2nd time at this branch and excellent food and service. Busy early evening but got seated ok. Ordered drinks and food and advised it will come out when cooked, maybe at different times, no problem. ordered chicken and prawn yaki soba and shirodashi pork belly ramen. Both meals delicious and tasty and excellent value. A mention to our server Michelle excellent and informative.

Shardon was exceptionally helpful when it came to ordering food for our fussy vegetarian children. She offered uk a solution for a dish which previously was on the menu and loved by our children, much to their delight. Nothing was too much trouble and Shardon was attentive throughout in a genuinely caring manner. Wonderful customer service and the food spot on! Just what we’d hoped for, we’ll be back again, Thank you!

If you enjoy: 1. Your partner eating their entire meal alone because yours has not arrived within 30 minutes of theirs; 2. Giving up and cancelling your own meal; 3. The staff taking this non-existent meal off the bill “as a gesture;” 4. Complaining to head office who forward it to the restaurant in question to simply mark their own homework; and 5. The said restaurant quoting an old Japanese proverb to contend that you are wrong and they are right… …then this is the place for you. To quote another Japanese proverb: “Even sea bream is not delicious when eaten in loneliness.”

Great food, great service, plus a reasonable price. My only complaint was the food was served on stone cold plates! As these meals take a while to eat, you end up with cold food!

The service we received was great. We were greeted with a smile at the door, seated promptly and the server who took our order was lovely. It all went downhill from here really. We ordered the teriyaki salmon and the chicken yaki soba, neither had any flavour whatsoever. We added soy sauce to make it edible but we were still both so disappointed. The yaki soba was supposed to have chicken and prawns, I had to go hunting for them amongst the noodles, there was barely any of either on my plate. Not a great experience when you're paying £14-£16 for a meal.

Great place to eat. Had some great advise from our server (Chloe). Food was great and served very fast. Server told use about her pins on her lanyard, very funny. Was super friendly. Would recommend if you enjoy this sort of food.

My first and last time at Wagamama, tried the grilled chicken ramen, disgusting. The chicken wasn't cooked properly, it was tough and tasteless. I made a complaint to the waitress, she wasn't interested in hearing what I had to say. A friend also tried the chicken so it just wasn't me.

Wanted to visit for sometime and today took the plunge. Being first visit was guided by the helpful staff on what to order. restaurant was clean and busy on this monday lunchtime. anyway started with chicken gyoza and chicken yakitori followed by chilli chicken ramen, chicken and prawn yaki soba and chicken katru curry. Finished off with smoked chocolate cake and banana katsu. food was delicious just what i expected and the service by millie excellent (very helpful to us first timers.

Great tasting food, friendly staff although service can sometimes be slow. The menu is somewhat expensive and food isn’t always delivered at the same time.

Two of us visited Wagamama at the Cannock Designer Outlet during a weekday evening. You're not able to book online, however the restaurant was relatively quiet. We were seated after a 5 minute wait The service was very quick - my main main came within minutes of ordering which was the chicken katsu curry. I ordered the BBQ beef brisket buns as a side. Both dishes were very tasty and filling We ordered two mains, two sides and two non-alcoholic drinks. The bill came to £49 which was reasonable This was my first time visiting Wagamama and I would definitely visit again

The food was really good and the service we couldn't fault. Renjoyed it here and will highly recommend.

Came in for lunch and was greeted at the door promptly. Whilst we received great and fast service from all the team, Dee was particularly great. They were talkative, funny and brought an awesome vibe to the table. Food was very tasty and came out quickly. The juice was also tasty and well blended. Midweek lunch best when quieter. First visit and can't wait to go back. Beautifully presented fresh good quality and healthy food. Efficient prompt service, our waitress was lovely and smiley and professional and the dessert ginger cheesecake was best I have ever had anywhere. Melted in your mouth. We waited in a long queue which didn’t move very fast but eventually we got a table. There were lots of empty tables, which was quite frustrating. Went on Bank Holiday Monday my partner and I . Dies not matter what time of day or what day there are Always a queue, and never an apology for this , especially as they was a lot of tables empty . When we finally sat down the floor was so slippery, and not cleaned properly. The tables was not the best cleaned , I went to the toilet we’re it was much worse , no toilet paper in three of the toilets , one toilet seat broken , floors and sinks dirty . The whole place needs shutting down and deep cleaning . The staff member who served us was lovely , polite. She took out order , mine came out first and we waited a while for our drinks . My food was Luke warm but I was hungry I just wanted to eat and leave , my partner came and again not hot . The only thing that was hot was the endeme beans , but it was served in a dirty chipped bowel . The whole experience was dreadful . It has to be the worst restaurant in the West Midlands, dirty crockery , lipstick in the glasses . Just awful .. the toilets was the worse .. please deep clean the whole place !!! And train the staff to be more helpful .

Been here 3 times and every time the food was Luke warm (chicken) and the most recent 2 out of our party of 14 were served chicken that was raw! Not enough staff when busy as it’s a v big restaurant. They need a damn good shake up in the kitchen!!!!

We visited at lunchtime and were served by a very surly waitress who spent the rest of our meal talking to the guy on the next table......sorry we interupted you! Ironically, she was explaining how much she enjoyed her job! My Soul Bowl did not have any edaname beans in and no one came to ask ifwe wanted a dessert......we did, but just didn't bother in the end. Very good quality food, as always in Wagamama but this branch appears to be lacking service. We didn't pay online as all your details had to be entered ( a handy way of gathering data)

Constant queues here as its one of the few food options in the area. Queue moved fairly quickly and girl running the floor was organised and on the ball. I thought as they were so busy food would take a while once ordered but I was wrong food and orders were taken in good time and it was delicious..couldn't fault it as this has to be the busiest branch in the Midlands.

Wagamama’s is the place you love to go to when you’re in a rush but want great food. We were here shopping and decided to visit for a quick afternoon meal. Drinks and food order was taken quickly. The food they serve is always fresh and full of flavour, and at this branch they didn’t let us down. Bellies full we were off shopping again within the hour.
