Recived poor quality of food . Decide to take it back . Food is good most of the time and chef is always happy to make a fresh one but the service their is absolutely rude , disgusting with no what so ever manners towards their customers. If someone takes back the food as he is not happy who has payed for it expects the food to be good.. In this case a girl that was serving us decide to have a conversation with myself that the food (watery sauce with no taste) can be served like that and she is only making a point to me! Got to improve your service otherwise you might loose a good customers who's been with you for years. Disgusting manners with no customer skills! That's wrong!. That's us gone now

One of the highlights of my visit to Yeovil. Tried Chinese food for the first time and loved it. Great customer service

Very helpful staff and Ron the chef went our of his way as I have allergies and advised me on everything.

Chicken balls and can of coke missing

Has not been delivered, still waitong for it to be delivered this is beyond a joke. Phoned restaurant three times. Has been put as delivered but not, this is completely unacceptable messing people around!!!

Whilst the food was a good quality the fact it took 1 hour and 45 mins to be delivered was ridiculous. And ruined an evening that was a birthday celebration.

Curry sauce was like jelly. Same with the sauce on the ribs. All in all majority of the food went in the bin

Mum paid £60 for food cause family was round. Waste of time and money. No flavor to the food what so ever, the cod was mainly batter, the bbq spare ribs was mainly fat to the point it made me physical sick. Surely won't be ordering there again. Thought it was a decent Chinese as most are going down hill in yeovil but obviously not. We didn't enjoy this at all. Really disappointed for £60 worth of food.

If you want a good Chinese, do not order from herd

New to the area and thought we would try this Chinese tonight. It was the worst Chinese we have ever ordered. Completely tasteless. So much salt on everything we could not eat it! Would definitely not recommend!

Very good food, delivered one minute before the end of the delivery period given. Curry one of the best I’ve had, chips very good too

Delivery/food was great, but to spend £50+ on not a huge amount of food and not get even get Prawn Crackers is a P*ss take. Won't be ordering again. Hope the saving was worth it.

ordered prawn and vegetable dishes. full of onion and king prawns were frozen in a soggy sweet chilli not a salt and pepper king prawn that was ordered. why send out dishes that cost more than an average chinese in a disgusting way no effort, where were the vegetables? just eat said did you take a picture! noo funnily enough I didn't so I can't get a refund. disgusting do not order from here! the prices do not match up with the food!

I normally get chicken balls and spring rolls and always been cooked perfectly with reasonable portions

They forgot the large plain sausage but food was ok

chopsuey tastes like sweet and sour which im certain it was sweet and sour instead of chopsuey. crispy duck is shredded in a container neither cryspy nor looking like half the duck. too expensive for £23.

marked food as delivered cause it was running late then when contacted they said food was on the way while my partner a type 1 diabetic had taken insulin thinking food was arriving but it never did and nearly caused a medical emergency.

The food took 90 mins to arrive and then was cold on arrival so we had to re-heat the food in the microwave. The special fried rice was apalling!! Very stodgy. I wont be ordering from here again

This was the first time I’d used this app and it was really good. The food was nice too and the delivery guy really really friendly.

if you were to drive past happy house, you might think twice about ordering food from there, however, looks can be deceiving. their food is fantastic and the portions are generous. much cheaper if you ring up and then go and collect though.

It really wasn't worth the wait. Food was over an hour late having already waited 50 minutes for the food and being told it was out for delivery soon after the initial delivery time. Needed to call to chase the status. Arrived warm enough, but it was all quite sweet and didn't really taste any good. Won't be returning again.

Very disappointed, prices have risen to ridiculous levels, yet, quality, portion size, quantity of quality ingredients and, above all a total lack of those fantastic spices Chinese cuisine is famous for. more flavour in a pot noodle I'm afraid. my custom will now be going elsewhere.

Probably the only Chinese takeaway that I've found that serves freshly cooked Chinese dishes and then delivered still piping hot is a bonus too, knowing that it literally came out of the Wok.

Have been here now a few times and always ordered in store and the waiting time is pretty decent. The food has been excellent and have tried quite a few different items on the menu.

The food was really good and it was swift but I was abit disappointed about the chicken balls not being included in the order when I paid for them

Just been there for chips, curry sauce and pancake rolls. Just paid £1.80 more than the price on the menu they give out. I can accept their price rise , however when I questioned the owner about the price difference she told me she had also charged me 20 pence for the tiny bag, which wasn’t on my receipt. This place used to be special but this was my last visit. Don’t expect 4 pancake rolls as described either as you get 2 .

Absolutely poor quality of food and level of service provided by Happy House. I called them due to issues with the food being warm and full of fat. Happy House said it wasn't their problem and to contact Just Eats. Absolutely poor level of service from the restaurant. If I could give zero stars I would but I can't so 1 star for both delivery and quality, even though they don't deserve 1 star.

Really good n nice slow on delivery but out in a tough location

Preordered 2 hours in advance to have it delivered for 6pm. They make it as out for delivery at 6pm so clearly is wasn't going to be on time. 6:10 they said its delivered, it wasn't. Rang they said they do it so they don't get penalised by justeat. Didn't arrive till 6:27pm. They didn't bother to read delivery instructions. Overall cannot understand how with 2hours prewarning you can get it so wrong won't get delivery again.

missed all the chow meins off the order and replaced with standard rice.

Although most of the food was good, I was extremely disappointed with the aromatic duck. After paying £23 for half a duck, what we received was a little plastic tub, mostly filled with bones and dried up scraps of hard, desicated duck bits. The salt and pepper chips portion was also very mean for the price and mostly onion.

Food was soggy the selection box only contained 2x ribs and 1x chicken wing and a box full of chips and weird tasting small bits of chicken.

Surprisingly arrived on time, but one of three items were wrong. I understand busy, but how can you get the order wrong if you have a piece of paper right in front of you with order details…?

Arrived Luke warm and soggy. It was as if it had been cooked earlier and left. Poor quality

Absolutely shocking service! 3 hours we waited for our food and when it finally arrived close to 10pm all the items wernt even in the bag! Called after waiting over an hour and a half to be told food would be here in 20 minutes. But instead it took over another hour! Requested money back due to the 3 hour wait and was declined as ‘they were extremely busy’but I’m pretty sure people would have ordered after us, had their food and ate it before we seen ours!

Price has gone up, quality not as great. Sweet and sour sauce was thin and weak. Not like it used to be. Used to always get some free prawn crackers.

This was a complete disgrace from start to finish , my order took 2hrs20 minutes to arrive after been told 35-50 minutes .my children were hungry and upset,when it finally arrived the curry and sweet and sour sauce were spilt in the bag over all the other food which took ages to clean up (I have photos) the chips were a tiny portion as I paid £4.50 for a large portion and the battered chicken was burned full of grease and crushed .ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.I want a full refund as the food and serv

My family and I are frequent customers as their food is amazing! Last time I ordered a pickup from them they gave me a free bag of prawn crackers. Highly recommend if you're looking to order a Chinese from the area.

Never again. £20 down the drain for pocksy little box full of what looks like scraps. Most dissatisfied with that spicy box.

We had the combination box and there was black bits all through the food and the heat was horrendous it truly burnt my mouth never before have we experienced anything like it and today I feel so unwell won't be going back there again sorry
