canceled the order after an hour of waiting for any update

Quick collection, but missing salad off one sub and both subs were not toasted at all. Freezing cold when collected

Disappointed that I didn't receive my hash browns. Otherwise good.

I ordered two footlong meals and only received the sandwiches and not the drinks, cookies and crisps

Food was awful. Wrap was stale and hard! Pizza inedible and the wrong topping. Hash browns were burnt

I'd like to thank Sam and Ashlea for their exceptional customer service when dealing with a slight issue with an order that I'd placed for delivery. The issue was dealt-with professionally and efficiently, with the right dash of humour and light-heartedness that is welcomed when such issues arise. Unfortunately, the Subway feedback form appears to not be working right now - but will ensure that this is fed-back through the official channel once it's operational again!

Ordered a wrap and a 6inch sub, neither of them came with any meat on when we both ordered them to have meat on

Food cold and not the correct filling

Delivered quickly but food ‘thrown’ together resulting in one sandwich falling apart as not correctly toasted. Dietry requirements not followed.

Didn’t get the order right and was cold

Subway Cannock quality met a guy called Rash amazing guy hands on even came over to me and family who took 2mins out to make sure we was happy with our meal and if could do anything more for us… later found out he was the boss. Wow

Ordered as it said 15-30 mins. Time kept changing & it took 1 hour by which time we were leaving to go out. Food was cold. One not even toasted.

While visiting the Cannock branch, Sam served us I was with a service user from work and another member of staff, Sam went above and beyond to meet out service users food needs, he is so lovely and polite, he really is a asset to the subway Cannock branch

We always order from this subway as we find its the best and freshest however I'm not sure what happened today but they sent me a 6inch sub with no salad. Just cheese and mayonnaise 😅

I've received a dry salad. I ordered garlic and herb sauce and there's non a salad without sauce isn't enjoyable

They did not have the bread I ordered but were kind enough to phone and ask what bread I would like instead. Very good service would order again.Very polite delivery person too.

Waffle Fries were a bit soggier than I'd have liked bu hey, that's just the nature of delivery, they tasted good. Nacho Chicken Bites were great and the Churro was lovely (though missing the Caramel Sauce dip, annoyingly). The Chicken Wrap however tasted awful, absolutely stone cold and made me gag to try and eat it.
