Costa Coffee in Warwick

The service was very good and all the staff were attentive and helpful with my points card as I had issues with it. My only problem was there was very little choice when coming to food and this was during the lunch rush

If it doesn't say Costa on the window I don't bother going in. Always perfect coffee and fresh good food - enough said!

This was my first visit to this coffee shop.I always rate coffee shops which are part of a chain by three things, as the coffee and food offer is generally the same.Firstly the staff were very friendly and efficent, not overselling their product but informing me of what was available.Secondly the front of house was very clean and tidy with all empty tables cleared.Thirdly the Toilet was very clean with readily available hot water and a good hand dryer.Overall a good Costa!

Usual coffee shop. But have great lunch deal. Good coffee. Good food. Not cheap but the staff make it. Friendly good at their job. And so convenient in the shopping centre

The staff in here are always very friendly, polite and efficient. I often pop in on the weekend for a drink and I have always been pleased with the quality and service.

Coffee far to strong. Price far far to high and no one clears the tables. The wait for the coffee is a long time too.

We call in frequently at Costa Coffee on the Parade in Leamington and have never been disappointed with the service or the standard of the coffee we have received. In particular the usual early morning barista named Ricardo is extremely welcoming and knows his job down to the finest detail. He has a warm, pleasant, and nice welcoming personality and interacts perfectly with the clientele. It’s a joy to see him bring a great big smile to the faces of the people he serves each day as he greets them with "Good morning Sir, what would you like today". It’s difficult to imagine anyone taking a dislike to him other than an "Unhappy Harry" type of person who dislikes any interaction with other human beings or a perhaps even one of those "serial moaner" types. So... all in all a visit to Costa Coffee on the Parade has always proved to be a positive experience for us and we would recommend it without hesitation.

Called in costa on the parade for morning coffee and was amazed by the friendly professional service. Staff seemed to know everybody’s name and their usual order. There was a very entertaining barista called Riccardo I think. Got the queue down in no time whilst keeping everyone amused. Well worth a visit. I will be back. Ed.

Ordered a drink and food to sit outside with my dog and asked for a bowl of water for my dog. I was told there was none, two bowls had been stolen so they had given up providing any. They did however, offer me a big coffee mug to put water in, not sure how good it looks to see a dog drinking out of a mug that will surely be used for customers in the future. This is a prime location with the entrance to the shopping centre so lots of people can't go inside with a dog so will look for somewhere outside to sit and they are not making it very dog friendly. Costs peanuts for plastic dog bowl, or just use a free used tupper wear container with water in it.

After an enjoyable 2 hour stroll exploring the town via a 'treasure' map....we stopped here for a well earned rest and drink. As with all costa's, service was impeccable, food and drink freshly prepared and good. It was also nice to sit in a window seat and watch the world go by, before walking through the shopping centre on our way back to our car. Worth a visit.

This was the nicest Costa's we've been to this trip. The food was varied and plentiful, the toilets didn't require a code and the staff were helpful. Only issue was the cutlery could have been cleaner. Tried the cortado as it had more coffee than their flat white (which is closer to a latte than a flat white)

Visited Costa in the Parade (not admittedly this one, but since it doesn't seem to have a Trip Advisor page of its own for some reason). Visit ruined by manic barista who seemed to think that the cafe clientele was there to witness some sort of performance from him. Never stopped shouting & drawing attention to himself, goaded on by a couple of cronies to whom he was yelling across the premises egging him on to drive customers out. It worked

Usual excellent piping hot coffee, extra hot as requested. Service very good. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Coffee shop clean and tidy. Well done!

Very pleasant lady asked if I would like to try Costa's new blend of coffee at a small extra cost. I was pleasantly surprised and it was very smooth and no bitter taste at all. Would certainly recommend the new blend

Went in today for a medium decaf coffee, lady who served was very polite and helpful, gave good positive feeling but the coffee was sub par, not sure how regularly they change the decaf but it tasted old. So many coffee shops around I expected better

We visit this cafe at least once a week , Joe and his team excellent team always serve with a smile and make time to pass the time of the day with the customers.Our predictable order of two cappuccinos and two almond bakes is always remembered.The now refurbished cafe is clean and bright and often full of many regular customers ...always a good sign. I often visit many other Cafes in this chain and this is definitely the best one .

Spent two nights in Leamington due to the ceremony of the hand over of Master to my son. We used Costa coffee to have expresso and/or cappuccino, almost taylor made with pastry. The location is ideal for breakfast due to plenty of natural light and sun. Friendly barista trimming casppuccino or coffe to yr wishes and very excellent Lemon Muffin, delicate and soft and with a pleasant scent of Sorrento lemon. Knowing very well Sorrento being born in Naples have appreciated a lot and recommend to all guest to taste it.

Always busy. A consistent standard and offering from Costa which is what most customers look for. Outside sitting area when the weather allows.

Fab service, very friendly staff! But must say my daughters frapp was so bitter! And large chunks of ice instead of blended. I had the Black Forest hot chocolate and it was Luke warm! Tasty but needed a lot more warming up in the steamer!

Great as allways ! Constant good service. Nice and relaxing with choice of seating areas inside out.

We stopped in one Sunday afternoon during a circular walk from Offchurch. Service was quick and friendly, and the caramel shortcake was tasty. Will return

Went to this Costa today, and was appalled at the state of the floor behind the counter, and the state of the coffee machine. There were discarded wrappers and other waste on the floor, and the little measuring cups were absolutely caked with coffee drips. The machine itself was disgusting. I've been to many Costas, and I do realise how busy the baristas are and how hard it is to always have to clean up but this particular Costa coffee machine was something else.

Shame on Costa for discriminating against dog owners who want to pop in and grab a takeaway...... You don't make customer leave their screaming kids outside but for some reason you do not allow dogs. SHOCKING

Always good for a pit stop and it's right in the centre of a lovely shopping mall so easy to pop back for another coffee and cake of course.

Helpful manager and staff. They explain the menu well. Mid morning, mid week, they were quite busy but staffed well enough to look after people.

We regularly use the Costa on the Parade and no matter how busy it is, the staff are always friendly, the food and drinks are nicely cooked and the wait for service is never too long

Use this Costa quite often, but quite frankly it was looking pretty tired. But this March it was totally refurbished and now its fab! Thouroughly reccommend it. Super furnishings, good location and super friendly staff. And the usual excellent coffee. I'll be back !

The new decor looks fab, more seating and a lot brighter, staff very friendly..... will be visiting again for sure

The usual tasty hot paninis and good coffee made this a great lunchtime venue today. Service with a smile too. Recommended.

it started raining out side, so we went in for a coffee, coffee very nice, howevver the place lacks chairs and tables, we had to stand the whole time, just found it a bit annoying as I paid the extra 20p to sit in and enjoy

coata coffee in leamington was an idea place to relax during a shopping trip. the coffee was good and the service was good. we than sat and took our time to enjoy it in the seating aera.

We visit costa alot, the children love the baby hot chocolate which is only 55p so a nice treat when out in town. sadly, our latest visit was very disappointing.

Not much to say really, except that this was the best hot chocolate we've had for a long time. It wasn't all powdery. Average cleanliness, staff happy and obliging!

As all costa's long queue and slow service, not particularly clean but again this seems a consistent thing in these establishments, decided to have cakes with our coffee/lattes today, son had a cookie, daughter had a brownie both were good, i had a pecan and maple muffin, unfortunately that was stale, took it back and given a replacement straight away.

Came here for a coffee and it was towards the end of the day my coffee had to be redone. Miserable staff also no sign of a manager just young girls working.

I visited on a busy Thursday before Christmas. There was quite a que but we were served promptly by very friendly staff. The coffee, as always was good quality & piping hot. The food all looked fantastic but we were not eating that day. There is extra seating outside of the coffee shop but it is still inside the mall so great for all weathers.

Costa is usually reliable and you get what you pay for but we were dismayed to find a long blonde hair in the panini (definitely not my husbands)! Then noticed that the staff comprised of 3 teenagers who spent most of their time gossiping and flicking their hair (health and hygine!) Will not be going back to this branch.

called into the Costa in the Parade Royal Leamington Spa. We order some food. I wish they gave you a table number or some reference to you're order. The staff just wander around shouting "ham & cheese sandwich" surely they can find an alternative system !!

Popped in for a quick drink with my partner. Not impressed with the speed n service. My hot chocolate had to be returned due to the weekness n tasting like dishwater. soon replaced. Staff more than happy to keep filling a glass of water for a lady who kept pushing in the queue for a refill, she'd have been better going till end rather than butting in and trying to chat my other half up. Not the cleanest of costa's the one on the parade was better

Popping in for a coffee and bite to eat before meeting a friend in Leamington, I was very surprised when walking into this Costa, the staff noticed me and then continued as a group of three to leave me without acknowledgement, in the shop as they disappeared into a back room. Waited for a few minutes then left and went to Starbucks.

at Costa Coffee in Leamington Spa. Excellent location in a shopping centre, same highest quality of the offer. Chai latte has the same wonderful taste as the one in Kenilworth. Congratulations to the owner who keeps standards high enough to be excellent!!

After waiting a lifetime to get served, which wasn't the fault of the staff - just a severe shortage of staff, I decided to use the bathroom. One toilet shared between Male, Female and Disabled is just not good enough. I waited for a family of 3 to emerge from the toilet (they walked in off the street and used the toilet and walked out again, so not even customers) only to find a disgusting dirty toilet which obviously hadn't been checked for quite some time. The sink tap was permanently running. I didn't use the bathroom and promptly told a member of staff who grunted something and we left, never to return.
