My cookie was the wrong one ordered. Late and didn’t alert me of this

they really should change their estimated delivery time. it never arrives in that time and is always delayed. food tasted alright though

Ordered 1 footlong sub for pickup on the app, was given a pickup time of 20 minutes. Went to the shop at the pickup time given and my sandwich wasn’t even made and the 2 girls were just stood chatting and it wasn’t busy at all. Dont know why i even bothered to order pickup. Sandwich was decent though.

Was supposed to be delivered at 13:10 but was delivered at 13:40. Bread was soggy and cheese should have been nice and melted but had hardened. I also put “no tomato” for my sandwich but that wasn’t acknowledged.

more than happy to have an early order but why did you have a driver that lives 2 hours away?

Ordered via Just Eat app at 12:00, with an estimated deceiver time of 12:30-12:40. @ 1:00 called and was told driver was stuck in traffic and it would be soon. 1:15 just eat app shows delivered but no food. Called at 1:20 to be told order will be sent now with extras. No explanation of delivered status, advised food would be with us be 1:50. Just eat app updated to new delivery time of 2:10. At 2:30 no food. Called again to be advised store does not work via just eat!!! I called back 10 mins later. I’ll admit I got irate with the lad the phone “Tyler” who was very apologetic, and tried to help. He tried to call his manager (franchise owner) who refused to help. Asked for a refund, they couldn’t offer one!! I asked for the name of the person I had spoken to on the last 3-4 occasions (Asian woman) and why she had blatantly lied to me. The lad gave me her name and kept on apologising. Whilst I was in the phone, delivery arrived (2 hours late). Food was very cold, but generally ok. Will not be using Subway Tesco Yeovil again. Very rude and unhelpful (except Tyler). Wish I’d read the reviews first!!!

Says its been delivered but have received our food and been ringing the store just to he hung up on and not able to get through.

Ordered food at 1.48pm it’s now 3.21 pm and the food still hasn’t arrived

Didn’t have the drink I ordered but left a nice little note apologising and gave us full fat coke instead❤️

It was so late that I had already reported to just eat that it hadn’t come (after they reported it delivered twice). They hadn’t toasted the subs and they were on different breads. Nachos were so soggy there was no crispiness left at all. We got the wrong cookies that unfortunately I can’t eat. The only thing they got right was the drinks. And they told me on the phone there was a glitch on the system so it marked it as delivered instead of ‘on the way’ which wasn’t true.

they gave a delivery time as between quarter past and 25 to 7, they arrived at 25 to 8, they did at least call and say they were running 40 minutes late! when they came, they couldn't find my house that I had verified on the app and didn't bring all the items AND what we got was cold!

every time i order from here my order is delayed and then when it saids delievred it takes another half an hour for the driver to get here. i’m sorry but if you’ve chosen to be a driver then learn how to drive

Over 2 hour wait and my food has still not arrived. IM NOT HAPPY ONE BUT 35£ and can’t even deliver it the person on the phone wasn’t very helpful , they won’t answer the phone I’m actually disgusted

Requested no tomato on order notes and this was ignored. 6-inch was toasted when this was not requested. App said order arrived when it hadn’t. First time ordering through just eat and from subway and was very disappointed. Arrived relatively warm though so was impressed by this (as it is a 20minute drive from store)

Order was very late and the driver dropped it,and also brought cold food with thawed ice cream. He did not apologise for being late and seemed very stressed.No updates on delivery times were given. Terribly overpriced for terrible service.

All staff on mobile phones. The woman in today didn’t look up from her phone when I asked her a question and didn’t respond. The meal deal is deceptive. Advertised at “from” £3.99 but charged at £7.99. No explanation from staff. We are in the middle of a cost of living crisis. Just be honest. Subways longer term loss though as reputationally I wouldn’t rate or recommend this chain. They won’t have more of my money and my family won’t be coming here for food again.

After having to repeatedly call the restaurant and being hung up on. 2 hrs and 20 minutes later my food arrived cold and the bread being wrong . I will never order from these again

The app only lets me say it was 1 hour late, but actually it was almost 2 and a half hours late. Also missing items.

Received order which was wrong it was missing a 6 inch sub and sauce on salad so I called store, said they would send out a door long as an apology and sauce, the store closed half hour ago and still waiting for delivery.

My food still isn’t here , normally I wouldn’t complain but it originally said 7:35-7:55 and then said it would be a delay to then 8:20 and it’s now 8:35 and it’s still not here . Took 1.5 hours to arrive and the food was cold and was obviously waiting the entire time as the bread became quite soggy and the toasted sub was completely cold.

Very late. Said it was delivered but not do had to chase it up and wait another half hour. Son had wrong drink. Mine was wrong bread and wrong filling. All during a power cut and we were waiting for hot food.

Didn’t even get delivered. Phoned store and they said they would re send, then they stopped answering the phone and no delivery.

Food was burnt. Hardly any filling in the rolls. Provided us with the wrong bread type. Overall shocking quality.

Rubbish food, rubbish delivery. Was so excited to have subway finally delivering to here, but that was short lived. What’s the point in having a delivery instruction box for the delivery driver to not be able to read it?

To be honest this was the most disgusting experience rence I have ever had. I went into subway to grab my 6 inch sub only to hear a woman in the back getting sick all over the stuff. I immediately tried to get a refund for my sandwich and was refused. Fix your staff it’s really lacking in there and the place is filthy. Would rate -1 if I could do not recommend

Was over an hour late, food was stone cold when arrived and the food was like it was chucked in the bag. The bread was soggy.

LEANNE was incredibly rude, refused to acknowledge me, blunt responses and touched her face with the gloves she was wearing. Absolutely will not be returning. Spent £30 only to be treated like I was an inconvenience. (28/12/2023 @ 12:45)

Me and my partner come to subway for a bite to eat. The service was slow, and I had I had a salad. My partner had a sandwich I left and thought my salad box felt a bit light

Was supposed to arrive at 14:40 now gone past 16:20 and still nothing, have tried to ring 5 times for it to ring and cut off, wouldn't recommend to anyone to order there unless you want to have your money taken for no food.

Close to 2 hours late, food went in bin as wasn’t edible by the time it got here. Massive waste of time and money and will be contacting head office for refund should the store not provide action first

I’m very very cross as my order said it’s been delivered but it hasn’t been delivered to me. Now I’m hungry and have no food in the house so this takeaway was going to be enjoyed. Going to bed on an empty stomach now.

I ordered 4 triple chocolate cookies and only got 1, when it finally arrived, all of it was stone cold.

The woman serving was very rude. She failed to explain why I could have salad on my subway and huffed and puffed when I asked for olives. Wouldn’t recommend the new menu either as it’s obviously a reason to keep costs low and cut corners on quality. The sandwich was nice, but wasn’t satisfied with what you can/can’t have on it. Going back to the woman, the family served in front of me were allowed an array of salad where I was told I would be charged for it. I’ll be avoiding any Subway for a while.

Order was late, I had to chase for an update as the app thought the food had been delivered. Subway was cold and not very "toasted" for a toasted one. Unlikely to order Subway via JustEat app again.

Food took three hours to arrive. Complimentary item was a single bottle of Pepsi max. Request for some money back was declined. Missing items. Incorrect items. Ridiculous.

Great communication. Quick delivery just a really pathetic amount of salad. There was more sauce than salad.

To start with the order was 50 minutes late! All 3 subs we ordered were wrong! This is the 2nd time we’ve ordered and both times have been wrong! The 1st we dismissed as it was they’re 1st day doing online orders/delivery! But that was weeks ago and clearly nothing has improved! Avoid and go in unless you are happy to have incomplete/incorrect orders

Very promptly delivered to Thornford, an outlying village. Thankful for free, fast delivery out this far.

Very nice Subway. Didn’t have the cookie I ordered so sent me 2 different ones as a substitute. Delayed delivery but understandable as I live quite far away.

Delivery was 25 mins outside of the window, which wouldn't have been bad if the food was good. But it very much wasn't. Everything that was meant to be hot was cold, and everything that was meant to be cold/ cooled was warm. Overall, Abysmal doesn't even capture the experience. Wouldnt recommend.

Went in for lunch on a Thursday as an end of holiday treat rather then just grabbing a sandwich in the Tesco's downstairs. We normally love a Subway but this was a disappointing experience. We thought we would try a couple of the new sandwiches, ordering was ok, the staff told my son he couldn't add extra salad despite the giant sign above his head saying we could. Tried to politely explain, but sadly the gentleman's English was poor. We had a meal deal but found the drinks fountain only putting out fizzy water for many flavours. By this point I just wanted to survive the grubby tables and get out of there. Will stick to the supermarket sarnie next time.

It took 65 minutes from placing an order to receiving 2 baguettes

Been going here for years and after a terrible experience on Houndstone it was great to come back and find the same great subs and service at the ‘Tesco’ one, would recommend, certainly more expensive than it used to be, but the staff are friendly and they pack out the sandwiches well! 5*

Awful customer service, both the man and the woman (unsure if she was the manager) terrible hygiene by the man preparing the food and woman watched me struggle to pay by card (am in my 70's) as i was tapping it in wrong place which finally she pointed out, just pointed and looked at me with a look that made me feel very uncomfortable. Both appeared to be wishing to be anywhere but where they were. Needless to say wont be going again.

The subs were nice. However, they couldn't do any pizza slices, they'd run out of some bread types, no cucumber, no ice cream, 7up wasn't working and the other 'fizzy' drinks were flat.

One server working on his own . ( his 2nd server just called in sick ) queue but he just kept going and served older couple with patience and compassion and then served us all in super quick time. Productive and efficient Amazing 👏

Worse experience ever the male staff with a Pikachu tattoo on the right arm didn’t pay attention to what’s been said when ordering and also didn’t ask if we wanted them toasted or not and didn’t ask me if I wanted cheese but asked my partner and didn’t repeat the order back he always checked his phone when it rang while serving me and the customer service is really poor the way he spoke especially to another customer about a drink and always talking to the manager who was called Lisa and then they started to shout at each other and acting like they don’t give a stuff about the job. We won’t be coming back to this Subway again. While the manager was serving a customer the bloke came over and started talking about his personal life in front of them. He doesn’t have any good customer service at all where as me and my partner has 20 years together and we know how to give good customer service

The black haired woman that works here is genuinely one of the worst people I have encountered. She makes you feel like you've inconvenienced her by turning up. Closes early if she gets bored and even runs out with her friends whilst there are people waiting. If she's not sat around doing nothing she's on her phone. Never changes her gloves and has a downright awful attitude. God knows how she's kept her job.

I honestly have never been served by such a rude person, this man wasn’t wearing a name badge but It was 12/02/23 @ 1420. We asked for herbs and cheese and he just said ‘no.’ There’s none. No apology or anything just blunt as heck. I also asked for the pizzola and he said no, not done anymore and from experience in other BETTER subways, they normally offer to make it up anyway and just price it up, he said it’d cost an extra £3 and I then paid for it then I was like… what about the sauce and he was like ‘yeh not available at this time’ He made me pay for it to then tell me it wasn’t available???? He then basically threw the sub sideways to me without looking at us and walked to the next customer. I honestly don’t think I’ve been served by such an awful person, I wasn’t asking for the world 😂😂 absolutely never coming to this subway again

Went there today and the sandwiches were poorly made, all you could taste was onion couldn't taste anything else, the tables and floors were not sanitised and they never came out to sweep or clean tables but they were out back swearing and messing about. That's NOT what a customer should be hearing

The most rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. Worked in hospitality for years and I don’t agree with telling someone to wait because they’re sat ‘doing paperwork’ and by that I mean sat out the back eating food because they’re being too lazy to come and serve someone. Absolute vile human that needs to be sacked pronto. Literally sat in my car writing this. Never left a review on anything in my life before. But this definitely needs to be said for some representing this subway like that.

Rude customer service i ask veggie patty they said they don't do the then i ask again do u have anything vegetarian then 1 stuff fat guy he was rudely said what ever we have it's on display which is not a good customer service i do my self same job .very disappointed food was great customer but service very poor
