Visited the Kiki Lounge in December with friends. Waiting staff polite and helpful. Table sticky and remained so after cleaning. Atmosphere lacking, just a big open room, not cosy. Cocktails were not up to standard and were undrinkable. Attitude and behaviour of bar manager was most unhelpful. This place is a world away from Kazbar where cocktails and atmosphere are top notch. Won’t be going back to Kiki Lounge and won’t recommend.

It's mcdonalds it all that you expect, the food was good but the site is awful. It has a drive through but very very limited parking possibly the worst I have found. Toilets were my bug near here, broken urinals and wet floors from leaks. No real space to add more parking as it was shoehorned in behind the garage.

The welcome was nice at the bar, drinks ordered and we sat at our reserved table. However, the tables, chairs and menus were all sticky to touch & not very pleasant to be sitting at. We placed our orders via the QR method which was nice to not have to get up to the bar. The meals took about 50mins before they arrived, unfortunately the lighter burger that I ordered was missing elements ( it didn't come with the Quinoa, brown rice and soy beans) I did ask politely if these came separately & the staff member went to ask. When the staff member returned she said they are out of Quinoa, so it just wasn't put on! The staff member did apologise and asked if I wanted any extra cheese, or bacon or salad. So I opted for bacon and cheese. However when the extra arrived I was given cheese and more salad! Two of our other burger meals sadly the burger buns were dry and hard to eat. So overall for a £91 food order for a birthday evening meal and to have issues with the quality/freshness and food missing. We are to say the least disappointed. Over £100+ spent (drinks were £30/40 in total extra to the food orders) is a lot to spend when it wasn't 100% I don't spent money lightly and this was a massive outlay for my family as a treat. It was disappointing.

All Morrisons cafes are the same. The same menu but it ends there. Wincanton has some good staff making your visit just a little better . Outstading value for money breakfasts. Never had a bad coffee. Credit where it's due , 5 stars from me

I’ve been a longtime customer of Domino’s, but my previous 2 time experiences have left me genuinely disappointed. It’s clear the company is making some questionable decisions, both in terms of customer service and overall direction. First, the customer service has taken a serious nosedive. I’ve encountered rude staff, delayed orders. On one occasion, my order was wrong they were not believed me and ask me to bring pizza back which i took and gave to them. When I called to report the issue, I was got juat another and no effort to make things right even no sorry or apologies. Second,It happened yesterday i ordered pizza and got delivery but the pizza wasn’t in good condition. i called domino back again but the Manager Behaviour was unacceptable. As far as costumer is concerned his way of dealing with me wasn’t good and he asked me to check it on dominos website it looks same as delivered but it wasn’t as i attached pictures down below. I asked him to deliver the pizza again but when i got the pizza second time , the manager asked me to return the initial order then only i will get the fresh delivery. Worse still, Domino’s seems more interested in flashy marketing than actual quality or consistency. They advertise new deals and tech features, but if the food doesn’t arrive properly and the staff doesn’t care, what’s the point? It feels like the company is prioritizing image over integrity. Domino’s used to be reliable comfort food. Now it feels like they’ve lost their way. I hope they take the criticism seriously and start putting customers first again.

Fresh and flavourful evening dinner on a sunny evening on the quay. I've never had a fillet steak Stroganoff before, but it was a ferfectly prepared luxury version of one of my favourite dishes. Front of house and waiter were a pleasure to deal with.

We popped in with two under 9s for something to eat- we were seated quickly, staff were all very friendly and helpful. The portions are large (neither child could finish theirs!) so could have shared one between two really! The children enjoyed it and sat happily with some colouring sheets while they waited. Will come again!
