Subway in Cannock Chase

why does it take 3 people to make a sandwich and then another worker on the till, they make it so much more difficult having to communicate from one to another between 4 people for a order confusing them selves. that’s just besides the food, it was “toasted” and was like someone put it in a microwave the meat was still cold and bread slightly warm and the portion sizes were so minimal. then to make it even better the bread was like a flatbread it was thin and horrible,

Won’t be going here again. Didn’t look very hygenic at all, as the chicken tikka had grated cheese and chunks of bread in it. The knife used to cut my sandwich didn’t look very clean, and my sandwich was not wrapped up properly. As I had left the store I noticed my sandwich was half exposed due to it not being wrapped properly. Will try another Subway from now on.

The location is good and parking is free. The staff while always polite never seam happy.

Ordered two salads via a takeout app 08/06/24 - the portions received for the money were utterly abysmal. Service in-store is normally fair, but avoid using for delivery and choose a different branch.

Considering their job is just to make sandwiches... they're not very good at it. Don't bother calling to complain about an order as you'll be branded a liar.

Ordered a gluten free footlong and a six inch meal deal. When thw food arrived the sandwiches were completely wrong. Rang the restaurant and was told to request a refund on just eat as sandwiches had gone somewhere else and driver won'tcome back. Had to throw food away because of the need for gluten free. Maybe they should be more careful when packing the orders. Terrible service

I was next to be served. From then on I stood there for nearly 10 minutes with 3 staff behind the counter. I waited patiently to place my order whilst one member of staff was stood putting sandwiches in the toaster waiting for them to finish and then putting another in. Not once did anyone say “be with you shortly” etc. no apology for the wait. Could’ve started my sandwich or spoke to me at the very least. I asked if anyone was serving, in which, the lady responded with “I’ll finish these first if that’s ok?”. I just felt the absolute basics of customer service wasn’t met. Didn’t acknowledge me once.

Popped in to grab lunch (I went for the steak and cheese & an apple tango, my fave) & was served by two young smiley women. Food was great & service was even better! I’ll definitely be coming back, thanks subway hednesford!

Visited today and would like to say I was served by to lovely ladys ,very polite and jolly ,food was excellent,will be going back ,very good customer service

Ordered the steak melt service was very polite and quick the staff have a good sense of humour and food was hot and delicious highly recommend

I have just brought two salads turkey both with double meat and grated cheese, the first guy was lovely, when our bowls were passed to Jerome for filling , when I say I could count the lettuce pieces that is no exaggeration, they are the worst salads we've ever had from a subway. He wasn’t interested in doing his job at all. I tipped my salad into my husbands salad to make one. So realistically it cost us over £12 for one salad! Shocking. How you can justify this is beyond me. We use subway a lot, this has to be the worst. Jerome in my opinion needs retraining if not sacking.

Just order two salads on just eat got to be the worst salads from a subway I ever seen the salad in the box did not cover the bottom when I phoned subway to complain they told me that is how they come with no salad in 😡😡 customer service 0 now got to wait for refund

Absolutely awful food lol ordered to my house on Uber eats they put the wrong salad on my food , the hashbrowns were litterally chewy and cold and the cookies had a date covered over with a date saying that they go out of date after today

Order from here a couple of times a week and yet when they get an order wrong they become unhelpful and argue that there was cheese put on when there was no cheese and it would have melted when toasted but it wasn't even toasted. Poor customer service and having a go at a customer is unacceptable.

Very fast service here & the guy behind the desk does several things at once and never loses track of what he's doing. Very impressive!

Food is mediocre at best, generally bland, like they removed salt or something from the products and frequently cold. Don't bother ordering delivery, always stone cold. Also burn the meatballs by not stiring them when microwaved, like eating gravel. Extremely off-putting I used to like them but won't order any more.

Good food helpful friendly service

Went to get a subway today for a good friend of mine, who's lad loves the sandwiches, but has no subway near their town, so I made a request today for it to be sorted separately, Manmeet, who served me, was so professional and polite and really helped me out. I know it's not a big ask, but some others can be quite moody about other requests and I was very impressed with his attitude and professionalism, well done Manmeet, you've made a young man very happy without the soggy bread, thank you

Asked for a wrap but when the meat was warmed in the microwave she used paper wich disolved into the meat, when i asked if she could do it fresh with the correct equipment she told me she dont need my custom with attitude and did not serve me worst customer service iv experienced in subway

Usually have a lovely meal from here… this evening we ordered from here as a midweek treat. The order arrived and it was wrong (completely wrong sauces on the orders and things added on the salads that we’d not asked for!) and missing items… called the restaurant to see about getting the missing items sent out to us to be told they couldn’t do this due to us going through a third party and that we need to go through them for a refund. We didn’t want a refund, we just wanted our items and correct order! We asked to speak to the manager and were told there wasn’t one on the premises… the girls on the phone seemed rather disinterested in offering a sincere apology or trying to rectify the situation in the slightest, instead being told they’d been very busy. Why should we have to go through a third party to receive a refund, in a few days time… when it was YOUR mistake, which YOU didn’t check before sending the order out?! We just wanted what we paid for… else we wouldn’t have ordered them. Quite a deflating end to something we were looking forward to.

Ordered a delivery. It became delayed. When it arrived, it was missing a drink. After phoning 8 times the phone was finally answered, and we were told that they could not send anyone out to deliver it, despite having paid £2.50 for a delivery, but would have to either collect it ourselves, or go on the website and get a refund. We felt like they were not bothered at all, and were absolutely no help. My partner went to collect the drink, meanwhile food went cold, and was not the best either. What a waste of money. Will be using another one next time.

My daughter (alexandra) placed an order this afternoon for 3 salad bowls etc, only 2 were delivered, when we phoned up they just said there is nothing we can do, phone uber eats who delivered it!! Not helpful at all, very bad after sales service, and salad bowls were half full not like they usually are, not a happy customer would not recommend.

It's a subway so you know what your getting. But the staff and service here is what makes the difference. I've been served by 3 or 4 different staff members all are some of the best I've come across.

Very clean. The staff are warm welcoming and very friendly. TJ and Emma are so nice nothing is too much trouble.

Faultless, staff friendly, very clean a good experience overall, we had a blt for breakfast and sausage and bacon with sauce, faultless and good coffee! Lunch a salad bowl with chicken and a chicken teriyaki roll both amazing! Definitely recommend!

Walked in when the beast from the east hit. Friendly staff, fresh food and good price.

Had some special offer vouchers so went to Subway at Hednesford with my two kids. Sandwiches were nice. Seating area needed a good clean there were crumbs and bits of food all over the tables, chairs and floor.
