Good stay, thank you. The car park is a little tight! The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was really good.

Called in for a sandwich lunchtime.... if you can call it a sandwich. The fillings on both our sandwiches were so thin they were almost non existent! My sandwich was served on a crust (as they had run out of GF bread). If they had told me before serving that this was the case, I would have chosen something else. My partner's chips were substandard and the salad was brown and only any good for the compost bin! The only upside was the staff, the Ladies were so lovely and apologetic and were an asset to counter the ineptitude of kitchen!

We came here to have something to eat. Staff were lovely and very attentive. The food was really good and wasn’t extortionate. We ordered coffee and a cake for £4.95 which was great value. The sticky toffee apple cake was delicious and I’d recommend!

This has been my single worst experience of any hotel I have ever stayed in globally. They are missing quality experiences, like simple hot chocolate for breakfast, but also fundamentals like a shower that is properly useable or someone at reception. I couldn't check out, because nobody was around at 05:00. I was also rudely awaken one morning at 04:00 by a fire alarm triggered by another guest showering, which is not directly their fault, but a testament to the terrible lack of attention to detail their rooms are designed with. It seemed clear to me that they hope to survive on the "charm" an old English house with uneven floors and terrible facilities will offer, which for me it clearly did not. It is just an old old building that made me want to not be there anymore.

Very expensive for the size of room, my ensuite was tiny, very poor choice at breakfast, no vegetarian options. Very noisy if your room is at the front, only single glazing doesn't help.

We stayed for 2 nights for our wedding in Warwick. We had booked out a lot of rooms and it was quite complicated with our party including two babies. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made made to feel so welcome. It is a lovely family run hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is amazing! Our favourite part was the bar area and the various seating areas. The decor is lovely and was the perfect place for us to sit the night before the wedding. We would 100% recommend this hotel. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

We came across the Warwick Arms while looking for a family friendly evening meal. As a party of 7, with a child and baby, we were worried how we would be received (especially because it looked very lovely and 'posh') but we popped in and asked. They couldn't have been more accommodating! We waited by a log fire whilst they prepared the table, they made sure we had a highchair and allowed us to choose from both the bar menu and the chefs menu. They were quick to take our order and when the food arrived it was hot. The staff continued to be attentive throughout our meal. It's not easy going out with young ones in a new place and the team at the warwick arms made it seamless. A huge thanks to everyone.

Service was non existent, had to ask to be seated, order food and to pay. Ordered 4 sandwiches, all of which tasted like they'd been left under a heat lamp. Cheese sandwich was a piece of sliced cheese from a packet. Pulled pork was from the fridge literally squashed together on the bread with nothing else, the bread was also just a plain piece of white bread from a 50p loaf. No check ins on how our meal was but I can understand why, the food was pathetic and that's generous. We also waited 30 minutes for the food, must have been the chips as that's the only thing they must have had to actually prepare, yes they were terrible too. When I paid it seemed like they were avoiding talking about the meal and just relieved they got away with day light robbery.

We host business meetings at the Warwick Arms Hotel each month. The service has always been so good, with very friendly and helpful staff. The meeting facilities are very good too. Great value. Spacious and welcoming. Also, we use the bar area after, which is nicely designed, relaxing and has a nice atmosphere. Can't fault it. If you need a venue for a business event in the Warwick or Leamington area, seriously consider this.

I popped in with my partner and newborn daughter for a quick lunch and sit down. Upon arrival, the front doors to the hotel were blocked by a member of staff with his lunch and an intoxicated man preventing us from entering. We waited for them to finish their antics and went inside. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich From the lunch menu and a coke, my partner had a tuna mayo sandwich and a pineapple juice, and we both upgraded to fries for an extra £1.50. When the food arrived, I took a bite from my sandwich, which tasted rotten, I then smelled the ham and it smelt rotten, it was miscoulered, smelt rank and tasted rotten. I went to look for a member of staff to tell them. He then took my plate to the kitchen. He returned a short while later and said that the chef agreed with what I'd said and apologised. He then offered to make me another sandwich for free of charge. I agreed and after about 10 minutes my new sandwich arrived, delivered by the chef who again apologised. This would've been sufficient remedy without me writing this review. However, I had already paid £22 for our sandwiches, We were there for a good hour after the incident, but nobody came to give me my refund. It wasn't even busy. There was 1 other person there, so they could've easily sorted my refund. I noticed on the menu that King Charles ii had stayed there before... I think I had the rest of his ham.. I won't be returning, considering they can't get a sandwich right and can't deal with customer service appropriately.

Hotel in the center of Warwick and with many services nearby (restaurants, shops, parks, etc.). The rooms are somewhat small because it is an old building. Good option in Warwick. 👌

Great location, sat between the castle and the town centre. Rooms are small but warm, clean and comfortable and have tea, coffee and a kettle. Breakfast was very good and the staff are pleasant and helpful. There is no lift, and some rooms are up two flights of stairs, so it could be challenging for the less able-bodied with luggage.

Mixed Experience at The Warwick Arms Hotel. Despite the hotel’s clean and presentable appearance, my stay was marred by several discomforts. While some aspects met expectations, others fell short, leading to an overall disappointing experience. The hotel’s bed was a peculiar design choice. Its wall hideaway feature, while space-saving, resulted in a small and uncomfortable sleeping surface. The slanted headboard added to the inconvenience, causing my head to slip off the pillows. I couldn’t fathom the need for such a bed. Perhaps the hotel management could reconsider the bed design to prioritize guest comfort. Sleep is an essential part of a hotel room. Unfortunately, the breakfast didn’t fare much better. The bacon was chewy, the sausage skin nearly inedible, and the potatoes overly greasy. These culinary missteps left me unsatisfied. At checkout, I wasn’t asked about my stay. Had I been given the opportunity, I would have shared my concerns directly. It’s my hope that this review reaches the hotel management and prompts improvements. Constructive feedback is essential for enhancing guest experiences. In summary, while the hotel’s cleanliness and presentation were commendable, the uncomfortable bed, lackluster breakfast, and missed opportunity for feedback left me disappointed. I trust that the management will take these points into account for future guests.

We celebrated our wedding at The Saxon Mill and could not have been happier with the service and how the day went. Katie, our wedding organiser, was outstanding and we were able to trust her to make sure the day flowed smoothly. We had the two course dinner for ourselves and guests and we were really impressed with the quality and level of service. Totally recommend. It's also been refurbished and looks amazing.
