Items I ordered were missing when my order arrived. Maybe staff cannot read ??

Dumped on doorstep rather than handed over. Items missing.

The courier was extremely late then rang to say he couldn’t find my house even after clear concise directions

Waffle Fries were a bit soggier than I'd have liked bu hey, that's just the nature of delivery, they tasted good. Nacho Chicken Bites were great and the Churro was lovely (though missing the Caramel Sauce dip, annoyingly). The Chicken Wrap however tasted awful, absolutely stone cold and made me gag to try and eat it.

Terrible. Waited over an hour for my order despite the eta been 20-40 mins. Driver didn’t deliver to my address didn’t receive my food and all the app told me was that it was delivered. Phone number at the shop doesn’t work

Absolutely awful, if I could give zero stars I would, food was awful will not be touching another subway after the experience I had.

Absolutely shockingly bad!! Got delivered the wrong order completely and then the store phone number doesn't even work to resolve the issue! Completely ridiculous. I'm fuming and I'm sure the other person with thw wrong order will be too!

The salad is always top notch from this branch! Super generous with the toppings and really fresh. Delivery can be hit or miss - but on this occasion was really quick

Messed up the entire order, asked for toasted and it was freezing cold and the subs were the completely wrong subs my daughter is allergic to cucumber and it was put on her sub, this is unacceptable especially when it cost £30 +

Order wrong sent 6 inch instead of foot long food cold

Not happy at all, had to wait nearly 2 hours before the app even stated the driver is collecting my food. I've tried to call and the number is invalid how the hell are you supposed to phone and find out where your food is with an invalid number? Sort your sh** out. And over a two hour wait for food is not acceptable at all.

This subways always been top standard but has now got even better since refurb. Never seen such a clean place. Staff are class aswell.

Always have a salad from subway but the last 2 I have had have been awful, salad wilted & half a box given with a pinch of food, really dissatisfied & disappointed. Will not be buying from there again.

Best sandwich I've had from here in a while. Well made and so fresh. I used to work at subway so my standards are high. I'm nearly always left disappointed. Nothing personal, just me. Not today. Thank you. Well worth the money.

Put hot food on cold drinks so food was cold and drinks got warm

The staff here were really nice. Officially, now our favourite subway. There was loose meat in the cheese, and as a vegetarian, that's a full-on, no no.. the staff member understood and did not make me feel stupid or a pain. She fetched a fresh tub of cheese to ensure no contamination.

Might have been on time but was missing the most expensive part of the order so for the reason I’m asking for a refund and will be putting in a complaint.

Food has not been delivered to me

You can never have too many jalapeños and olives and this branch were not shy when I asked for more, the cost of a foot long is not far off a tenner now so being able to get exactly what you want is good rather than being limited to set menu items. Getting rid of the Hot Chilli sauce is a bad idea, luckily this branch still had some in reserve.

I put new air conditioning in shop Friendly staff , food and service is great specially thanks to Raj I definitely recommend this place

Delivery was on time, however the food was terrible! I was missing one item and both of the subs I ordered didn’t come with cheese on and were stone cold. Never again subway you’ve let me down

Sub’s were ordered toasted and came cold. Taste wise cannot fault just a shame they were cold. Hash browns were cold and cheese bites luke warm at best

The sub that should have been toasted, wasnt toasted so my son wouldnt eat the cheese as it wasnt melted. Cookie and drink missing
