Ate here on a Friday night, and had a wonderful Sea Bass dish, was really tasty. Good portions size, and great value, fabulous service. Will definitely go back.

Authentic Turkish food reasonably priced and very enjoyable.

This restaurant never fails to deliver. Nice clean surroundings always. Extensive menu with first class service. Complimentary bread and dips are a very nice touch. Chicken wings are delicious as is the chicken bide. Fully booked on a Thursday night so always best to make a reservation.

Group of 4 of us went on a Saturday evening, which was surprisingly quiet. Ordered hot meze and meat platter. Friendly service, good food at a decent price.

What I don't understand about this place is why it looked fairly empty every night we wlaked past instead of people queing out the door. The food was superb when we were in there. Big portions (starter was possibly too big...) of very tasty authentic food. I just wish I could have been in Shresbury for more days so we could have tried it again. Keep up the good work

Always go for the shish but had some chops the other day and they were beautiful. Highly recommend the meat platter, I ordered two for a party ealier in September. Nothing was left by the guests, everyone loved it. Will keep going back. Well worth a visit.

We went at a quiet time and we're greeted warmly. The menu has something for everyone and staff are happy to explain the dishes. I chose chicken and he chose lamb.... He found the lamb pide to be very oily but tasty. My chicken was perfect. Prices are not out of the way. The best thing was the feeling of not bring rushed. There was plenty of time and because of that it felt like a pleasant and relaxing interlude. Recommend.

After reading a few reviews, we decided to give this place a visit for our event meal. We opted for the mixed platter, which was described as suitable for 2 or 3 sharing. The food was delicious, with very tender meat that was well presented. Service was also good, with our server taking care not to rush or crowd us. Back to the portion size…2 of us couldn’t finish the meal, 3 could definitely share!

Visit here regularly, this time for my wife’s birthday. Service here is always first class. Meals are cooked as you sit and delivered very quickly. All 3 meals were very tasty and quickly enjoyed. Chicken shish, chicken wings and a mixed kebab dejection cooked to perfection. Complimentary bread and dips are much appreciated. Varied menu, very nice setting, always clean as you should expect.

Visited here for an evening meal which was very tasty and reasonably priced. We debated about having a starter but decided to go for a main and then finish off with baklava having checked it was available. After our main course, baklava was brought and Turkish coffee offered, both complimentary!! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic food and very lovely staff.

We visited after a day out at Shrewsbury food festival. We all had something different, kebab, moussaka, pied and all were delicious. The menu is so extensive it is hard to choose, the portions are very generous and prices very reasonable. Highly reccomend

Perhaps Friday is an evening to avoid. Place was noisy, even after we moved tables, and food disappointing, my wife’s choice (a pide) amounting to the equivalent of an average sort of pizza, with so little minced lamb that there was no taste of it at all. The lamb of my selection was undercooked and chewy. Questioned about how we enjoyed our meals, our response drew a limp apology. We put this one and only visit down to experience.

Had dinner there, atmosphere so nice and food is superb. Fresh bread was so good. Staff friendly and attentive . Definitely recommended

You won’t find a better barbecue restaurant in Shrewsbury. Comprehensive menu, although I tend to stick to in the chicken shish! Fabulous! Food is excellent and comes with super bread and dips. Rice/buckwheat and salad accompany the tender marinated chicken. Delicious! Very glad to see each time we visit it is getting busier. Service cannot be faulted. Very attentive, nothing is to much trouble.

Amazing authentic Turkish food. I visited this restaurant on Saturday and was super impressed with the food. Everything was cooked to perfection and the staff were really helpful. I would highly recommend this place, they serve great Turkish wine too. I wish this establishment all the best for the future. I will be back next time I’m in the area.

Amazing Turkish restaurant in Shrewsbury. We really liked the interior decoration, the burnt wood panels felt authentic. The service was quick and the server was very attentive! But the main draw here is the food. We got given some delicious homemade Turkish flatbread with dips to begin with. The menu is amazing here, I had the mixed grill and my vegetarian wife was absolutely spoiled for choice - most of the time there's only one or two dishes for her, but she selected from the hot meze. We also got given some homemade baklava for dessert (even though we didn't order anything!) which was again, incredible. And it was so reasonable at the end too. We won't hesitate to come here again, and I'd recommend this place to anyone

Had an early dinner here and the food was great. We had the falafel, hummus, babaganoush, and marinated barbecued lamb. Fresh/made bread, and the final touch was really good baklava ( and I know my baklava!). Our server was very attentive and kind.

I recently ordered the mixed kebab as a takeaway from here and I was very impressed. Much tastier than regular takeaway, particularly the sauces and side salad. Next time I will try dining inside as the restaurant had a nice atmosphere with friendly staff when I collected my food.

We are regular visitors here because we are are always made so welcome. The menu is varied and extensive. The food arrives quickly and is always very tasty. As I say the service is special and a very nice setting. Great value for money compared to many others. Highly recommended!

First time experience of the restaurant last night via a home delivery and can only say it was fabulous and indeed restaurant quality both in its preparation, service and the ingredients. Boom! 🎇And they’re on the way! We walk past here into town and have seen the numbers of diners grow steadily. Tried it tonight. Great. Well prepared and tasty dishes. Had a couple of starters of sukuk and baba ganoush with sesame seeded Turkish bread. Then the special pide and some lamb, really juicy and tender. Both dishes carefully prepared and delicious. The wine was Turkish, full bodied and reasonably priced at around £20 a bottle ( there’s beer too). All served with a smile by our server, Sena, who was pretty busy with the buzzing restaurant. Scrummy baclava to finish. I don’t like to play the London card now we live in Shrewsbury, but this restaurant could stand up to Dalston and Haringey rivals.

I highly recommend this recently opened Turkish restaurant. A varied menu offers exceptionally well cooked food, which provides a variety of flavours and is well presented. The service is the best, very attentive and pleasant. The whole experience is excellent value for money.

We went there to celebrate friend's birthday and it was the right choice of a place. The food was tasty, fresh and authentically Turkish. We all had different meals and all of us enjoyed the food. The service was good as well - polite, attentive, welcoming. It was a great experience and we would definitely come again. I am glad we have a nice Turkish restaurant in the town as it is one of my favorite cuisines.

Friendly, excellent food, adaptaptable to the needs of the customer (one of our party wanted a hot vegetarian starter plate as a main, not on the menu, but no problem). A very drinkable house red wine. The only thing I found strange was the lack of sit in customers. Come on Shrewsbury, give it a try. Try it earlier in the day, a few meze and a glass of something, you'll come back for the full experience later.

We had a lovely relaxed evening here! We had the cold mezze with bread to start- dips were great and the bread was homemade and very tasty. Mains were also lovely and you could taste that they were charcoal grilled. The star of the show was the sea bass- gorgeous! We will be back.

Was quite looking forward to trying it out but was pretty disappointed overall. Not particularly nice inside and food was very mediocre although lots of it. Hot meze starter was OK but mixed kebab full platter main course had no flavour was obviously cheap meat with no sauces to go with and meal left a strange taste in our mouths for rest of evening. Also when got home noticed on receipt I had been over charged for a drink I hadn't had alongside another non existent side order. I wouldn't return.

Beautiful Turkish food. The shared set meals are very good value. The service is friendly. We had the "pide", which is Turkish pizza, which was very nice for lunch. The baklava was the best I had in a long time. NCP car is virtually next door park and St Julian's car park is 3 minutes walk from the restaurant. Highly recommended.👍

Went here with my brother for dinner. We both really enjoyed the Pide (Turkish pizza) - they very fresh and the dough was perfect. Our Meze starters were also excellent. Service was fast and efficient whilst prices were very reasonable.

Ordered a lamacun and asked for it to be made into a wrap with fresh salad, this was off the menu and a special request but they had no problem accommodating it. Also the chicken wings and bulgar wheat. Everything was delicious and authentic. Some of the best baclava I’ve had which was included with the take out meal free of charge with my collection order. Would highly recommend for the food, portion sizes and customer service!

This was our first time eating here and I am glad we did. It has a relaxed atmosphere with dim lighting and quiet music, which is good for people with sensory issues such as my daughter, and shows that they want you to take your time to enjoy your meal. The tables are nicely spaced out. It also has an open kitchen, which was lovely and clean, and nice to see your food being prepared. The menu has many vegetarian options alongside the meat ones, and a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. I had the vegetable cassrole which came with rice and a large salad, my daughter had the vegetarian moussaka which came with the same. Both were nicely presented and very tasty, as was the starter and the complimentary Turkish bread with dips and olives. The baklava and Turkish tea were also lovely after our meal. The staff member who served us was very nice and helpful. We will definitely go again.

New in Shrewsbury. 4 of us ate the platter which came with hot Meze platter , great option to try lots of items on the menu. Food was delicious. juicy, tender meat and great side dishes. Finished meal with Traditional tea and some of the best baklava I’ve ever had. Would 100% recommend this place.
