Went for my husbands birthday with the family we were greeted with a warm welcome from Zoie all the staff are lovely and the food was lovely nothing to much trouble xxx

Lovely cooked and continental breakfast today. Very accommodating for our varying dietary needs. The man who served us today, did so with a smile and made us feel welcome.

Just left this restaurant what a lovely family friendly place. All staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble, restaurant was spotless and good food. Will definitely visit again.

There were bowls, spoons, plates. When asked for more the girl brought out 2 bowls. The bacon and mushrooms were so full of grease it was swimming on my plate. By 10.15 there was no fresh fruit. It was busy which is why I've given an extra star.

We are regulars here and have to say the staff are always lovely and friendly, provide a good service without overdoing it. The food is served in good time and is good quality. Nothing not to like here for us who go for lunch and evening meals at random.

Never been to this Brewers before but it was very pleasant and has lovely staff.

The food is ok but there were quite a few items missing from the menu which is not good. It was said this was due to the menu changing in a few weeks, but one of the items was the house salad which made no sense and no bananas for the banoffee cheesecake. The restaurant has definitely seen better days.

This brewers fayre is definitely started to improve again over the last couple of years. Today we went in very last minute to get breakfast for my dad's birthday as we had spent 45 minutes being messed about at another buffet breakfast place near norton. A table was quickly found for us, there was a good range of food and drink always available and if it wasn't, Lauren would have it sorted in a flash. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and when I went to thank them for saving my dad's birthday breakfast, Lauren was ever so kind and brought him some chocolate over which made his day.

Lovely little pub, food was good value for money. Had a fee items on menu not available.

Went here with the family for a wedding dinner on the 1st and it was excellent. 24 of us went and we were all very pleased with everything here. The food, the atmosphere and the lovely waitresses. Special thanks to Claire and Sinead for being lovely and helpful throughout the whole time. Will be going again soon

We often go there at lunchtime with the office. Food is always great value and great tasting. Claire is mega helpful and a good laugh! Would definitely recommend.

Me and my mate stopped off here for breakfast while we were on business in the area. The food was delicious - beautifully cooked to order. And nice and hot. The service was excellent. Tammy was helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed our visit, so much so that we returned for coffee and soft drinks in the afternoon on our way home to Lincolnshire. Will definitely return if we are in the area again.

Warm welcome, staff very friendly. Place was clean & tidy. Took an age to place order and get served at the bar, they really need two people serving. Very limited vegetarian options. Food was ok nothing special chips were awful and very small portions for the price. Three of us had desserts and they were tiny. Our bill for 4 people was £80 so quite expensive for a lunchtime meal of meagre proportions. Wouldn't return I'm afraid as much better quality food and decent portions at other pubs in Cannock who don't charge the earth.

Great staff especially Maddie and the newly married couple (sorry I can't be certain of their names but they got married just after Mothering Sunday.

Stayed at the premiere inn and have come here for breakfast. Classic premier inn breakfast, can’t fault it. The lady who served us was fantastic, service was amazing. Super friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be here again, thank you 🙌🏼

We dined in we all Found the food to be overcooked I had the smothered chicken and bbq sauce there was hairdryer and sauce on chicken Chips were very dry Asked for a medium steak and that was well cooked Won’t be eating Brett again

Food was OK. But it is a bit pricey for an ok meal. Service was slow (at the bar)... 1 person serving and it was a lengthy process for some reason

Friendly staff food was absolutely excellent

The place was busy and as with all hospitality staffing is always at a minimum BUT they managed to still provide a great service and were very friendly. At the price point and offers they have the food is very good value and of a good standard. Are you looking for fancy food? Then this isn't your place. Are you looking for grub that will fill you and tastes good? Go here. Will come again. P.s. great for kids.

We were at the orbital for my moms 82nd birthday . The safe were amazing with my mom. The service was really good, first a birthday drink, then a pudding with a candle. And sang happy birthday to her. It made her feel special. Thank you . As for the food, they just need to work on the chips. They were not good .

A party if eight we had a lovely enjoyable carvery. The only complaint was that there were no green vegetables except for peas. Would have been a great improvement to see broccoli or sprouts offered. Good choice of sweets. Overall we were impressed enough to book again for my 80th birthday in May.

I appreciate they have had a busy bank holiday weekend ...so we were informed that they had ran out of burgers...we wern't that fussed tbf.My daughter had a vegetarian option which looked ok.My partner ordered the mixed grill...which looked ok.I ordered the Ribs & Chicken combo,Chips,coleslaw and salad.It arrived with No Coleslaw?.So i questioned it...(because i wanted the coleslaw).My reply....."we havn't got any coleslaw...thats why you have got the salad..do you want me to take it off".😱 And....well....lets just say the £4.49 side order of garlic bread could not be shared between 3 of us !!!Shocking!!.My meal was £16.49 for chicken,ribs,chips,coleslaw And Salad!!!!😱

Booked in,was greeted,by friendly member of staff and shown to our table immediately. Food was excellent quality and piping hot and many options available to suit ourselves. Great value for money. It never fails to please us. Wouldn't go anywhere else for breakfast.

This is the first time we have visited this restaurant and I was really impressed, mainly due to the excellent customer service received. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by a member of staff called Lauren, who had fantastic customer service skills from start to finish. Friendly, attentive and welcoming. The drinks were great and the food was too. We went at lunch time and there was a great menu to choose from at a reasonable price. The food was very hot, well presented and came promptly. We will be visiting again. Thank you.

Had a decent meal however we ordered a side of cheesy garlic bread to share, it came out and we got two pieces, which is fine but when checked the price was absolutely discusted that it was priced up at £4.50. I queried this with the bar staff as i thought we should have had at least four slices for the price and she apologised and said no that is it two slices for £4.50. Won't be ordering that again

Where do i begin , our family were out for a celebratory lunch for my Dads 91st Birthday how wonderful when they brought out a brandy , bar of chocolate and a card and wished him happy Birthday . My two Autistic Grandsons always feel at home here , nothing is to much trouble food was excellent and we didn’t feel at all rushed . So thank-you for being part of the wonderful memories of Dads Birthday.

We had not booked a table for Saturday lunch time, which when greeted by Chloe was not a problem at all. Very friendly lady who showed us to a nice table in the conservatory. We ordered our meals which came quickly and which were delicious as they always are, as we are regular visitors. Brewers fayre at Cannock Orbital is a good value for money eatery along with super staff, who go the extra mile to make your visit special.

Had a lovely meal at the orbital Aaron was very welcoming and the food was fantastic will deffinatley be returning and recommend

Absolute rip off, bloody awful service, terrible portion sizes . Walked in told that we could only sit at the back and order a carvery , booked online whilst stood at the counter and miraculously we were aloud into the restaurant part where we had been told there was no tables and then greeted by the site of at least 6 empty tables. We then ordered food I had a bacon and cheese burger and doubled up, paid nearly 15 quid for it , for a burger that would be overshadowed by a Big Mac and the 14 small fries I got served with the poxy burger didn’t touch the sides. Needless to say I won’t be returning nor would I be recommending, word from the wise, save your money and go to McDonald’s , you won’t wait half an hour there for your food . Absolute shambles! Never again!

Was told there were no tables on our visit today. Even when offering to sit in the bar and split up our family group of 10 I was told this wouldn’t be possible as the bar would be busy later even though it was empty at 5:30pm when we arrived. The male waiter we spoke to was rude and didn’t know how to do his job. We were treated awfully and told there was nothing he could do to seat us. . Will not be returning.

Had the carvery. Meat was dry, cauliflower cheese was sub par. Roasted were OK though.

We went for a family meal and wasn't disappointed. Not only was food fantastic but also staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. Just what we needed with a 2 and 4 yr old. Will definitely be returning. Good quality food and such a great establishment.

20 of us for a birthday meal, and we couldn't fault the service at all. All the food came out at the same time, everyone enjoyed their food and the 2 people that served our table (leah and masson) were fabulous, very efficient very friendly and always polite. We couldn't falt anything.

Pie - nothing special served with chips and peas ( basic nothing special) Burgers x2 - portions adequate but not huge ( teenager still hungry) Popcorn chicken- small portion but adequate for a 4 year old Waited a longtime for desert Childs chocolate brownie was hot ( 4 year old - no warning), sticky toffee pudding nice and adult knickerbocker glory ok. Waiter service- didn’t ask if the meal was ok. Asked twice if we’d ordered desert ( we would have left but had paid) Not the best experience- cheap and ok (£78.00 excluding drinks)

Really disappointed in this visit. Booked for my daughter to join us after visiting my son after op new year's Day. This is a place we visit regularly. Restaurant was quite empty which was fine for us . Unfortunately what we had to eat really wasn't anything like normal. My daughter had drink her glass was really dirty. We had shared platter which was really over done , and not nice to eat. This the first time for any type of complaint always been great. Seemed no senior person to overlook anything. We will attend again . We will visit again, but hopefully it wont be as it was this afternoon.

Well, my previous review has been changed! Came for breakfast on Saturday morning... food was excellent and staff couldn't do enough... it was a bit chaotic due to the Big Man being in the building but the staff kept everything moving smoothly and always with a smile on their faces. Would definitely recommend for breakfast, and an amazing choice too. Good value for money.

Breakfast with Santa this morning , so dissapionting Santa had a cushion under his coat , food service area was dirty seating area dirty food all over the floor , toilets dirty and smelt , staff were not helpful at all there was no customer service or care , we have been before for same event and was never disappointed so want be returning and to charge £7.99each child and for them to receive £1.50 selection box disgusting some familiys have saved hard for this treat , no Christmas magic for children at all

Went to The Orbital for lunch today. The staff were absolutely amazing including Lauren and Becky and the lady manager was also fabulous. They are so welcoming. The Orbital has great offers on and the food comes out fresh and hot. Highly recommend you visit...
