This place was honestly horrible. Firstly we arrived on Saturday evening. I had to wait 45 minutes for a parking space because apparently everyone loves the live music at the restuarant. When we got into the hotel we then had to wait another 10 minutes to get in because apparently all the staff love live music too. When we got to our room. It stank of dog. Which to me is u acceptable. If you allow dogs there is nothing I can do about that. It's fine, whatever. However if you are putting me in a room a dog has been in atleast clean the god damn room and don't leave it stinking of German Shepherd. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Especially coming from a Muslim Family who aren't the fondest of dogs I think I'm being reasonable. We could also hear the absolutely rubbish music from our room, which we were told would stop at 10:30pm. There was nothing I could do so I let it be. But at 10:35 when it didn't stop I lost my cool. I tried to contact reception and surprise surprise no answer. Probably too busy Jamming to the rancid tunes. What's worse is at 10.37pm when all the drinkers are shouting one more song one more song the hotel allows it? Dumb, just flat out dumb. If it says it finishes at 10:30pm it should bloody finish at 10:30pm. Avoid this place if you hate the smell of damp labradors and ear scraping music.

It's a holiday inn. There's nothing special about it. What I will say though is my room was clean, the hotel check in was smooth and the cafe/bar downstairs was welcoming a d cosy. Great location if you are in Kenilworth. Not much more to say. I'd stay here again if I was visiting the area, nothing put me off.

A little bit of an older hotel, but what it lacks in modernisation it makes up fantastic customer service. Great team, wonderful people and a pleasure to stay. Really easy check-in, room was clean and spacious, drinks and pricing were good, location was easy to find.

Felt a little run down but perfectly adequate - staff were very friendly. Car park is probably too small for the number of rooms - it was completely fully when I arrived.

If I could give 15 out of 10 I would. Tip top service from all the team at Kenilworth, a few areas have been refurbed since my last visit in March and looks good. Yes it has some older bits of furniture but it has an proper hotel feel. The hotel was fit to bursting as there were 2 events on [and yes car park was full, so lucky to get a space which can be a bit tight], however service remained solidly special and nothing too much trouble. If there were issues with the suites, I didn't notice anything, pure comfort, fantastic room, mega breakfast. Look forward to returning on our next pass through the lovely town of Kenilworth. Many thanks.

Hotel ok, staff very good, breakfast very good, however; restaurant food in the evening awful its either bland or full of salt. If you stay here I recommend eating out in an evening

I was given a room which had bed bugs. After being promptly moved, my new room hadn't been cleaned. There was clumps of hair on the carpet and the bathroom was filthy. There was also coffee stains all over the surfaces. After brining this up to the hotel staff 3 times and being repeatedly told each time that my room would be cleaned it wasn't. This isn't good enough and I'd advise people do not stay here.

Our room was lovely and well presented, equipped with a mini fridge, iron, kettle. It was good for value. The parking was limited due to the event we were attending booking out the hotel so little to no parking spaces available. Did find some areas that haven't been cleaned in a while in the bathroom-vent was caked in dust, and gunk in the shower seams but other than those 2 things the room was clean. The staff were very lovely and accommodating with us bringing dogs in. Food selection was varied and what we got was nice. Our room was quiet and secluded

Great value dog friendly hotel ideal for crufts!!! About 20 to 30 minutes from the NEC. Bar and breakfast. Make sure to register your car as it's a camera car park!

Great location. Room was small but clean, with all the usual facilities. Very good breakfast, and the bar was excellent. Much better than I expected, tbh.

Popped in to the cafe for a coffee and snack. First time visiting. Staff were very nice. Sat in the 'conservatory' area looking out over the clock tower. Food and drink fine. But the area was really grubby and all the glass (of which there's loads) dirty with handprints. The sofa in the area above us had had a hot drink spilled down the back at some point and not cleaned up, so had a lovely view of that through the dirty glass.
