The food tastes very good, and the temperature of the food is very good when you eat it at home. There are many different styles to choose from, the price is reasonable, and the service is considerate.

Very disappointing. Dry tasteless food, all 3 dishes tasted identical and not in a good way. Used to be good, sadly no longer

Efficient and fast, friendly service and delivery. From there was a downward slide. Last couple of meals from Choi's were excellent. This one was frankly awful. The red thai curry was orange ( looked exactly like a remix of sweet and sour). Unimaginative, plain and not v tasty. All in all a disappointing £55.90 spend. Sorry, Choi's.

I got food poisoning from here, was really disappointing and pretty much ruined Christmas, never again

Where’s the beef?? I ordered the crispy shredded beef. Unfortunately there was no detectable beef in this dish. Only fried batter with sauce. I spoke to someone at the restaurant, who was nice and friendly. He said that the beef disintegrates when it’s cooked. Is this true? Non the less I couldn’t taste any beef or see even a tiny strip inside any of the batter.

I didn’t realise that when you ordered a special meal and tried to save some money they reduced the amount you got. Be careful of this place. Not acceptable to offer a special menu than deliverer a reduced menu. Better places to go

Our first Chinese takeaway in many years. It arrived on time at 6pm but less than lukewarm - a 2 mile distance, although it was a very cold night! The food was just average

Food was not great, so salty could not eat it, one of the worse chow mein ever had. Staff where friendly, very fast service, may be that was the problem not cooked properly.

We love chois in our household. We used to live in a village outside of Yeovil, we would travel 25 minutes into Yeovil just to get chois. Now we live closer which is a highlight

Came her for the first time and was pleasantly surprised of the speed of service and the politeness, the place was clean and welcoming plus the price wasn't that bad. I would of liked my onions cooked a bit more but that's my preference.

Went for a special curry and chips last night and was charged £8.90 didnt think this was right so i took a menu home it stated £7.90 i think the server adds a pound on and pockets it, i wonder how many times a night this gets done? wont go back ever

I ordered a takeaway for Friday evening to mark a 86th birthday in lockdown. A menu had recently been delivered to home. The female taking the phone order was polite & clear to understand. I was advised that it would be about 35 minutes until it was delivered. It was delivered to time by a young man. The food was piping hot & very tasty. The portions were an excellent size. It was an excellent meal. Thanks to all are Chois Kitchen.

Food arrived, freezing cold mini spring rolls luke warm chicken balls, cold curry and chow mien! Phoned the store and told them for a rude women to be laughing and giggling with no care in the world asked for manager as she was so rude messing around rather then listening, manager on shift again had no interest in dealing with the problem even when I said he could come and check the food was cold himself! Food went in the bin! Do not order from here! Customer services is a zero and food is awful!

We were quoted 35 minutes but our takeaway arrived in 20. It was hot and really delicious. This has been our first takeaway since lockdown. Not disappointed at all.

If you want a decent chinese takeaway then this is the one to go to in my opinion.

New Years Eve 2019, ordered a Chinese at 7.30pm knowing it would be busy. 10.30pm, no sign of the Chinese despite them saying it would be delivered by 9. Ended up with the Chinese offering a refund as the delivery would be at least another hour. 4 hours minimum to cook and deliver food, what an absolute joke. By far the worst service I’ve ever ever hear of. This place is shocking and an absolute disgrace. Never again would I waste my time. It baffles me how they make a living and keep custom.

Never used this Take Away before but have heard good reviews about them. Ordered food over the phone whilst returning from a weekend away and asked to be delivered around the same time as our arrival in accordance with the sat nav. Didn’t order anything too specific, chicken curry extra hot, Kung poo chicken, Chicken balls with curry sauce & plain noddles. Kids fav. Pulled up at the house, unpacked car and ding dong food arrived, about 5 mins later. Lovely. Served up for all family of 4, pipping hot, and plenty of it too. Never have I had to eat straight from the tubs without a quick blast in the micro ping. My curry was lush, with the extra spicy and my wife’s Kung poo was the best she’d had for a long time. Even the kids said theirs was nice too. With the complimentary spring rolls and prawn crackers the meal was a hit. Will definitely use Choi’s take away again. Highly recommended. I even phoned them back to say how nice their meals were and how hot they on delivery. Thank you Choi’s Kitchen.

Another fabulous delivery from Choi’s this evening. Food arrived piping hot and delicious as always. We never order Chinese on a Monday night as Choi’ s are closed. Nowhere else comes close.

By far the best chinese in Yeovil (I've tried most of them by now)! I've ordered from her multiple times and it is truly delicious food. Cooked to perfection and delivery time always quick. Delivery charge on fridays and Saturdays which is understandable but only small and really worth it! The staff on phones are helpful and know what they are doing. Highly recommend!!!!

Placed our order this evening. I was told 35 minutes for delivery and the food was with us in time as always. Very impressive! The chicken sweet and sour was gorgeous as was the chicken fried rice and Singapore noodles X hot. We really enjoyed our piping hot meal that we did not have to cook. We have found this to be the BEST delivery service we have used in town.

Food did not all come at the same time, two Items were missing and by the time they came we had finished our less that satisfying meal. Terrible service, terrible food. Very dissapointed.

Siempre he utilizado Chois y disfruté, pero recientemente los precios han subido y calidad. No por 10-20 p pero por £1. Además ahora es 80 p extra a pagar con tarjeta la reserva por teléfono y su razón para eso es porque parece que cobran esa cantidad cuando pagamos con tarjeta ... no sé cómo estas tarjeta máquinas funcionan y no tenían un business 80 p por cada transacción. Comprendo cuando es menos de £10 pero nuestros pedidos son siempre muy por encima 15 libras. Incluso cuando pasamos 85 libras en un pedido para una reunión familiar todavía tenían el descaro de cobrar. Hoy también nos cobraron £1.50 por entrega, que siempre ha sido gratis y no nos dicen hasta que comentamos. Nuestra orden normal utilizado para ser £18- £20 ahora está a más de £26.

At check out it clearly stated 0.00 for delivery charge with the order totalling (18.10, above the minimum) after I placed the order I had a call stating there is a 5.80 charge to deliver. This is just misleading, after reviewing the website there was a disclaimer on the menu but it didn't translate to the initial selection nor the total to pay on completion of the order. I have no intention of using this service in future if all I can expect is missing representation and false hoods; if I had chosen to pay by card I would have been left in the lurch with an additional charge to pay to have my food arrive that I'd already paid for

Recently we keep having problems, taking forever for delivery and having to phone or just things are missing that we have paid for. Then they seem quite upset with us when we ring to explain.

It arrived just after time. Although a delivery charge was not stated, we were informed there was an extra £3.80'to pay. This did not surprise us as we are aware we are out of town. It could have been included in the price. Ribs were excellent. Szechuan could have been a little spicer and the vegetable rolls contained no vegetables at all! All in all it wasn't a bad experience and I would order from them again

First time I'd tried Choi's Kitchen and the food was really good. Delivery guy was polite and helpful. Only issue was the website said free delivery but there was actually a charge (I guess it's cause I was outside the town in an outlying village). I didn't mind though as they called to ask if it was OK to continue the order as there would be a small delivery charge, so it didn't come as a surprise. So a really good service all round.

Took 2 hours to arrive!!! Not even a sorry! Won't be using again.

Very small portions and not worth the money.

Sorry....but the Sweet ans sour balls were half cooked, the mushroom curry had tinned button mushrooms and we had to throw both in the bin.....
