What an amazing little gem! Visiting Shrewsbury to meet up with a friend, and we were looking for somewhere to set up for food and a catch up on a Friday afternoon. It was nice and quiet for us, staff very friendly and attentive, food delicious and good value for money, with good music playing in the background. Would happily visit again and recommend to others
I never pass up an opportunity when in Shrewsbury to call in Churchill's for a cooked breakfast. The food is plentiful and delicious. It is great value for anywher, but particularly for Shrewsbury. The service is alway attentive and upliftingly cheerful - long may Churchill's continue to flourish.
Iâm not vegan or veggie and I absolutely adore the classic burger, and my wife loves the chippy tea burger. Itâs all about the onions, gherkins and sauce. Highly recommended.
Went for an evening meal (Sat 26 Apr) with friends, had no expectations but we were all blown away with the amazing food and great service. Would highly recommend a visit to this little gem of a restaurant
Hidden gem serving the most delicious food with locally sourced ingredients in a historic setting. After starting with complimentary olive infused bread and whipped goat milk butter, we were served a perfectly cooked filet with peppercorn sauce, a delicious local halibut with incredible beef ravioli, and to die for chunky duck fat chips. Although all of the deserts looked tempting, we opted for the very generous selection of homemade crackers and local cheese. Everything was perfection. The hotel manager, Charlie, was our charming server with some great local tips and just the right amount of attentiveness. We are foodies who love to travel from Australia to the US to Europe and the Middle East, and The Royalist now ranks as one of our favorites in the world. Not to be missed.
one of the best dishes Iâve ever ate!! i ordered the green thai and oh my god it was just perfect. I recommend eating here and I will most definitely be eating here again!! Lovely staff and a welcoming atmosphere
Thankyou!!
Love this cafe and the staff. After the Cathedral visit we need a coffee and approach to this cafe which was about to close but we request them for a takeaway coffee if possible. We're truly appreciate for making that effort. Hope pop in again when around.

I experienced homophobic and aggressive abuse from residents of the flats outside this conservative establishment. Was also bashed on the street on the other side. The police turn a blind eye. I would avoid this area like the plague.
Ordered Peanut & Coconut Chicken with crispy noodles. Just incredible. I would have been happy with being served this in a top restaurant.
Cannot recommend enough.
Form:Form Architects suggested that I tried the Caffe after our meeting.
Now we have Architects and a fantastic place to eat .Staff food and service fantastic. Thank you đ
