a guy called george working on front counter was very rude and kept telling me to go away. i dont expect this service from anyone.

This is the second time that this restaurant didn’t get the order right. Missing drinks, gravy and the correct dips!! Fortunately got a refund from Uber :-)

Staff were impatient and rude, and didn’t have a good understanding of English as they kept picking up the wrong items. Then they tried to charge £20 for two sandwiches and a drink, so we pointed out that we’d never paid that much before for the same order, and they knocked it down to £17, but it still doesn’t feel right.

the food is very cold and not suitable for eating

Stopped for toilets and tea only. But can honestly say. The loos were nice and clean. The service to purchase tea was quick and friendly. I noticed a member of staff cleaning the floor of food left by a family!!!! Just quietly getting on with it. So that new visitors could enjoy their visit........ Impressed!!!!!
