Went to see a band. Band were cancelled as they couldn't afford to pay them. 2 people on a Saturday night. Band have a following. No wonder pubs are closing down with people like that running them

The ramen soup was absolutely tasteless, apart from the burnt bacon. Gyozas burnt on the bottom and cold on the inside. It was like I was eating reheated food from a microwave and the food was of poor quality. In addition, the price suggests that it is top-shelf food. Don't be fooled. frozen, cheap, and reheated.

I use this costa drive through a lot, however when I go now I feel like the staff in the drive through are very unprofessional and I also feel very uncomfortable when waiting for my drink. The girls answers the ordering system in the drive through laughing and distracted to the point I had to retell them my order again at the window. There was no greeting or morning said, just talking to themselves or talking through the head sets to each other (as no one else was in the queue) They make you feel uncomfortable because you are unsure of what they are talking about, or even if they are talking about you with the looks they give each other.

Never in my life have I seen such a dive, imbred cafe. Couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery. Sausages looks like they’ve been fighting each other, a good vet would bring the bacon back to life. Staff should be in a care home not a cafe

The View Bar & Grill is on the top floor of the Holiday Inn and we ate in it when staying at the hotel. We were very perplexed when trying to go from our room to the restaurant to find that there is no up button on the lift. When we called it using the single button it was going down. We managed to change this but to travel from room to restaurant yu may have go via the ground floor. The restaurant has a great view over the area. The menu is mainly pub fayre, bur we found the food tasty and the service was very good.

Yes this is my local Spoons but it is my favourite of many I go in. Always god service, tables always cleaned and glasses/plates taken away (Lichfield take note!). Good atmosphere and although food is same in all Spoons I've always found it hotter and better here.

Ever since the new management in January, this takeaway is by far the best in Cannock. The food is excellent, you can tell the ingredients are fresh and they’re always willing to accommodate requests. Hugely recommend!

Came to cannock today, the chicken strips were like boiled chicken then fried, tough and chewy, none of us could eat them, ended up putting them in the bin. The loaded fries were awful and not really any meat in there. Slim chicken you have a long way to go, we spent over £50 just rubbish and won't be returning

Very disappointing had to wait a hour before our food was served they claimed they lost the order. Food was more quantity than quality. Waiting a long time to get served at the bar for drinks as a staff member stood outside chatting.

Batter on the fish was really thick and soggy. Chips were just adequate. Fish wasn’t the freshest.

Usually good food, but on sat 28th Dec I recommend going here for a takeaway, the food was terrible our friends left their food as did we it ended up in the bin.

I went to Greggs retail park wednesbury, the staff have no manners, they ignore the filthy tables, toilets, never any food in fridges breakfast rolls, hot food is stone cold, the team look very dis engaged with customers, like it’s an issue asking for ketchup or another item, the team are extremely rude no Thankyou or even a smile is just too much trouble, when you ask for Oat milk alternative they put cream on your drink they clearly don’t know what milk alternatives are, and why people have alternative options, this is very worrying. Avoid at all cost hygiene is in question here.
