Lovely coffee. Nice staff. A little slow but worth the wait. The frappes are so nice and the cakes are indulgent. I would use it again.

The shopping centre looked closed when I walked through the bus station market area and having Sen some awful reviews of this costa I wa resigned for the worst. However the service was quick the products as I would expect. Two young male employers polite and warm. One offered to carry my tray when he saw my walking stick. It’s clean. Music playing in back ground. Not at all busy but that’s the area’s fault not the establishment.

I visited on the 29th and this place has really gone downhill, the place used to be lovely with lovely staff. The lad serving looked absolutely miserable, no proper greeting or anything, then he proceeded to give me a gingerbread latte instead of a caramel one and he burnt the milk so it tasted foul. It was that hot that it took 10 minutes to cool enough to drink and by the time I’d tasted the gingerbread I had to attend an appointment so couldn’t come back, not that I think he’d take too kindly too it. The Frappe I ordered my sister didn’t taste like it normally does too, and he made the drinks in the weirdest and most inefficient way. I’d had my drink for 5 minutes by the time the frappe was done and there was nobody before us etc.

I have never been in this Costa coffee shop before, but was with my granddaughter and went in as a treat. Our drinks were fine but the cake she had was dry. Staff were friendly, but as I stood waiting I was able to observe the cleanliness of the working area and I have to say it was disgusting. The cupboards were filthy and there was stuff everywhere nothing looked clean. At this point I had ordered our drinks but had I looked before this at the areas I would have left. The seating areas for customers were not clean either but we managed to find a table that was ok. I certainly will not be going back and I think the management in this coffee shop need to look at the reviews and take note.

Dirty, food on most chairs yet had just opened so yesterdays filth! Inside & outside tables for the 4 visits are left for customers to wipe off into the floor this is a lazy management issue not the staff. Embarrassment Costa!

Awful Costa we won’t be back it was absolutely filthy. Their were flies and midges everywhere. The staff were friendly enough but the cleanliness of this store is shocking. The toilet was awful it was dirty and their was no toilet paper. We left our drinks as the cups were filthy and we were distracted by the midges.

Dreadful! Understaffed and filthy dirty 1st thing in the morning! The guy put the lid to my coffee next to a cloth that he had just wiped down the side with! Also not offered a size of drink, the automatically give you a large if you don’t ask!

It's a nice Costa coffee but never have the drink I want in stock. They run out of cream alot too. Avoid and go to better Costa's

We are frequent visitors to this restaurant,but not for much longer , unless it is cleaned properly and the little flies are got rid of.Food and drinks ok but flies keep landing on your food not acceptable and has been going on for a long time.

Went here yesterday, staffs were ok , but not clean , we sat in the corner by the door, there was lots of feas and little fly’s in the window flying around so won’t be going again

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Three staff were having a chat serving one customer behind us, whilst we cleared away used cups etc! The sofa seating was possibly the most filthy I have ever seen. The only reason we stayed was because we already had our order

I’ve been here a few times as it’s the easiest Costa to get to and it has a drive through but I’m never happy! Whenever I ask for a shot of syrup you can’t taste it. I’ve then started asking for two shots and still can not taste anything!

Visit costa coffee Cannock regularly, always good service from the staff. Can be a bit slow at times as queues are sometimes out the door but that would be the same anywhere. Coffee is always served nice and hot and always great tasting. Shop is always kept clean and welcoming - would definitely recommend a visit.

Costa Coffee is a great place for a brew and light snack. They do offer sandwiches and such but nothing if you are lactose intolerant or vegan. I had the flapjack and it was the perfect snack to tie me over for tea. I love the big comfy chairs at this location. They sit in front of the windows, it’s a great place to relax and watch people. I saw a lot of negative reviews about the staff. Hopefully they’ve straightened everything out because the staff were decent when we called in.

We have been here a few times and the standard is generally good. The queues can sometimes be a bit long and tables can take a while to be cleaned however that said the quality of the food and drinks are very good. I feel it's one of the best Costa Coffee's I have been in to. Location is good and parking plentiful. Will definitely return.

I've used this place before but it seems they must have some new staff of maybe they just wanted to go home early. I had been walking my dog and went to Costa so that i could sit outside with a coffee and my dog. When i arrived, an hour before the place closed, all the table and chairs had been taken inside. I asked the staff if i could bring my dog in but was told 'No' (Although you CAN take them into Starbucks - worth a try next time). When i asked about the chairs i was told they had been brought in as they closed soon. I told them they shut in an hour and was inform that was 'soon' and they would not be putting any out. Left and went somewhere else as, clearly, they wanted to finish on time.

Popped in just for a quick hot chocolate. Most of the days were unoccupied and stocked up with dirty cups. Tables sticky not cleaned. The lady charged me for 3 medium HC’s I asked for 2 small. The toilets are disgusting not cleaned I would say for most of the day. Not a pleasant experience

Visit this cafe regularly and always receive a warm welcome and great service. Even though it’s part of a national chain the coffee always seems to taste better here.

Visited the drive through for a coffee and have to say it was great service. I’ve been to a few costas recently and this is the best.... not as welcoming as Hednesford for great for the drive through.

Had two cappuccinos and two cakes, came to over £10!!! Queue was long and the staff were not customer friendly. Won't be going there again!

Pop in for coffee when I am visiting family. Usually busy but I have a alwayys found a seat! Usual Costa fayre!

Every time I visit this Costa there is never enough staff on and the queing time is ridiculous. If you want a quick coffee morning before work this is not the place come.

Staff are very friendly and drinks are great quality! Cakes are lovely. Well worth the money in my opinion.

There are some really nice drinks they do for Christmas a Black Forest chocolate with cream and sauce chocolate chips and marshmallows yummy

Everything is fine with this branch of Costa no better or worse than any other. . The only comment I want to make is during my 30 mins there not one member of staff smiled. either at each other or customers. A smile is so important to the customer experience I can't imagine what's wrong to make the staff so miserable. Thank goodness the coffee is fab otherwise you wouldn't go back

The normal service and prices you get from a Costa. Prices are a little high for what you get but they do have a selection of food and drinks. Struggled to get a seat but you generally do in all Costa's.

No soy un gran bebedor de café, pero este lugar es ideal para reunirse con amigos, estar en el centro. Sirven una buena variedad de bebidas diferentes, no sólo de café. El lugar tiene un ambiente agradable y no te importa si te sientas allí durante una hora con una bebida.

Vamos aquí cuando vamos al centro comercial es muy popular entre jóvenes y viejos, su suerte si puedes conseguir un asiento

Stop off on long journey. Bought a coffe and a cheese toastie. Toastie was £3.99. Thinnest slice of ham I have ever seen and a minnimal amount of cheese. £3.99 . . . .really.

When upon arriving in the shop the young lady was quite abrupt asking what we wanted....then just took order money and left us standing...When the drinks were ready yhat lady however was nice held the door open too for me to carry drinks out to my dad. We both enjoyed our drinks however they were slightly cold not the hottest either.....but overall was a nice visit but the staff need to cheer up!!!!! X

Nice coffee but costa-narm-and-leg compared to the cafe in the tesco's next door or the local cafe's a short walk away. But if money is no object their coffee is nicer (as it should be.)

It's a costa coffee, prices are the same and they there are never enough seats, cakes are 10times what you pay in a supermarket.Yet people keep going back?

Popped in for a drinks round for work, staff friendly and shop spotlessly clean, plenty of Parkin available and quick efficient service

Met up with a client for a quick meeting in this branch. I use Costa a lot and usually they're pretty good but not this branch. 15 minutes in a queue of 4 people to get 3 drinks, including 1 soft drink already in a bottle and no apology. It seems they can only serve 1 customer at a time and don't move on to the next customer until their order is complete. And there were 4 staff! The 2 horrid screaming children didn't help either, about which their parents did precisely zero.

I like this Costa as it is central to Cannock Centre and you can sit outside in the warm weather and watch the passers by. Good coffee and great food.

Excellent range of coffee. They also have soya milk! Very limited range of non-dairy sweets. Service is excellent.

I use Costa all the time as like to collect their loyalty points and because I absolutely hate the ethos of Starbucks! Never been to the Cannock one before. The staff were very friendly and helpful and tables clean. The only gripe is that they only have one loo a disabled one which was so well used it began to stink. I don't blame the staff as its a problem at a lot of Costa's.

This is my favourite Costa coffee and also my daughters. Staff are attentive, drive thru fast and coffees always served to a high standard. Great place to meet and have a catch up. The baby changing facilities also good.

Always friendly, swift and efficient service. Have eaten in and drive through and both equally as good. Even get free samples of cake. Lovely.

Visited today, struggled into the restaurant with my baby in arms and realised I had left my purse in the car. The member of staff offered to watch my things while I fetched it. She then helped me get a high chair, took my order while another person brought it me and then he helped me fix the straps in the high chair. He then took the food and brought it back to me, he was very helpful. Lovely place and very child friendly

Visited here in a damp Saturday afternoon, with quite a lot of luggage. I received really nice service having a tea and some cake. Big thanks to Joe for his excellent service.

Service was good, but like all costa's if it's busy you may as well go somewhere else.Lots of seating and as expected lots of coffee.

Went in on a busy Friday afternoon and managed to get a table which hadn't been cleaned I get that as it was busy albeit no queue at the counter so you have to question what the staff were doing.Went to use the toilet which is shared and it did not look like it had been cleaned in a week there was urine everywhere on the seat on the floor the sink was filthy and the whole experience was not good. I won't be returning fast or will stick to takeaway coffees in future. Disgusting

Always fantastic service- very polite! It is very quick as well. The food and drinks are delicious, a little on the pricier side, but i think its worth it. Only downfall would be that there are always dirty mugs and plates left out for ages before the staff clear them up.

This is an excellent place to take a break when shopping. The coffee is consistently good. The service never varies. It is possible to sit within the shop or directly outside in the seating area(but still protected from the bad weather )

Be here today for a coffee ex large as normal, nice to sit indoors or outdoors if I've got the dog lol

Went here on Saturday with my husband. We only had hot chocolate but I was standing in the queue for 20 minutes and there were only 4 people in front of me. There seemed to be a lot of staff milling about but they appeared to be doing very little. The drive through customers seemed to be getting served far quicker than customers inside. Although the surroundings are quite pleasant, I doubt I will be paying another visit to this branch, unless I use the drive through.

Very friendly staff. It was nice to see how they helped some senior citizens, explaining the different types of coffee. And how to select the food that they required. Told them to take a seat and Broughttheir selection to them. Well done to the staff

Good Costa as new, the coffee is lovely the creamy coolers had to be sent back but they redid them and was nice Awkward place to get into though as had to go round the roundabout to come back in yourself

I don't tend to go here unless I'm meeting someone that does. I think costa on the whole is over priced. However we had a nice pot of tea and a chat in a nice atmosphere. It's alright if you like that sort of thing.

It`s Costa. it`s a chain, overpriced rancid produce. Do yourself a favour and go to a proper local and privately run cafe!

Its part of a huge chain, youre not going to get a personal well delivered service. But! The lady who served us was really friendly and offered to bring our drinks over rather than make me wait. We were served quickly. They were very busy which would explain uncleaned tables but why cant customers clean up after themselves? Its not hard.

Ideal for a quick stop and bite to eat. The service was average if honest, even though a quieter time of day. The food presentation and prep was slow and not good. But, served it's purpose. Coffee, lunch and go ...

This coffee that I received was despicable is cost me £7 for a cookie and I was outraged- plus after waiting 15 minutes in a cue with a broken arm I was finally served by a lady who looked like a monkey and had an attitude problem. This coffee place was disgraceful I will from now on eat my cookies from subway l. OUTRAGED

Right in the town nice to sit out side and watch the world go by you are under cover so it don't matter if it's raining out side nice seating areas inside but very popular so lucky if you can get a seat in there they do a nice lemon muffin

The staff are never very friendly and last time I came here I ordered an earl grey tea and the hot water smelt and tasted like sewer water. Absolutely disgusting. Could not drink it whatsoever. Put me off ever coming back to be honest. The ques are always long too.The Costa in hednesford is a lot better and the staff friendlier so worth it to take a trip up there.

Costa at Hednesford is always excellent and I expected the same in Cannock. Late afternoon and quiet. However, tables and floor were dirty and staff stood around talking. Costa are normally better than than this. Coffee was good as always, but expectations not fulfilled.

I had two gentlemen serving me, Adam and Matt. Both were extremely polite and were working hard to reduce the queue. Will definitely go again.

I go to costa often and I am never disappointed. The staff are always polite and the food and drinks are always spot on (besides the strawberry iced lemonade, which can sometimes be flavourless) and it's nice just to have a nice drink and a cake however would be better with free wifi. The products are quite pricey but clearly this has nothing to do with this establishment but has to do with the whole running of Costa in general.

I like costa a lot and also purchase costa pods to enjoy at home, the food and drink is very good but also quite pricey not ideal if you're on a budget, id like to see more offers. The Cannock Costa is a little on the small side so not always a pleasant experience if very busy as theres always people queuing which blocks the shop up a bit.

Last Tuesday i visited this shop by chance after some guy i was arguing on the Interent asked to meet me at Costa Cannock. The service, latte and my cake was top notch and the bloke never turned up but i got jumped outside by a lad shouting 'IB till i die' like football hooligans

I am in Costa a few days a week, because they have the best coffee and cakes around. Not the cheapest but the best quality and that`s what I want!

Costa Cannock is my local and visit nearly every week. Always had fantastic service. As a Whitbread employee my discount card is a bonus otherwise it would get very expensive. The only 2 little grumbles I have is there is the place is not big enough so there is not enough seating .. The the other is I don't drink hot drinks so I always have an iced lemonade but the stopped selling strawberry iced lemonade which is my favourite.

I would like to take this opportunity to feedback to a member of staff called Demi at the Costa service in Cannock. She was helpful, considerate and her service skills were amazing, what a nice presence to have at 6:30 in the morning, a service with a smile.

Costa is costa what can I say. The only differential in various towns is the staff. I can honestly say all staff were well trained and very pleasant and a credit to the town. Many cannock venues suffer from inferior staff. Not here. Costa cannock is well run, clean and friendly.

This is a very pleasant little costa coffee in Cannock you can sit outside and it's still under cover so you can watch the world go by. The coffee was loverly and as always you can have a nice little snack.

Visit this store atleast once a week staff are always friendly and full of smiles even when busy. The shop is always lovely and clean and tables are never left long once empted. The food is always to a very good standard and always arrives promptly. I would recommend this costa to any body just the job if your meeting a friend for coffee or lunch. Good job guys!

Like sitting in a goldfish bowl and coffee was bitter. All food was pre-packed and cakes were uninspiring. Not much of an atmosphere.

I've visited this branch on several occasions now, lovely latte great cappuccino Only ruined by the fact on each occasion there has been men hanging around outside in an agitated state waiting for a fight from members of a so called bite club who have challenged them to a modern day duel.On the upside the carrot cake was divine.

Cannock Costa is a nice place to meet with friends or just for a quick bite to eat. The service is very good. However the major problem is when it's busy I am sticking waiting for a table and sometimes by time I have waited for a table my food has gone cold.

Cannock Costa is , as with all others in the chain, a place serving good, if slightly expensive coffee and snacks. What it serves is good, but similar products can be purchased cheaper elsewhere.

I don't drink I don't smoke so this is my local.the staff are very friendly and know my order every time I go in(4 times a week) in my humble opinion they do the best coffee.

All good, the usual good quality Costa fare. The only small niggle is they don't always have newspapers to read, which I love as I often go in alone.
