Great food, great atmosphere and brilliant service from Dylan and Charlie. We came celebrate Mum's birthday and they were so accommodating with requests for allergen specific food. A great place for us to meet between where we all live! Really recommend this place for everything they do.

I went with my family, we had the roast dinner. It was really good food, the potatoes were really nice and crispy, the gravy was amazing, it just tasted really good. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Visited today because I drove down to see my son at uni , chose this pub because it was next to abbey fields that we walked first, and because its dog friendly inside. Absolutely delicious 😋 food and reasonably Priced too. Little doggy station in there too with water and treats.

We were staying in the rooms at the Abbey Field (comfortable and very good value) and, after a large Sunday lunch out of town, we just wanted a drink and small amount to eat. We were excellently looked after by Tori, Dylan and chef Mack provided the perfect snack (amazing chips!). Would also like to compliment the wonderful soundtrack that was playing!

We stayed 2 nights for our anniversary. It was a lovely relaxing weekend. The room was clean, fresh and had everything we needed. The restaurant/pub was friendly and had a great atmosphere. The food was fantastic, very tasty, fresh and hot. The staff were friendly and happy to help. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

My partner and I enjoyed our visit here for a midweek evening meal. The food comprised well cooked British pub classics. The portion sizes were ample. We were served by Ryan who was cheerful, very welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for him and this added greatly to our experience. Thank you.
