish cakes are to die for, not tried many mains but Pad Thai is my absolute favourite! Green and red curries are also beautiful! Good value for money as well. Would 100% recommend!

We had a take away so I can't really comment on the atmosphere, but service sounds okay? Nothing to complain. However, food.... Why on earth people rated this a 5? How could it possibly be a 4.5 stars review in total? This is the tasteless Thai food I've ever tasted my whole life 🤣🤣🤣. I mean, I can understand if someone hasn't tasted authentic Thai food before, you might find this food place interesting. But for someone who has eaten plenty of Thai food, all the meals here are watery. The tomyam soup definitely was made using a ready made paste! I can cook better than this even using a paste 🤣 and let me tell you, I am not a great Thai cook! Anyway, the intention was to try . So we tried. Not going to waste our money here again.

Always a good experience here. Food was delicious, as always. Staff are always so lovely and helpful and friendly. Had the mixed starter for 2, which was delicious followed by massaman lamb curry. Would have all again in a flash!

The staff are very efficient, friendly and polite. Order taken and starters arrived quickly. Prawn crackers are huge and the sharing starter was good. Thai red curry was really tasty with lots of meat in it, even the prawn dish had sufficient amounts and most places have a habit of short changing you on those. It was really reasonably priced and we shall return.

Not that impressed by the food to be honest. We ordered the mixed platter as a starter, lacked flavour and portion size was poor for the price. Again with the mains, the portion was small, and sauces were quite thin. The salt n pepper chips had a light sprinkling of salt and a few spring onions dashed on it. We felt a little rushed on the night too. The restaurant is lovely and has a great vibe.

We had the Set Menu A - everything was delicious and well presented. I had thai pancakes for dessert, also really tasty.

If I could give this place zero stars I would ,I will never ever go back again to this place it’s not the place it once was

Great food, reasonable prices, attentive staff. Comfortable surroundings.

Upon arriving the staff were rude. We had a 8 month old baby with us and asked if they had a high chair and were presented with an unstable prop which ties onto the main table chair. Asked if they had baby changing facilities they said “NO”. Very rudely and bluntly. They asked us to move the pushchair which we were just about to do and the waitress began shoving and dragging it across the floor (the brakes were on so it was not a great sight to see). The waitress didn’t understand English and messed up the main order (not once but twice). Even the drinks order was wrong. The food was not so tasty and actually gave me a bad belly afterwards (I don’t think details are necessary you get the gist). I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever be visiting again.

Been here a few times for the Red Curry and its delicious. My favourite place use to be the Thai Dusit in Coventry but the Thai Kitchen is better!

Best Thai restaurant ever. I already can't wait to go back. The service was warm and welcoming. I had the Tom Kha Soup and wow! So fragrant, fresh, the combination of flavours was absolutely beautiful. I could eat it every day. Will definitely be returning and I highly recommend this place. Thank you for having us.

We had no idea what to expect when we popped in here on a yeukky Saturday afternoon but we came away very impressed. It's a lovely restaurant with very efficient service and nicely decorated. The lunch menu is quite small - but offers a great choice and even better value. Two courses are the grand sum of £9.00! Amazing value and the quality and portions of food were fantastic. You really couldn't ask for better and now we've found it I think we're going to visit it a lot more in the future.

Revisited and had a table for eight. All had set menu B. With a drink each, was about £36 each. Thursday evening was quiet. Our party made up half the customers in the restaurant. Excellent food and service.

All round excellent place to eat and will be going again soon. The drive from Nuneaton was well worth it.

A friend and I had a delicious two course lunch at Thai Kitchen today. The food was beautifully presented and served very promptly. The lunch time menu is not huge but there is a good choice and dishes are clearly marked if they contain chilli so there are no surprises. I just wish I didn't live 70 miles away as I would really like to eat here often.

Lovely atmosphere and amazing food

Went here for Sunday lunch. There was a good selection of dishes with vegan and vegetarian options available. All 3 courses were beautifully cooked and presented and the service was prompt but not intrusive. A delicious, relaxed lunch.

After seeing the reviews, we were expecting Thai kitchen to be good but it was way more than that! The food was delicious! The service was brilliant! Really friendly and polite staff, despite being super busy on a Thursday evening, they were working hard to deliver great service with a smile. There wasn’t a children’s menu but my 8 year old enjoyed the crispy duck pancakes as her main and we all loved the deserts too! Exceptionally good deserts. Everything was great and we had a really lovely meal. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and delicious meal here today. Staff are lovely and attentive. We always have a good meal here. Portions are generous. We thoroughly enjoyed the mussels to start and the chicken skewers. Would recommend to everyone. There's an extensive menu. They are happy to add extra chilli to your food if want the milder dishes spiced up a bit.

This place has recently been refurbished with new owners, the food is fantastic. Lunch menu is very good and great value for money. They do a great Jungle Curry.

Gorgeous place. Beautifully decorated with a delicious choice of food - although menu was a lot less than most Thai restaurants. I had the Massaman lamb shank & it was sensational. Highly recommend a visit.
